- Room
Room was clean, clean towels every day, Did have to ask for more toilet roll but that’s probably because the food meant we made good use of it.
- Gastronomy
The food was no less that menial at best. You would pour the mashed potatoes, no taste to the other veg and the meat was dry and tough. None the less I ate less and less in the hotel restaurant.
- Service
Staff where friendly although don’t ask for tap water (as my friend did) in the hotel restaurant. He got a look from the lady like he had spat in her face. Once we where back to paying over the odds for cokes she was friendly again.
- Sport & Entertainment
Two pool tables not in very good condition but no worse than your local pubs.
- Hotel
The hotels wouldn\'t look out of place in some 70\'s Bond movie. They look very soviet.
- Location
The hotel is in a good location close to the gondola, but get their early as when ski school (who get priority) is heading up the mountain expect delays. The town of Borovets is dirty and seedy and is most definitely not a play for families as claimed by most tour operators. We counted 3 strip joints, topless women posters where all over the place and where offered drugs within hours of our first stroll around the town.
