A simple Standarthotel on business. The staff is not very accommodating. I had to wait to check-in about 30 minutes. (!!! ) have to wait at the reception, although only 3 guests in front of me. For breakfast in the morning to 08:00 tables were set, I had to everything ourselves together, although staff was on duty. The hotel is situated right on the edge of Germany off the highway. I am director of a hotel and therefore I have every understanding, if something didn't "just 24" runs. The friendliness of the staff and the curt reaction to even the most basic ask me is completely incomprehensible. I have never seen such a level of rudeness, non-binding character of and indifference. The ladies should the idea of service even once lead to cheered up. Out of order! The hotel is on the first Look out the standard of a 4 star hotel. But it does not the tests further views. Well, we were there when "overnight guests". We definitely have to complain about the CLEANLINESS of the beds and the room GENERAL!!!!!!! We left the hotel übernächtigt and under stress. Because the doors with the louder awesome, that you kerzengerade sit on the rollaway bed!

Rooms were well equipped, adequate size, bathroom with large shower with rain shower. Toilet separated from the bathroom even with connecting door to door, so right from the hall (the with very thick carpet was fully booked) quiet, very good. The hotel is right on the interstate but through thick paned windows no problem. Lobby, Bar and restaurant are cozy and are very welcoming.
