    Recommendable hotel when somewant wanted it still. The rooms were comfortably furnished but sadly somewhat thin walled. With considerate neighbors no problems, but when one took a whirl bath already at 7am it was already annoying. We thought the handtowel servcie for the beach and pool towels was somewhat unusual. The exchange was made either by the room service or at the reception. Why couldn't this be at the pool bar? The employees were altogether very friendly and mostly spoke German very well.     The name was program: Our suite was very large and spaciously designed (patio suite with safe and senseo inclusive). The chosen houses I recommend for the sun lovers on afternoons with pool view and evening entertainment is house 2. We were in house 5, there it was evenings more still, but during the day less sunny, since the pine trees stood in front of us and house 6.     The hotel is really great! On the 1st day our luggage was carried right to the hotel room from the bus, the personnel speaks fluent German and English and is very good educated. We stayed in a small, but very good room. The room was silent and equipped perfectly. All the beds were not that hard and not that soft. The bathroom was very well-kept. Bed sheets and hand towels were changed regularly. The room cleaniness was great, the personnel very good educated. Every individual wish was always carried out.     Pure horror. Only recommended to people with strong nerves. Food is bad and often only lukewarm. The noise level in the dining room is deafening, only parents at their wits' end with screaming kids. The waiting staff ignored most of the guests and you sometimes had to wait a very long time before you could order drinks. The rooms and corridors were not adequately cleaned. To say nothing of the paper thin walls. In summary: excellent location but can't recommend anything else. At least two stars too many. Continue reading the hotel review
