a great holiday in a great hotel. You can tell, there is everything you need for a pleasant quiet vacation. It is an excellent starting point for many hikes. Unfortunately, the pool could not be used otherwise rather spectacular location of the hotel. Rental car urgently needed, no public transport (package offer with rental car definitely use) walks start at immediate nearby the hotel, you have to keep going. Also there is no gastronomy in immediate nearby, the is however with half board not necessary. Read more

We have felt ourselves very well, were to November hiking on Madeira, great food (and non-meat eaters I got every day extra food, very delicious!), slept very well in the sea in the room with a view of the sea, the staff and the owners were very friendly, all in all it is hard, to fly back home at the end of the week!
