The hotel in Preganziol is about 25 minutes away by car from Venice. After jesolo (LiDo) are about 30 minutes driving. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a wide choice. The wonderful park for walking again. The only thing what is really disturbing is the car noise nearby Motorway (via terraglio). You should this hotel select definitely a room with window 'backward' choose. Read more

Old manor house with well-integrated cultivation for restaurant and front desk.
Staff speaks English, large rooms with parquet floors and for italy good furniture, bathroom with tub and separate shower.
Everything was very clean and well maintained. Pool not used, but it looked ok too.
On-site restaurant, a la carte menu from 30 euro, 20 euro menu of the day.
The downside is, that the breakfast area in the waiter is located, breakfast with an extensive, italy typical selection (a lot of sweet pastries, little cold cuts) and good coffee, eggs... Read more

We had originally booked for two nights, for personal reasons, we had however already after the first night depart. The front desk lady was excellent cooperation from the, so great service.

We were with a group in the bus.
The hotel itself is OK. Room are neat and clean. However, if you have no car has, the situation is catastrophic. It is located on a main highway. Overall it is nothing.
The breakfast room is located in the basement. No variety in the offer. Cappuccino was good. Very friendly staff in the breakfast area.
