The rooms are by the size really good, because usually you only by the pool or when it rains in the lobby bar. The hotel room you need only there to shower and for sleeping. In the room there is an airco, a tv and a mini bar. In any case you could on the renovation of some rooms reflect, so the complainers nothing to nörgeln have.

In the hotel there are a restaurant with the possibility to sit outside, there are a pool bar, where you in the pool its sip cocktails and a lobby bar. The pool bar from 10 hours until 23 o'clock open and the lobby bar from 10 hours until 24 o'clock. In the hotel always very clean, even the restaurant manager packs with the clearing away of dishes on. The dishes were on the western european standard ausgelägt, nevertheless there were also dishes typical of the country. Every wednesday there was a bulgarian evening. There are the tables specifically cover and it chimes bulgarian folklore (very good music \u263a ) Outside there is a pizza bar, for pizza freshly prepared is.

The service is top notch. Wether at the bar, at the front desk or in the restaurant one sees only polite and pleasant staff. Every employee we saw a smile on the lips. With all the staff you can talk, most of the staff could speak a bit of german and speak english.

As already in the summer one can only say great, great, great... I would still much more positive words occur, but the capacity is not sufficient. In september the team was unfortunately already very limited, because the entertainers their studies to continue, nevertheless, the entertainers for chef-entertainer vesko a great job. At the end of september are unfortunately not more, as well as in the summer, many children in the hotel, nevertheless the praise and take stop contact with the adults. The evening animation is also really great, for me as a ' old stager ' in the hotel are the shows still so fascinating, as for the first time. Would definitely the entertainers this year a great job and i was allowed to experience it again in september witness.

In vergelcih to july has at the hotel not greatly changed. The hotel rooms are still on 5 floors and there are mainly double room. The cleaning services were pretty fast, even if only a small crumbs on the ground, are immediately cleaning staff on the ground and make it clean again. The hotel is all-inclusive and there are mainly during this time german older couples in the hotel.

The hotel owns a great location, as the party and shopping center are only a couple of minutes. To the beach it is at most maybe 5 minutes, there you can go briefly on the main shopping street and one is already there. Bie the travel line one can after various excursions check.

Because we knew that it an older hotel is, we had extra a more expensive comfort plus -room booked. The first room on the 5th floor smelled unpleasant, was dark and small. The terrace balcony had a about 1.50 meters high wall, where I (1.60 meters) just drüberschauen could. There was only 1 chair and the table was beside the bed crushed. After we and beds and old mattresses the whole night could not sleep, we found out, the slatted frame were broken and the mattresses dirty. Because of our complaint we got than 2 days later a new room on the 4th floor. The 2. room was much bigger, clean, had a couch, a gitterbalkon to the pool and we liked, however the beds creaky still. With the door closed it was quiet, otherwise was the roller coaster to hear. We have many holidaymakers who a mattresses- or room changing behind itself had.

As inside in the restaurant grilled, it smelled always for example to fish. But there is an outdoor terrace. The first week we found the food delicious. Afterwards was the fish raw inside and the turkey was not cooked. Noodles were too soft and always with sauce. Pizza tasted only if they hot from the oven came. We then only soups and salad and the constantly repeated. Everything was well seasoned and there was even maggi. Cola light there was just on request. The last days we were there so full, we ventured out to a restaurant

Many thanks for the many nice staff. With complaints was quickly. Cleaning of the rooms was ok, but it was not often sucked.

This entertainers had fun at your work! The evening shows were good. Water aerobics fell because of the cold the water from. On request however, she could take place. In Bulgaria are the pools not heated and we were already in colder pools. If the weather is allowed, we were at the beach. Since we by the pool the chairs and covers ( holes and stains) to scruffy were. Towels one should take, since the general, had holes or fringed were. After complaining we got then decent towels

Of that renovation we didn't notice much. Except for the lobby bar and the restaurant was a lot scruffy. It were many germans and we'have never had such friendly and German speaking staff in Bulgaria.

The size of the room is for 2 persons sufficient, for 3 it would have been a little tight. In the room is an old couch you can to bed convert if one to three is. The furnishing is in my opinion very old, just the mattresses was very saggy and a slatted frame there were not, only a thin wooden plank. And no matratzenschoner, so that liquids nice in the mattress penetration. The cleanliness was a disaster, in the 9 days we were there was no time the bed and it were on arrival stains on the duvet, hair of the charwoman or the predecessor were on the bed sheet. It was vacuumed, but that also only, because we the green sign on the door handle saying that where tin, ' rooms, please contact my room to' the carpet was full stains and we were afraid us athlete's foot to get. In the bathroom was as far as everything ok, up to a few the full kalk were, but well toilet was at least really clean. Oh and on the way there we once the towels looked at and they were full of yellow stains, it was not at all. Our room was the 445. Have fun with the room;-) oh in the room there are an airco, hair dryer, balcony, telephone, tv and a mini bar but is empty.

