Very clean, well-kept hotel with friendly, competent service. The Grid by the pool (3 of them) could have been cleaner, as hair and dirt in it. Otherwise everything was very clean and attractive. Wonderful Terraces with breathtaking view for breakfast. Because the Hotel was overbooked, we stayed two days in the neighboring lilium. Location and dining are there comparable, but our at pool level room with bad belüftetem bathroom (without windows and with almost effect loose fan) was very simply furnished and mold in the bathroom, so it was much worse. To compensate we got after two days at volcano view upgraded to a commodious Duplex-apartment with tasteful (though not in every respect practical) furniture. As already mentioned in the title are views of the caldera and the sunset from here phenomenal! Also the area itself, with your in the mountain and the hillside situation gehauenen rooms are appetizingly arranged food and a great experience. Unfortunately result of defects. A bit sober impression seen from front, but after we entered the building go away all doubt. Terraced laid out hotel, starting from above with the front desk, followed by restaurant and the different levels of studios, all of which include a BOMBS view of the caldera. The studios are every day "clean". The word "clean" is of course to define. Change of towels and coarse care of bath/kitchen and floor be held (for our hygiene perfectly adequate).
