the hotel is a three star hotel, with full occupancy 1200 tourist, approximately 350 rooms. the staff in the hotel is very accommodating super friendly and sweet.
for cleanliness always very much respected, one gets each 2 day fresh towels.

We book the hotel Zagreb already for years again and again for a short three-four nights and are satisfied again and again. Especially in the off season the rates are so accommodating, that you a few euros extra charge for a better room category can book; then the rooms are large enough and top restored new furniture, new bathroom, new floor... A good/very good price/performance ratio. We booked a three star hotel and a good three star hotel. What more could you ask for? Breakfast and dinner in buffet form was good and plentiful.
