1 week walking holiday and were pleasantly surprised.
The food (breakfast and dinner) was good and sufficient.
The service staff went out of their way for the guests of the hotel to make your stay as enjoyable-special requests the food was reacted immediately. Our room was (503) was in order and always clean, hand towels/bath-towel change every three days.
We stayed here only night there, because the nice Schwarztal teased you to go on long trips.
If you are expecting grandeur and bold but where else-this is nature and relaxation.

According to the hotel is not suitable. Disappointed we were all of the so-called fitness area. It did not, it is, one would like to make sport in the sauna area, because there is a bike and a elliptical machine. One week relaxing holiday!
Quiet surroundings us daily to the 'sleep'!
The food (half-board) was very good!.
The chef at the hotel a 'large extralob' for the gezauberten dishes!
Unfortunately, we had only booked 1 massage. (We wanted some more!) but it was only a cosmetic massages on offer, which brought us much.
The hotel should inform the better every guest, since our disappointment was not only with us.
Even if not everything great is perfect (small rooms and bathroom), the service staff worked very well.

The breakfast was not three star rating, unimaginative, unfortunately very often all empty, the staff was completely overwhelmed. The building was very loud, we stayed in 201, as we heard everything, the breakfast room, the jingle of the best eckes and tell the guests, the early breakfast, so we were forced to belong to. The room was okay, except for the tiny tv, as you can stay in a hotel so a mini tv set?
The games room you can forget the children, a few inexpensive toys, but they could afford.

The hotel is pivotal to warp. The breakfast is okay, but the dinner left a lot to be desired (2 choices, already for breakfast to have, one has the impression that much from canned and not fresh made). Carpet very unclean, the rooms are cleaned rarely or bad, if something is broken, it is not recognized and dealt with. The rooms are not designed as described, for example, the hair dryer was not available.
