Hotel location
Villa Boreh Beach Resort & Spa is located on the north east coast of Bali, in the village of Sembiran, between Singaraja and Amed. It is an area of distinct significance to Bali, in that Hinduism arrived here via the shores of the north east coast, what is now known as the regency of Tejakula. This area boasts the oldest and some of the most important temples in Bali, not to mention has some fantastic hidden gems not written about in any guide books.

As this area is protected by the mountains, we get, on average, 50% more sunny days a year than southern Bali. Being on the north east coast also means we have the spectacular Bali sunrise every morning. Desa Sembiran, like many along the north coast, is a simple fishing village. There are no discoteques, trendy cafes or crowds of tourists. Tucked away in a remote village, surrounded by tropical fauna, right on the sea, Villa Boreh is a true 'retreat' destination - a sanctuary of serenity. Villa Boreh is a three hour drive from the airport and a two hour drive from Ubud.

Service at the hotel
Villa Boreh is set in a lush tropical garden with two dining areas, two swimming pools, a spa treatment centre, a restaurant and terraces overlooking the ocean that showcase the breathtaking Bali sunrise.

Villa Boreh also has a newly constructed seminar area with a yoga pavilion, a special aircon room for breathing awareness, a large, fully equipped kitchen for special dietary cooking instruction, preparation and demonstration, as well as its own pool for water treatments. The whole seminar area can be closed for complete privacy.

Villa Boreh offers laundry service and transportation services to and from anywhere on the island.

Gastronomical delights await you at Villa Boreh with a mix of Balinese and Western cuisine, including a new fantastic healthy juice menu and our home baked biscotti.
