The welcome which we received was very warm and very helpful The staff were very helpful at all times and were prepared to 'go the extra mile' . The rooms were very well decorated, very clean and were up to date. Food was excellent too.
Our stay was most enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.
We come from Scotland and our grasp of German is not so good, we were helped by eveyone we met.

We only stayed one night in this hotel, but another time like several nights.
If the way to the upper rooms have been made better, you could also with a pushchair quite good going. As we had a small child with us, it was a big negative point. But Werner is not meant as a kids hotel.
Find the way to the rooms should be improved in general. The stones from perhaps, but practically not at all! Read more

Very nicely furnished city hotel with two associated restaurants, once regional light and Spanish cuisine. The rooms are very large and Mediterranean decor, cleanliness in top order.

... Booked in's blue inside and positive you could hardly be convinced. From check-in, evenings in the two restaurants, the room - it is all perfect. Trip with a dog ( well behaved) and the handling of the staff as well as to owner couple's knowledge with my dog for a dog owners were just Seelenbalsam. Question friendly taken and immediately responded, or requests were immediately taken care of. The food is only recommended because you tasted fresh produce.
