If someone complained about the service, as is noted, that the staff due to the drastic cuts in the section on the part of the hotel chain (LTI) nothing can therefor!! We have seen, that the waiters ran hot soles have, unfortunately could be everywhere, so it came to bottlenecks in the diversity of seats, etc.! we were very pleasant touched on the warmth of the staff (a few exceptions prove the rule)! Overall we were very disappointed and from a 4 star hotel expected more. The breakfast buffet was very varied and extensive and we liked it. The service in the restaurant was rather modest. The tables were not again covered up, we had to organize silverware and cups, and several came even before, that the supply was missing and we had to wait a long time. The hotel is located a little off the normal tourist hub. To the beach and the sea water pool are both about 30 mins walk (there are sometimes steep-/ rises to meet), so there is a bus about every hour even drives. I had a superior room and was pleased with the condition (it is in the last years renovated, the built-in closet had the right size (not musty) and the size of room was OK). According to direct the beach, in the nice garden not happy. But offered through the higher location with a wonderful view, part of the mountains, part of the ocean and the taoro park. Furthermore, it is wonderfully quiet, we do not have with a room right on the beach and right in the middle of the hustle and bustle want to change.
