The complex is extensive, has 5 pool something for everyone. Children are more than welcome great children's entertainment (thanks to mc). Great size, very friendly designed. For the cleanliness was always through the staff catered for. Food was varied inspite of off season, was always freshly refilled when something was empty. Average age was very mixed from babies to the retirees... Very many germans and dutch. read more

    We had a family suite on the ground floor and for 5 people was this room super sufficiently. The room consisted of 2 rooms. Great bright and friendly kept. The mattresses were new and with no stain mistake... We had a balcony with 2 chairs and a table was. What really practical was, is the cleanliness on the wall. Super for the wet swimming gear to dry. Each of the two rooms had a tv with german channels... The rooms were equipped with a minibar, the however only with 2 bottles of water was filled. The rest you had to for sale.

    For the food was something for everyone. Rice, potatoes and chips were always available. So you could always assemble. Cleanliness in the main restaurant was good, the staff were always eager to help the tables and other clean to keep. Unfortunately in the restaurant no german-speaking staff. Fruit was every day fresh... Cooked in large local occasionally it gave then also times roast. There were 2 restaurant. Atmosphere in the main restaurant was rather mensaartig, but nevertheless enough. You had the choice, whether you dine al fresco and covered

    The staff were always keen to help each guest desire to fulfill. You could well communicate in english, some staff could even german. The cleaning of the rooms was on request daily, towels were on request daily to the room brought. Doctor was right on the property, but this only english... At the front desk one was endeavored the concerns of the guests to clarify, otherwise one was at the direct point in the hotel out. As already written children's entertainment in the mini club was great. And even german speaking. A huge thank you to mc \u263a

    Kids club was every day from 10 until 12:30 o'clock and 14:30 until 17:30 o'clock for kids from 4, however our son (three-and-a-half) join in. Wi-fi was around the front desk great available. Couches etc. Were abundant. The beach chairs occupied was also in this hotel, but where is this not \u263a Towels could from 9 o'clock in the wellness club pick up, and at the levy, there was the towel cards back. On the cleanliness around the pools through the constantly kontrolliernde staff guaranteed. As mentioned the beach was no judge beach rather a narrow beach section On the complex there are 6 slides for all ages something for everyone. Guarded by a lifeguard!

    If you want a beach holiday is on the complex not really. The beach is 5 meters wide and very rocky. For children at all not convenient. There is the beach at the Nordsee attractive! Entertainment was daily but 21 hours for the kids then from 9:45 p. m. for all. Very diverse and totally hard. A few steps from the hotel was a bazaar shop. There you could easily go shopping, prices were ok. Have to negotiate you can. No harassment by the seller. Every wednesday is the grand bazaar directly in town. 10 minutes by Dolmuş...

Family-friendly hotel is again recommendable, amazing service for example with room-complaint, unfortunately no knowledge of German, but with English you had to go in any case further, the food is diverse, varied and very tasty, during the meal walk again and again cats to the tables -it didn't bother us!, snack -pool bar staff always in a good mood, friendly, also the lady from the kitchen, for hamburg, fries and pizza was responsible, was very friendly, the complex altogether is very spacious, the beach is rather 'short' style, but you can very far into the sea inside, the pools were ... all clean and the slides were pretty cool for our kids read more

Could no russian and no english. In the pool after the rain 60 liters of klor in the pool gefüld. Water in the room after the rain. An impertinence. No trip with TUI. We were 8 times in Turkey that was the last time. read more

The complex of the hotel is large, but everything is right easy to reach, particularly the restaurant and shops or are everywhere easy to reach! The rooms are adequate for the price, and cleaned daily. What the food is concerned, while it is good, but for a long stay monotonous, but actually the case is frequent! What i particularly liked a lot, was the entertainment. There was something for everyone, for children and adults, young and old. And the whole day, especially pleased me the evening entertainment in the theatre. The entertainers, really know you the people maintains Big praise ... to melly, chuchu, mero, mimo, twetty, Ibo and mychell! It was very entertaining and i would be definitely again dorthinziehen. read more

    The hotel is right by the sea, what a magnificent view from the rooms, the restaurant and the pool entails. I personally found the beach now not so good but the pool was for me more than adequate. There were shopping possibilities in the hotel, but a bit expensive. However about 100 meters away from the hotel is a large bazaar, the daily was open! There one finds everything you say there. At least. If you in the hotel excursions you usually picked up, but otherwise to Kusadasi purely drive takes 15 minutes with the small bus every 10 minutes at the hotel drives past.

