From the outside the hotel is really nice, but the room we had booked was very small and dark equipped. The balcony is not covered and was not cleaned. When we arrived the room was not obtainable, even though we arrived later than the change set. No apology or a friendly word, we had to wait. The staff was aloof and distant. The breakfast buffet was adequate, the price by far not do it justice. Read more

The hotel is in a good location right next to the Garda lake. Our room had a balcony with seating possibilities and a direct view of Lake and pool. The hotel is located directly across the street from a supermarket and the room has a fridge, to keep drinks or else you can also good. The staff are very friendly and very helpful.
