    Our apartment with kitchenette, shower and toilet was large and was in the last winter, modern decor. A good roof insulation the room was even on hot days cool at night and you could sleep well. The balcony had a pleasant large and could easily be used.

    The village is in the beautiful Zeller valley. Bodenmais with good shops is 5 minutes by car. The area offers beautiful trip and possibilities for hiking. The cities Passau, Regensburg and cesky krumlov ( Czech republic) are an hour easy to reach. A natural swimming lake is about kilometers away.

Beautiful family-run guest house, with top rooms. The room had a small kitchenette, simply great, if you with a child on the way is. Very tastefully furnished and equipped with a small balcony, with a view of the garden. Very hospitable and nice family, the a always gladly help you. Excursion tips inclusive. In any case very recommendable! read more

The guesthouse Köppl is located in Unterried in great and peaceful location. We had a new comfort -apartments with deluxe facilities (2nd floor) with a seating area, sofa, TV, free Wi-Fi, wardrobe, small kitchen ( cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs and pots are available) with a fridge, Rinse and coffee machine, bathroom/ shower and a big balcony ( table and two chairs ) with a view of the garden. Free parking the guest the guesthouse available. For breakfast there were a selection of sausage, cheese, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, juices, milk, rolls, bread, muesli, yoghurt, fruit and so on, so more ... than enough. Evenings could you from some hot dishes and Brotzeitplatten select and the dishes in the small but fine garden with a small beer enjoy. Of the guesthouse Köppl to to Bodenmais it was about 5 minutes, and in Bodenmais there are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, banks and so on and in the immediate vicinity numerous excursions, the by car easy to reach are. From Unterried in the direction Drachselsried/ Arnbruck there is furthermore a free nature-bathing sea ( parking spaces are available for a fee of 2 Euro per day). I can the guesthouse Köppl recommend with a clear conscience and a right warm thank you very much at family K. for the successful holiday - we will certainly be back again. read more

The family Köppl was really nice and friendly and extremely helpful in our recreation. The rooms are big, bright and friendly furnished. The rooms in the freshly renovated 2nd floor are very modern and beautifully appointed. Our dogs were welcomed. Highly recommendable. read more

we felt very much at ease and we would gladly come again we liked the personal touch and the rooms are all chic and brand new, finally no boring furniture, but good elaborate practical opportunities to sit. the region is wonderful exactly what we were looking for. ski bus on the doorstep guest house there is certainly still a while under construction/development of which one gets however nothing with. We have the property by chance on the Internet found and did not regret our choice! the host family is extremely friendly and helpful. The guest house Köppl is very good informal undertake... You can simple only feel good. very friendly, helpful and nice family. Everything very clean and tidy. And it is reasonable value for money also. Gladly again anytime! read more