The restaurant was very well-kept and the service really great. The plates were immediately cleared away when you were empty and if something to break came it was immediately way. It was very clean in the restaurant. The quality of the dishes was also good, but not always the best. The food wasn't really varied, as there were always, every afternoon and evening fries, spaghetti bolognese, noodles in cream sauce and chicken, in addition to many other things, however fries & co were always available. The dessert tasted also always directly and sometime we could the cakes not see more. In the outdoor area was fresh pizza baked and ice there were also there. The ice chest was totally filthy and was for certain full of bacteria. 4 days about before our departure, there were outside no fresh pizza more and the pool bar had not more until o'clock open, but only yet until o'clock, so I would never stay in the low season go.

Here, I can unfortunately not give the full score since we really problems with the cleaning of the rooms had. The service normally in the hotel was really great, at the front desk all were friendly and could speak good German (except one, but I was rarely ever there ) luckily;-) in my opinion with complaints not good, because we our rooms weighted and this concerning nothing has changed. In the hotel there was a doctor, child care ( except tuesday ) massages, sauna, fitness. But we have everything not taken into account.

So spotangebote we didn't use and the entertainment we only 2 times looked at. Was so far completely reasonable, however animation I know a little different. For example a live show where a belly dancer performance or one which demonstrated has, so what did we do in the Club Bor not seen. As mentioned the beach is very beautiful except for the cigarettes stubs. There were no showers at the beach but the one needed not there the water not as salty is. With spf we never creamed since the sun at this time of year not really strong. Nevertheless we had always great weather, to 28 degrees. We never used the pool, since we the sea on the doorstep have.

The hotel has approximately 180 rooms, is in a very well-kept and clean state, up to the cleaning of the rooms but then I go back if I the rooms rate. The hotel is no fortress of loungers as the other hotels the partly over 600 rooms have, this is very positive. The zutstand the furniture just on the rooms could new and modern his. The hotel was just renovated but the furniture is still the same. Partly worn out and mattresses worn out. In September there were mainly retirees in the hotel, what for younger people like us a little unfortunately was, but it was just no peak season more and we have to feel. Too many German in the hotel.

The location is really top, one goes on the left by the pool past, by a gate and then from. ( at the amusement park, ) about 5 minutes to the beach. The beach is very fine and the sea clear. But lie in the sand many cigarettes stümmel and nobody makes the way, it will be more and more. The chairs at the beach plus sun screen cost 24 leva, the are 12 Euro. Already very expensive, that is why we have also only once and otherwise we were always on our towels at the beach. You can also everywhere place, you must not in the freezone. Around from the hotel there are numerous shops, the really cheap. Entertainment there is obviously a lot ;-) From the airport you only need about 30 minutes which is really pleasant.

All to our tastes.

The quality and the qunatität the food was excellent. There is nothing to fault. No waiting times at the buffet. Dishes were immediately refilled. Buzzing variety koinnte you always just a less food. Also the local food was very good

The friendliness of the staff was very good. It was on all wishes of the guests received. It understood mostly also German. Rooms were very clean, towels were changed daily

Animations we have better seen. Cleanliness very good. Pool was in September a little cold.

The hotel with its number was for us just perfect. A nice hotel. The cleanliness was very good. Mostly German guests in the hotel. The complete staff in the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. The food was perfect. Keep it up.

Distance to the airport good. Location in the 2. Row the promenade were very good.

We had a 3 bedroom. Was however a 2 bedroom I bed setting-which as swinging out armchair turned out and of course. For a adults was not sufficient. After complaining there were a new sofa, which long enough was-but very narrow. We would have preferred 3 beds had! Balcony is sufficient. Small drying rack. Kl fridge and small tv available.

A large restaurant with an outdoor area. Evenings however already really beautiful fully and only times table announced. All in büfetteform arranged. I found the food good, especially also the soups are recommendable. The fish and the chicken meat for German standards not enough well done, which unfortunately was, as it is so lots of guests have returned. Cleanliness was ok. Always fast set and fresh ceilings.

Staff I found very friendly. Front desk spoke German well and barkeepers also. Cleaning lady came every day, and the cleaning was acceptable. We had every day fresh towels. A doctor we glückweise not needed but was sometimes there. We had probl. With the hair dryer. Reported and was fitter there unless it is after 20:00, since the human work.

We are absolute meerbader, therefore only once the pool in the early morning used. The sand is beautifully fine-clean. However at full pelt with chairs fully cracked (except on the water) expensive I found the share! 16 leva -what 8 eu, for a chair and an umbrella. Showers in vain. A toilet there was -however belonged to beach pub, but all use.

