Perfect for the active biking vacation, great care by Papagau bikes. German care by Markus, was always in demand locally. Triathletes should the opening hours on the attached indoor pool dispute, was unfortunately saturday Afternoon and Sunday closed. Since the hotelier opening hours urgently extend. Otherwise perfect for cyclists and triathletes and relatives, the in the wellness department spoil leave.

The hotel is " , " OK-cleanliness in the rooms and the whole area. But you could see slow, that it is in a state that needs to be renovated and there should be something to be done.
Food is varied with lots of meat and fish. The coffee for breakfast was very bad and certain products scarce (Nutella, honey and so on). But there was always enough available.
Friendliness-service staff and animation super. Front desk strongly Personanabhängig and rather bad with the female staff.
Prices for Internet absolutely overpriced and not justified.

The hotel area was beautifully designed, the different blocks were all a bit set apart. If one had a room on the top floor, carrying bags was included, since there was no elevator. The rooms were simple and clean and very large including balcony. The hand towels were exchanged once after two complaints. The breakfast was in order, different types of bread. The hotel area didn't have anything special to offer. Our expectations on a 4 star hotel were by far not filled. The inventory in the dining room was worn, the tables instable, dirty chair covers, the doors were defective (knocked, stuck, scratched). The use of the elevators wasn't all undangerous (doors closed very hard inspite of living obstacles).
The flats were very spacious. The telephone was out of order, TV in picture and tone quality unusable. The mattresses caused us continual back aches and sleepless nights due to the bad quality ... Read more

The hotel fully satisfied our expectations. We wanted to relax with our grandchild for a week, rest at the pool, and enjoy good food and drinks.
This place is perfect for those who only want to relax.
Those who do not save on a “small” tip for the personnel (1-2 €) will also be outstandingly treated. Especially “small” at the pool bar was super. Overall, super vacation!
It is recommended for the hotelier to slowly invest in an upgrade, the slides and pool area are especially in need of urgent replacement.
