The hotel has its 3o years on the embossment, food is canteens-moderate, lunch better, not a very nice decor, everything unlovingly and the food without taste, no cheese at the buffet, no four stars, the rooms simply outdated, in desperate need of renovation, carpets dirty, walls were dirty from the age, croaked, plastic by the pool and for lunch and these are already yellowed, sunshades broken, hung crooked, there is no front back and... The hotel is good for a 1 week stay suitable. However, we need some renovation. The rooms are quiet and clean. In cold with the air conditioning heated to be. The restaurants offer a variety of tasty food. The value for money is good here. Read more

a very nice seaside holiday, the beach is suitable for children, many possibilities for excursions bookable, price-performance ratio was in our opinion okay, a modern city after French model, if you like country, must necessarily to Marrakech, (about three hours by bus),, the people very friendly, but you want it, make sure you get the no show, will be left in peace, Read more

Just back from a week at the Agadir Beach Club. This was a last minute booking, and like many, due to the reviews, I was concerned at what I would find, plus slightly worried why this hotel was still available whilst many were fully booked… But have had a very enjoyable time! This was my first holiday on my own with my children (as my husband couldn’t get the time off), and the staff and guests made us all feel safe and well cared for! The small but beautifully furnished room got a ‘wow’ from both my children when we entered, the animat... Read more

Have just spent a week at the hotel with our one year old daughter: Having read the reviews before leaving we were a little apprehensive about our stay: We had nothing to worry about - yes the hotel is in need of some redecoration here and there but all in all the rooms are clean and have everything in them that you need for a comfortable stay: The buffet food is of a good standard and food was always in plentiful supply: The staff in the hotel are excellent they treated our daughter like a Princess throughout our stay: The pool and gardens are very nice and well maintained: There was entertainment provided every night although the majority of it was provided by the same band singing the same songs just in a different order!

Service

however we were not all inclusive we were bed and breakfast and found the waiters while attentive polite and courteous they were very possesive of there section of the particular resteraunt they worked in to the point of showing their dissapointment if we even attempted to look at the menu of another resturant within the hotel, and also would ask you where you ate the previous evening if you didnt eat in their resturant. - in May 10

the restuarant staff as well where very friendly, all i would say is that you will need to practise your french before going out there as it is thier second language, and the language barrier was difficult at times.

With regards to staff being rude, we have always been treated with respect and I can only imagine that it is their "Diva" attitudes which get people's backs up. - in March 10
the staff are rude reserve tabels for favoured guests there seems to be a shortage of spoons have to sit with soup or coffee till staff decide to give you one lots of cracked crockery food awful only meal any good italian restarante.

Gastronomy

Food was very poor too the point where i had to frequent the local Mc Donalds my Partner persevered with the dubious meat all cooked on the bone and it took her ages to disect the stuff however for a few quid more you could get some decent food but whats the point when you've paid all inclusive. - in March 10
pool and rooms ok great location they would need to replace about half the staff including the manager and top chef before this place could realise its potential with a different atetude to guests and decent food drink and service alas i doubt it will happen dont go i wont again.

The inclusive food was fine and the restaurants a real treat although when eating at the restaurants some of the meals you would have to pay a very small supplement but this was well worth it.

the restuarants were very nice, had lovely food(very well fed for our stay) although we was on all inclusive you only had a choice of about 2 starts 2-3 mains and 2 desserts in each of the restuarants(execept buffett where you could eat what you wanted) we only stayed for 3 nights whihc i found was enough other wise i think we would of got bored at the hotel, as the evening entertainment was just a man with a really bad hair cut on a guitar, and man on a keyboard and a girl singing, this was the same every night, not sure if it was the time of year we went as was inbetween xmas and new year.
