The village is situated 200 m far from the seaside, it is made of two-storey terraced houses developped all around a central swimming pool.
Hotel location
The Village is situated in Caorle Lido Altanea, just 200 m far from the seaside, in a quiet location, sorrounded by other villages. Supermarket, bar and restaurant are just 200 m far and other shops and the shopping centre are 500 m far.
Service at the hotel
The village is made of apartments that are completely furnished with crockery. Guests can rent bed linen in the offices of Agenzia Lampo (extra cost), or they can bring them from home. The apartment must be tidied up and cleaned before leaving otherwise the cleaning will be charged.
The guests of the village can freely use the swimming pool and participate to the animation program. On spot you can rent bikes, cots and strolleys (ask on spot).
Gastronomy in the hotel
Near the village you can find restaurants, bar and pizzeria. About 7 km far there is the centre of Caorle, and 4 km far Porto Santa Margherita.
Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
Near the village in 2011 have been opened the new sport facilities with football, volleyball and beach volley fields, basket and tennis courts. Moreover it is always available to the guests of the village the animation team, that is at the beach during the day, and in the centre of Altanea at night. Swimming pools are open from the middle of May until the middle of September from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 20.00.

Each apartment has an independent entrance and is provided with air conditioning, safe satellite TV, refrigerator with freezer, coffe-machine and hairdryer.
The flats are available with one or two bedrooms and a parking place in the open; some have two bedrooms.

The area is actually quite beautiful, is very close to the beach, has nice apartments. However, as described, very dirty. We were there, when the maids and I gave you ten Euros, because I thought, then they gave themselves a lot of effort. The money can one save. It was so dirty, that I would not go there again. Die Ferienhausanlage ist für Familien mit Kindern ideal. Zum gepflegten Sandstrand sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten über eine ruhige Zugangsstraße.
Die Anlage verfügt über ca. 70 Ferienhäuser mit jeweils 2 Etagen. Auf der Hausfrontseite kann man direkt mit dem Auto rückwarts heranfahren - ideal zum Ausladen. Auf der Rückseite ist jeweils ein kleiner Garten, der mit einer kleinen Hecke von den "Nachbargrundstücken" abgegrenzt ist.
