The hotel in general
Ai Pini Village is located at only 200 m from the seashore in a very quiet area and it features units of small villas on two levels and apartment houses with three or four floors.

Hotel location
Ai Pini Village is situated in Caorle Lido Altanea, in a newly built area. The village is sorrounded by other tourist acoomodations (hotel, villages e camping), but in a very quiet context. The typical city of Caorle is just 7 km far, and at 4 km you can find Porto Santa Margherita.

Service at the hotel
The village is made of apartments that are completely furnished with crockery. Guests can rent bed linen in the offices of Agenzia Lampo (extra cost), or they can bring them from home. The apartment must be tidied up and cleaned before leaving otherwise the cleaning will be charged.

Gastronomy in the hotel
In the village there is a restaurant-bar-pizzeria that offers musical entertainment on some evening during the Summer. Near the village, but just some steps far, in the centre of Altanea, you can find other restaurants, bar and pizzeria. About 7 km far there is the centre of Caorle, and 4 km far Porto Santa Margherita.

Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
Near the village in June 2011 have been opened the new sport facilities with football, volleyball and beach volley fields, basket and tennis courts. Moreover it is always available to the guests of the village the animation team, that is at the beach during the day, and the centre of Altanea at night.
A large central swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for children, both with a wide solarium equipped with sun beds and sunshades, make the village pleasant and relaxing. For small kids there is also a play ground with swings and slides. Swimming pools are open from the middle of May until the middle of September from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 20.00.

Hotel room/Accommodation
All the apartments and villas located on the ground floor have a private garden, while the apartments on the upper floors have wide terraces. The apartments with one or two rooms have modern and comfortable forniture with air-conditioning, TV sat, microwave oven, coffee machine, hairdryer and refrigerator/freezer. To each apartment is assigned a parking place outdoors or in the underground garage.
