Whether double room or apartment, small kitchen with fridge ( extra charge ). Everything clean and tidy. The breakfast evaluates you with own side dishes better on. But for the Hotelkat. Absolutely okay. We felt very much at ease. Every room with a balcony or garden. Sun from early until late.

Local apartment with lovely, rustic decor, very clean. Perfect location to the beach. Scenic resort without mass tourism! For uncomplicated stay highly recommended.
Not a pure sandy beach, and Greek cleanliness at the beach, but the quality of the water was one of the best beaches of the island, the weekend clearly full by the locals. Scale Eressos the poetess Sappho Pilgrim destination for lesbian couples, therefore, more women in the town. Total relaxed atmosphere, colorful & relaxing. We would not hesitate to go back there. We can only agree with the previous posts, when their contributions has been over a year back. Ask for a sea view!!! Breakfast is prepared and you can get your tray and get food on the terrace or balcony. Public beach in front of the door, pool chairs and umbrella rental, water sports right next door to the pension. For a 2 star hotel absolutely perfect - cleanliness exemplary - typical Greek accommodation, taverns right in the neighborhood (no noise). The Marilena was located at the edge of town, a few minutes walk to the city center. Read more

The hotel was a guesthouse, there were many of this kind on the island Lesbos. We did not have a worse stay here than in large hotel areas with 3 stars on the other islands (we travel since 16 years to Greece). The flat was sufficiently large, the bathroom was very small, but because of bathtub and shower curtain nice to use (also not usual in Greece). The mattresses were perfectly okay (already had by far worse), the kitchen was very good (for Greek conditions), equipped with coffee machine, water heater and sufficient dishes
