The hotel makes a good impression. We got a very small room, on the beds were many pillows we at night on the floor camps and the on the next day again on the bed were, for asthma and allergiekranke rather questionable. The pool is very small you can only swim in circles. The overall set up is very dignified and fully great ideas, very presentable. The breakfast buffet in the courtyard is wonderful, great atmosphere,there is everything for a good breakfast wishes and more. Everything you in Oslo want to see is easily accessible on foot, as well ... as the main station and some beautiful shopping arcades. Free wi-fi always functioned. At the front desk were very friendly and helpful people. read more

The hotel is very centrally located in the middle of Oslo's, directly opposite is the main station, in 10 minutes you can reach the opera house and the pedestrian precinct is in only 2 minutes reached. We were altogether two nights in Oslo and we had a wonderful, modern and comfortable room on the 7. floor with a view of the opera. The mini bar, a kettle and mounted tea or coffee left no wishes unfulfilled. The bathroom was very big, modern design, the shower accessible - so even handicapped accessible. But really surprised was the breakfast buffet, this was ... in the atrium, so if you with the lift down drove, that view. There no desire remained openly, even a present cook has on request omelet or similar prepared. An extensive fruit buffet, at least 10 different kinds of bread and cold cuts, cheese or norwegian specialities we found before. Unfortunately in the morning we had no appropriate large hunger. The check-in and check-out verlieg quickly and without problems, with english you excellent navigate, many norwegians may but also very good german. read more

Hotel in the best location directly at the train and bus station. Room large and well equipped. Air conditioning perfect, silent and no train. Merely the reception is poor. At the ' check in was despite booking confirmation no reservation available. Staff not helpful. Long' waiting times. read more

Hotel in a convenient location to the train station and city center, otherwise quite impersonal. For a few days stay in our opinion not suitable as the rooms (at least ours) very small and dark. read more

The front desk was friendly. Our room was facing the atrium, so an interior room, and therefore not very bright. The room was always required. The room's decor was OK, what was missing was a safe that! Room seemed to be renovated, good beds. The bathroom was very basic. More inconvenient entrance into the tub and shower. The breakfast buffet was very good, as well as the quality. There was a corner with organic products for allergic and gluten and lactose free Article. Next time we would try to book a room with natural light. read more

The hotel must have been just under construction, when we were there. The rooms are very chic, clean and pleasantly (single room a bit cramped, within walking distance, no problem, wheelchair rather difficult). The entrance has a (wheelchair) ramp, but it is hidden, automatically with the suitcases is the stairs, the bathroom is suboptimal, particularly because my disability at the hands of wearing a suit makes it difficult to reach. The central location and fantastic breakfast buffet (really) round the good impression from. read more

May be, that the hotel was not so great in the past, now it is renovated, newly furnished and in a perfect condition. In short: it is simply nothing to complain about! The room are modern and tastefully decorated, the interior is excellent, the breakfast was excellent and it feels very many stars at all. read more

A recommended to house, what its excellent location next to the train station and the extensive breakfast buffet benefits! Our suite was spacious for three persons, but you can tell a certain renovation of: Rotweinflecke on the carpet, the bathroom had mold in the joint silicone sometimes, tiles looked unclean, bathroom fixtures are worn. Certainly no gorgeous hotel, but also no nightmare. Each is given its paid accommodation have different expectations. We were more than satisfied, alone the included breakfast with us has the value of the room rate (in view of the Oslo prices) more than made up for ... it. I was also already in 2008 this hotel, since nothing has been renovated nochs, but noisy hotel brochure is a choice soon be welcomed Agen. read more

The hotel seemed to be renovated, the room was very beautiful, clean and had a huge bathroom-handicapped rcht closely! Very clean; it has also not bother us, that we in the courtyard have seen-as you anyway only on the way is a city break! In the room was a huge new flat picture television, safe, and everything else also! The hotel is located two minutes walk from the railway station-great location-and in the area, everything was-we were thrilled, transport links, evening Taggestaltung, shopping! The Oslo accords are not very polite-so you can the 'french' only negative comment! In the morning ... it was a huge buffet-the was a dream! as I said, all newly renovated just great! read more

The hotel was booked for us by the Hurtigruten as a stopover. We were very interested because of the bad reviews. But these were partly also very old. For 1 night it is very good. read more

Only the lobby made a very good impression. The room was a very bad impression. The furniture, carpet and all other fixtures are very old and partially damaged. The former white shades have brown stains, and the carpet has also not buckled definable marks. Everything was with a layer of dust covered. In the bathroom was mold in the bath tub. This hotel we us saved. Never again! read more

We were on the choice of mr. gay of the world in this hotel, it should be the official hotel of the Delegation and have about five months in advance for a fully booked on visit Oslo. Later it turned out the the other hotel have, why? A suite with all luxury and so on, according to instruction to visit Oslo. Very expensive, almost 1400 euro for four nights. We came with enormous anticipation in the hotel, the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel SAS, class. Hotel is also very, very centrally located, everything within walking distance ..., the main station, shopping area and all what you should see in Oslo. Check-in was bad, voucher and there went out already the problems going on, the had no reservation and our luxury Pact no idea. After with the Tourist info to visit Oslo was called, we were given our suite, according to the hotel it was a beautiful suite on the ninth floor be. When we arrived there erschrack I, for my opinion this was something larger suite double room, very, very tired, not very clean, but technically OK. No lights on the ceiling, but only floor lamps, bathroom with a tub and lot of mold, towel warmer, a hair dryer from 1890. Small room with desk, TV, mini sofa, mini bar, table, lamp. Dressing room (but not deserve the word), an area with rack and hangers. Bedroom with TV, two bedside tables, and two beds the with a dirty edition in a bed that have been converted. No closet in these premises for laundry or anything, anywhere, really not. Thus have we lived from the suitcase. Then again down to the reception and have us complained. There you made clear the us nothing else to have, and that the best is, Oh my god, I would like to see not the other room. After have reassured the we us something was it the spa area, there were good and fitness devices to see new, the were really good. A pool in the form of eight meters round perhaps diameter, much to small and it was also still cold. A steam sauna and a very bad smell the dry sauna was the lukewarm. Breakfast was actually quite OK, lots of breads, eggs, sausage, cheese, fish, cereals, something sweet, coffee the tasty was. One day gave it even a chef making fresh eggs made, I wanted to make an omelet with ham and onions, it was still cheese and mushrooms but only, I had to actually ask whether it in this hotel no onions and no ham is more, say: everything was empty, why I asked is not filled, well, since he had to run in the kitchen. The he then also on my insistence. Quite unbelievable in a so-called four star hotel. I got my omelet also. The hotel has an enormous number of rooms and the Congress are also used all, so there was a lot of commotion and Thaiairways mistaken also from with the cabin crew. We are at least 30 european metropolises have been traveling But in this hotel is the price did not match. The hotel is much to large for the breakfast room, the offer of the Breakfast quite a lot of things crammed on fish. The are however unmöglichste the room. These are in a proper abgewirtschafteten condition, so even stained, broken and herausgerissene parts of the room not further attention is given. The worst is however the check-in:on the right are not present, since we correct vouchers later despite the experience had, the it the hotel seemed to be to ... much money has tabled and from the hotel with a king's ransom we once again been charged! read more
