Small, the simplest fittings, no minibar, unclean !

Food was way too expensive, no main course under 24€, in the restaurant a completely stained carpet !

Staff was very friendly, apart from the restaurant service outdoor area, as already O. E. - To laze around taking wipe the table and an ashtray - I am not over the top fussy, but that was rude, guests in a dirty table to accommodate !

Sport, entertainment and pool- none!

The room was quite small and very dark and nothing like the pictures on the website described - upon entering the room, we noticed the lamp in the hallway not caught on fire, could have been my opinion crumb the room service. On the balcony there were still cigarette butts, ash and bird poop, was apparently not cleaned. The carpets in the hotel, whether at the restaurant or in the hallway were rude dirty and worn. We have a drink outside the restaurant, the glass table was totally unkept and the service has only then the crowded ashtrays taken from the previous guest, after I asked her - the table was then never wiped. The breakfast was extremely limited but the breakfast room uncomfortable and sparse. I would not recommend this hotel - 4 star ... Ridiculous, 2 star it would be suitable, then you know what to expect and at least not pay much above average for a sub standard hotel !! We were totally disappointed!!

The beach was only reachable by car, shopping in Noordwijk and Leiden but were plentiful and satisfactory

Our room had a balcony. Unfortunately, the room was very dark, as a Waldhang right behind it was. The room was equipped with a double bed, wardrobes, a desk, a shelf, two armchairs and a TV. The staff was very friendly and partially German spoken. The rooms were cleaned every day. The towels were also changed every day.

The hotel area was very beautiful. The hotel is located directly off the dunes. It is directly behind the hotel a way to the beach, about 1.5 to 2km. If you like long walks makes the location of the hotel is optimal. The next town is 1km away. Our room was very spacious. The bathroom is very old and badly damaged. To the beach you can either walk through the dunes or by car (approximately 2km) shopping possibilities in the next town, about 1 to 2 km. As we were there with our dog and going for walks for us was the location of the hotel was ideal. Other than that, it is rather isolated.
