My wife and I had a 10-day stay in this hotel. The hotel fulfills all our needs and it was a Tuscany vacation after our taste and how, in our opinion, should be. Friendliness, a very good breakfast, clean rooms, a nice bathroom, a great pool and fantastic restaurants with good food, good wine, as well as great shopping possibilities on the other side!

The hotel has been newly remodeled. Nice rooms and an attractive bathroom. The check-in process was a group we were traveling rather good. Breakfast in buffet form and with several kinds of sausage, cakes. Coffee was fresh from the bar. As annoying I found the Chinese or Japanese group, which have plowed the breakfast buffet. Is however a common problem. The prices in the bar were rather expensive (wine, beer 5.00 euro from about). The city centre is safe 20-30 minutes. You should be mobile. Read more

Rooms are a little small, but new and very clean. Staff at the front desk not particularly friendly or helpful. At the breakfast there was enough choice, however no variety (9 days with the same three sorts of sausage and two types of cheese). Otherwise very pleasant hotel in a quiet location on the outskirts of Pistoia. The restaurant was once used (relatively expensive and best quality). In about 500m away is a pizzeria with delicious dishes. For people who do not have English this hotel is unsuitable, as at the front desk can speak 'Germa... Read more

The hotel is conveniently located, is easily accessible from the highway to find and is still far enough from blocks away. We had a room to the inner courtyard and it was very quiet. The staff is very helpful and tried hard, to satisfy the guests. At the front desk they spoke English and partially. German. The guests were from all over Europe arrived. All age groups were represented and one saw families, seniors, Biker, etc.
