The complex Giardini di Altea groups together three twin holiday villages - Olmi, Lecci Tigli. Each village has a big swimming pool for children and adults in the middle, which is sorrounded by the houses.
Hotel location
Giardini di Altea is situated in a quiet area next to the golf course, about 500/800 mt far from the beach (there is a little free shuttle train that brings you to the beach if you don't want to walk!).
Service at the hotel
The village is made of apartments that are completely furnished with crockery. Guests can rent bed linen in the offices of Agenzia Lampo (extra cost), or they can bring them from home. The apartment must be tidied up and cleaned before leaving otherwise the cleaning will be charged.
Gastronomy in the hotel
Near the village you can find restaurants, bar and pizzeria. About 7 km far there is the centre of Caorle, and 4 km far Porto Santa Margherita.
Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
Near the village in June 2011 have been opened the new sport facilities with football, volleyball and beach volley fields, basket and tennis courts. Moreover it is always available to the guests of the village the animation team, that is at the beach during the day, and in the square in front of shopping centrle La Quercia at night. Swimming pools are open from the middle of May until the middle of September from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 20.00.

We stayed for a week in a condo in Giardini di Altea villaggio. The apartment was allocated to us one of the most distant apartments from the beach. A regular shuttle service to the beach. The condo was nearby the main road, which we felt however probably due to the off season not as annoying. The apartment was large and spacious with a large balcony. It was beautiful, relaxing holiday! Unfortunately, the apartment not cleaned and sheets really were still of the predecessor. But that is the only negative thing about the hotel! Otherwise the whole resort was great! It would, if there were more Swiss could! So please ads! We were the only Swiss 160 families!
We will be back again. But with the anticipated, the apartment again to do her job... Was the second time, where we only had to do her job...

We had a 7 persons apartment five persons booked. It was the place enough for us. The apartments are very nicely laid out. In terms of the room we could not deplore ourselves.