It was our 1. Stay in Bulgaria and we are very pleasant surprised. Club Bor is a good place, the cleanliness is good and the service also. We had all inclusive and that was good sunday Really delicious wine and sparkling wine was also good. Apart from that the rare mixis. Hotel has a German leadership and therefore also German in the majority. Us it was a bit too quiet (almost only retirees ) middle-aged interlocutors there was unfortunately not for us.

Because of the door to the garden by the pool it is 5 minutes to the beach. Fast across the hustle and bustle. To the airport circa 30 minutes (but no fluglährm ). On the doorstep good and many shopping possibilities. Possibilities. Evenings Halli Galli in the hustle and bustle. To Nessebar with the zuckelbahn 30 minutes back with the water taxi about 15 minutes we didn't looked at but Nessebar is nice.

The size of the room is adequate, the furnishing was rather simple. The rooms are equipped with telephone, fridge, tv, air conditioning and hair dryer. Every room has a balcony. The furniture is partly already somewhat demolished, the mattresses not more the best and also not more as very clean. The cleaning of the rooms should become better.

There's a restaurant with a covered terrace, a lobby bar and a pool bar. The food has every day tasty, plenty of choice. Every day there were pasta, fish, poultry and meat with different ingredients like fries, vegetables and salad. There was dishes typical of the country exactly like German fare. No matter wether breakfast, lunch or dinner buffet - the selection was more than ample. On the terrace each lunch and dinner fresh pizza baked. There was also always ice and cookies on the terrace. The used plates were very quickly from the staff cleared. Also the cleanliness in the restaurant was commendable.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and speaks German. With English one comes everywhere further. Complaints respectively complaints were immediately dealt with.

Loungers and sun screens were sufficiently available. The pool was clean, however freezing cold. Neither water aerobics still water polo were played, because the water extremely cold. There is really urgent action! In the hotel lobby had one free of charge access to the internet, the code you could at the front desk pick-up. Sport, animation, kids club, children's disco or evening show - simply great. A very much praise goes to the entertainment team vesko, sunny, bedri, tsveti, Tina and mimi. We and our kids were enthusiastic. The force was from the morning until the evening always on the legs and for the guests a fantastic entertainment together. The children's disco and the evening show were simply only ingenious. A big compliment once again to you!

Nice hotel with about rooms. We had two double rooms with a connecting door. Size of the room optimal, the furnishing is rather simple. Every room had a small fridge, tv, air conditioning, balcony with plastic furniture and possibility to hang up clothes. The bathroom was with a shower and hair dryer equipped, the towels were changed daily. Only the cleaning of the rooms left something else to wish for. Here should urgently somewhat done are!

The distance to the airport about 30 kilometer, about half an hour drive. To the beach one arrives by a small amusement park and on the beach promenade. Beach and sea are great. We had always great waves and a place in the first row. The loungers and sun screens are for 8 leva/ piece relatively expensive. In the back part of the beach was a free beach chairs and chairs or umbrella set up. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities there is as sand at the sea. One must only out of the hotel and once 'you drop' and already is going on... Excursions are offered in the hotel. We have a trip to Nessebar ( old town) on our own. Bus for the whole family cost just 3 leva. Nessebar is very nice to look at.

The friendly staff has sufficient foreign languages skills. The cleaning of the rooms and laundry exchange have very well folded. The child care is very good

Location almost in the center and only 150 meters from the beach, After a couple of meters right in the middle of the life. Shops very good

So as mentioned family room with two full rooms, great. Fridge, hair dryer, balcony, tv. Cleaning lady very friendly and clean.

Very clean, peaceful atmosphere, very friendly, the food could have been a bit More be spiced. Of the children was the pizza chef dear and They had preferences, as with the red cap is probably the better Pizza.

Always very friendly, good German language skills. The doctor we required Was very competent and spoke perfect German.

Animation just spectacular. Not intrusive or pushy, super nice. Also evenings a great program. Towels by the pool against deposit, every Day freshly, you could also with to the beach and again exchanges, Very pleasant. Sun screens and chairs on the beach for 12 leva per person Very expensive.

The hotel is approximately 10 years old. Too many German and austrians, Lots of regular guests. Rooms were always clean. Without carpet I would Personal rather, however the family room with two full rooms, dh. Two bathrooms was pure luxury. All inclusive also for lunch there were a full Buffet. The value for money absolutely great. You always find something. Some comparisons with a five star hotel for over twice Price.

To at the beach to come, must one over the fairground walk, The only downside, about 3 minutes. It is located in the heart of the action But is in the hotel in a quiet atmosphere. Evenings it is quite loud, No matter wether pool room, or streetside rooms, there helps only window close. Recommendable is Nessebar by bus for 1 leva or small railroad 1 change for 6 leva. Definitely price comparisons from state to state be very variable.
