Hotel Villa Tivoli is a small city hotel with great charm. It is located directly behind the hotel Negressco is ideally located between the beach and the city. In three minutes you can walk on the beach-four minutes in the shopping area of nice. The hotel has a small-comfortable-garden, where you can relax or have breakfast. The rooms are great and clean. I immediately felt comfortable and would stay there again at any time stay! House in the 'nice' style '. The room room was very small, but very nice equipped. 2 Star hotel in a quiet area of Nice, next to the beach from the hotel Negresco about a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel has no elevator, going selfcatering unless you hired at booking pay attention that you in the 1 . Floor. Rooms in three different categories available. Standard without balcony, the other two with small balcony. Cleanliness of the room and the bathroom ok, please, no German needs it. The hotel Villa Rivoli stand out for the great location in Nice. The biggest surprise was a "shared" bathroom - that we had not found in the package. Thankfully, it was the other guests, and to shower more than enough. In the room itself had a toilet and a sink, unfortunately only separated by a curtain, and with the rest of "open ceiling". Although the room was small, was the overall impression not to very bothersome.
