In the context of a hiking weeks we were looking for a place to stay at the end of the day with sophisticated ambience and service, not far from our itinerary should be removed ('trail' about minutes away).
We had the 'hiking arrangement' booked (night, breakfast, including three course menu).
The hotel is not very large and very tastefully restored and equipped. The decor is luxurious and well maintained.
The kitchen is very good (Michelin awards, Gault Millaut.
Varta guide, etc.) and the service is friendly, attentive and not pushy.
