A very nice small hotel, no five star hotel, but still very nice and clean. Staff is very willing to make an effort and friendly, the food is good, but is not always available. In the immediate vicinity but there are lots of nice restaurants. To many go on excursions, the hotel complex with two pools to relax, there is a small spa (not tested) and nice places to sit. Probably another reason they cannot charge too high for their nightly rates OTHER - this can be a pro or a con depending on who you are but it is important to note that during our 8-day stay, the majority of other guests on the property were either 50+ year-old couples (oftentimes older) or 50+ year-olds with 10-year old children. - in October 09
It definitely doesn't say "Welcome" but this may be one of the reasons why the property cannot charge too high of a nightly rate - overall location wasn't ideal.

Most disappointingly, when our "free" gallon bottle of water ran out early on our 3rd morning we were told there was no more water (gallon bottles supplied to all rooms) and supplied with small bottles of water - not really sufficient for a family of four when gallon bottles are so readily available and inexpensive and we were not paying a budget price for our room.

I stayed here in August, and had a fantastic time, I stayed in the one bedroom Emerald Loft Apartment for 9 nights and loved it, it was absolutey first class, really spacious, very clean, nice big comfy bed.
