I had seen the photos of the hotel and liked it, but liked it even more when we got there, went through the front door and were greeted with smily faces and brought up to our very nice and clean room with a great view of the pool! I also didnt realise how bit the hotel was... we were told that there was over 400 rooms but because it is only 3 stories high, it looked much smaller. We had a fantastic holiday at the beach club hotel, we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The first thing that struck me about the hotel was how family orientated and the warmth of this particular hotel. It was well cared for and had a personal touch to every level of service it provided from the restaurant to reception and housekeeping staff; as well as management.

The friendliness of the staff is not to toppen, the cleanliness of the bathroom and the Abgenutzheit of the bathtub and the sink left a little to be desired, but the beach and the animation team, waiters and maids were very pleasant and accomodating.
