We had a very nice stay at the house 'Edelweis'.
The house is complete, very clean and high quality for a family of up to 6 persons.
The neighborhood is quit.
The service is great.
The owners and managers (Christine and Barbera) are very kind and service oriented people.
The location is ideal for ski-holidays in winter time, right in between the 'Hauseberg' and the 'Zugspitse'.
We had sunshine days on the Zugspitze (>2700m) where the whole area at lower levels was cloudy.
We will recommend this house to all friends, relatives and others who prefer a combination of a ... perfect ski-vacation and a high quality holiday house. read more

We have christmas with the entire family the edelweiss and everybody was agreed: it was the nicest apartment we have a vacation spent. Furnished with a lot of care and in great condition.

This was really-as promised-a 5 star property! All rooms of the bungalow are large and very good furnished. The kitchen is really 'fully' decorated-as lacks nothing! All furniture, floors and furnishings were on arrival spotlessly clean, inside and outside. The location in the Schönangerstraße is absolutely quiet. read more

A wonderful, with attention to detail equipped vacation apartment.
Nice large, clean and spacious for 2 adults and 3 children (13, 11, 7 years). Itself the bathroom vertrug 5 persons at once.
In the apartment was everything available from the stereo -facilities up to the giant tv. Very friendly hosts and always reachable.
At the welcome came valuable tips on dining, winter sports region and other.
Bread service and drinks in the house. Toboggans available. read more

We were very happy... Very friendly host and the vacation apartment was great! Everything very clean and comfortably furnished... We have a baby of 6 months... Also for our small treasure everything was nicely decorated... As a crib, a food warmer, Baby hair and mat... Everything perfect... Without extra charge! All together a very successful vacation... As come for certain again and are already looking forward to it read more

In the vacation apartment very felt at ease. Apartment was very clean and for 3 people with dog adequate.
Location nearby the Zugspitzbahn mountain railway station. Dogs are also welcome.

we will be back. The apartment and the house in great condition. The furnishing belongs to the upper class, even with fireplace. It wasn't missing anything, so at home just! Parking is directly in front of the door, when snow is immediate pushed. read more

A sweet little apartment, well stocked with dishes, etc. would stay here again. Tv was defective, bad picture got within a couple of hours put a new tv. Reception was good. Over the phone only bread service should still work but it was a lovely week read more

We are already for several years in the winter, in one of the vacation homes by Bart Lechner's, in grainau. There is simply right everything. The comfortable vacation apartment, the house, the wonderful surrounding mountain landscape and of course the friendly Residents of grainau. Everywhere is nature pure relaxation: mountains, sun, and the lovely clear air lots of possibilities on pleasant to relax, to relaxation, simple joy of a wonderful time of vacation to have. read more

As it did last year we spent our September vacation again with family Bartlechner in grainau. This time, we had booked the apartment in the first floor on the Alpine Summit Ofenlainweg. It remains only the comments that have been made in the previous year to repeat, that this unit by a cozy atmosphere, very good facilities and a great view from the balcony was convinced. Although it may seem boring for readers, but we have no right to criticize to make. Also mentioned by other guests 'hard mattresses 'may be for some getting used to, we didn't find negative. ... In the previous year, we had the restaurant with 'four' view, with 'five'. This is a recommendation by Mrs Bart Lechner due, the US has a restaurant recommended, which we had not visited. The restaurant was very good and there-if not were often visited it pleasure. read more

For those September/October spontaneously I booked-transition the condo activity in the nice green street in immediate proximity Badersee and was rewarded with ten days brightest sunshine. In the last holidays I was in the attic flats (Kramer, mountain, Resi-all to be recommended, every situation has its own advantages!), so that the lack of skylights me this time the condo left a bit dark happen, but I was anyway out in the fantastic nature or on the huge balcony. Apart from the usual top condition and the usual top friendliness of the Bart lechners I this time the proximity to the ... inn at the ornamental forest-unlimited recommendation! The immediate proximity to the Badersee I used extensively for my photography-hobby. It was also great, the start of the ascent to the heights Lärch/Zierwald rain and on the doorstep to have. And the bus stop, if it Garnish-partenkirchen for example. I was totally happy and would recommend a stay most warmly. read more

We recovered great, the mountains of the hotel was very strenuous Flatlander, but with a view of the Alps was wonderful heights one. We'll be back for cross country skiing in the winter. read more
