The hotel itself is beautiful and the decor is top of the service, front desk and bar, for example, is bad. The staff are demotivated, unprofessional and unfriendly. We never had the feeling as a guest welcome. The whole atmosphere is cool. The quality of the breakfast threw bad. Bread from the day before or older, no choice, fruit was served for days not new. The hotel wasn't't cheap, service was delivered nothing. Read more
