The hotel in general
The Village was recently built and it is composed of 5 buildings placed around a spacious common green area with swimming pool for adults and children. The central garden is equipped with children's slide and seesaw as well as a pleasant solarium with sun beds and beach umbrellas.

New construction at 600 m from the beach - very close to the shopping centre La Quercia.
Service at the hotel
The village is made of apartments that are completely furnished with crockery. Guests can rent bed linen in the offices of Agenzia Lampo (extra cost), or they can bring them from home. The apartment must be tidied up and cleaned before leaving otherwise the cleaning will be charged.
Gastronomy in the hotel
Near the village you can find restaurants, bar and pizzeria. About 7 km far there is the centre of Caorle, and 4 km far Porto Santa Margherita.
Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
Near the village in June 2011 have been opened the new sport facilities with football, volleyball and beach volley fields, basket and tennis courts. Moreover it is always available to the guests of the village the animation team, that is at the beach during the day, and the centre of Altanea at night. Swimming pools are open from the middle of May until the middle of September from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 20.00.
Hotel room/Accommodation
The terraced houses and the apartments on the ground floor of the Residences have a small private garden, while the flats on the upper floors have a balcony. All apartments have air-conditioner, sat TV, microwave oven, coffee machine, hairdryer, safe, refrigerator with freezer. The apartments in the Residences have a parking space in the garage; the two-storey terraced houses have their covered private space on the outside, so that no traffic can disturb the central area.

the complex was very spacious but very well maintained. We had a wonderful room with a view of the pool, which our children came out, as they were able to move freely. The path to the beach through a 15 minute walk or easily be achieved through two small trolley. The beach section is very spacious and anytime again small man laid out rocky bays divided, so the beach total crowded. The water was shallow and ideal for the kids to splash around and suitable. uncomplicated and cheaper holiday with the family in a nice holiday location, ideal for families with (small) children. We spent here the last week of August. The apartment complex consists of several individual buildings, in the middle the swimming pool (the water was rather cold) and the small playground. the complex is fairly new and the apartments are very nice equippedThe tv receives you, inter alia, ard, zdf, and rtl with teletext. A hotel couldn't have been cleaner. To the beach (about 350 meters) runs every 20 minutes a train. Danger here,... Small children may be more fun than the train ride at the Swim at the beach. on the whole we were very satisfied and felt very comfortable in it. Our five-year had a lot of fun, as much, and you do not have to leave the premises, to have to change. Only the noise from the hotel across the road was excellent, if the activity staff in the morning, at noon and in the evening the club hype called.
