the staff in the restaurant was very helpful and friendly. The staff at the beach bar and the front desk were indifferent to rude with a few exceptions. Most spoke just a little English and as good as no German. The toilet was not cleaned a single time, therefor were the towels were changed every day. A nice hotel in a very quiet location directly on a long sandy beach Esplanade outside. View of the small islands in the sea is one-time. The hotel is clean and modern equipped. The staff and service was very friendly and helpful. They speak English, German and French. The food was very fresh and varied. Nearly all rooms have a view of the sea and are well equipped. I am traveling as a single but thanks to good entertainment and friendly guests at the hotel I did not feel alone. I would recommend this hotel to families and retirees very good. Read more