Good hotel where a relaxing beach vacation. Food was very good. Loungers the narrow however absolutely sufficient and pool were always available. The hotel has 5 pools. No disturbing beach salesperson because the hotel the guards guard. read more

It was really a relaxing and great vacation. The animation is great. Who with children a problem has, should perhaps do not to the hotel go. It is really great child-friendly. The beach section is a bit small and narrow, for pool lying chairs however then not a problem, there 4 pools are available. All are very helpful. With a bit of English one comes everywhere further. Even a bit of German can most. The spa area is also super. We would go again! read more

The hotel is really great. Several times daily the garbage bin at the beach and at the pool emptied, it was very much worth it for cleanliness put. Cleaning of the rooms was also great. The staff in general was always make an effort and friendly. The entertainment team was super excursion to the disco to Kusadasi super organized. The evening shows always funny. The food was very diverse, also kitchen for diabetics. in the dining room was often hecticness by the vacationers causes, one has no time! We are then somewhat later for dinner and then had our peace. ... If you from the hotel beach disappointed is, should become simply only on the volleyball court, and then a 11 kilometer long beach section- long beach. read more

From the beach more than disappointed. Staff were ok. , could however partly friendly his. Knowledge of German of the staff are rather bad, with English not a problem. In the shops in the shopping street near the hotel watch out! read more

In to summarize it was a very pleasant and akraktiver Beach Club, would like to visit again, food, beverage, animation program daily evenings for children 1 hour. Then for adults were super, The only negative point the beach not clean, many rock, and so on. read more

The hotel in general is very nice. The hotel is very well-maintained and clean. The complex is very spacious. The condition the hotel is very good and only partly in 2012 extended (room with direct pier from the terrace in the pool). We booked all-inclusive. In the all-inclusive is a towels service, sauna, hammam, mini golf, icecream hour (but only until 1 october ), Gözleme (turkish crepes with filling), à-la-carte restaurant (until 15 september), 1 times per stay pedalo or canoe for 15 minutes, mini club, drinks in the lobby bar and snack bar from 10:00 until 24:00. ... it was from young to old everything and there were mainly dutch, belgian, french and german in the hotel. read more

    The size our room was simply optimal. The furnishing of the rooms was very good there was a large closet, a double bed, a single bed and with very good mattresses and a fold out couch. The bathroom itself has a corner shower and a toilet. The sink has extremely many storage space and is located in front of the bathroom with a wardrobe. The air conditioning worked great. The new flat picture television had german channels ZDF, satellite. 1, RTL and ProSieben. Terrace was big enough. Cleanliness was very good. The room was newly decorated.

    There was a main restaurant and an à la carte restaurant. There was a snack bar at the entertainment pool and a beach bar. At the snack bar and at the beach bar there was from 12:00 until 17:00 snacks like for instance hamburgers, chips, spaghetti, turkish pizza and normal pizza. The selection of dishes food and beverage always very tasty (should something there for every taste his) and very varied. The waiters were always immediately cleared, so that one always a table got. For dinner are the beverages brought to the table. The cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant was always capitalized. The kitchen style was typical of the country. There were all sorts of meat for example chicken, veal, beef and turkey. Lots of different fish like for instance trout, dorade and mini-fish and so on.     The staff are very friendly and keen to help for the well being of the guests. Some of the staff spoke good german and perfect english. The room was cleaned every day and mostly the sheets into artworks presented and with small flowers. At the start there were a few small problems. The locks of the room was broken and when we at the front desk reported, immediately sent a technician and the castle was replaced. A problem that we ourselves have caused and the bowl of the safe and canceled. Also the problem was taken care of immediately and we didn't pay.

    Sports facilities there are right at the hotel as it is a fitness room (the in all-inclusive is free). The entertainment team is the best we've had in a holiday. We were already often in hotels, but this hotel was just perfect. It was just something for everyone. For example 10:30 gymnastics, 11:00 air rifle shooting, 12:00 aperitif game then there was a break until 15 o'clock and from 15:00 until 17:00 there was still water polo, beach volleyball, pool games and darts. A plus is, that the entertainers not intrusive were if you are not the activities part to take wanted. 2 animateure spoke good german and the rest a little german and perfect english. There is also the entertainment team always on tuesdays, fridays and sundays with a private Dolmuş of 23:45 until 3:00 in a disco (ex club) risks. My daughter is on it raved about and the entertainers really match point on that the young people not drink alcohol. Pool were always clean, umbrellas were plentiful as.

    The hotel in general is very nice. The hotel is very well-maintained and clean. The complex is very spacious. The condition the hotel is very good and only partly in 2012 extended (room with direct pier from the terrace in the pool). We booked all-inclusive. In the all-inclusive is a towels service, sauna, hammam, mini golf, icecream hour (but only until 1 october ), Gözleme (turkish crepes with filling), à-la-carte restaurant (until 15 september), 1 times per stay pedalo or canoe for 15 minutes, mini club, drinks in the lobby bar and snack bar from 10:00 until 24:00. it was from young to old everything and there were mainly dutch, belgian, french and german in the hotel.

    The hotel's own beach was right on the hotel you had to not even the complex to leave to the beach to come. Kusadasi is approximately 10 minutes with the Dolmuş to reach. There were shopping possibilities in the immediate area ( 250 metres) a baazaar with many shops. In Kusadasi directly there was wednesday a market and very lots of shops. In Kusadasi there is an aquapark, Ephesus, pigeon island and many other points of interest

Garden, beach and pool areas are very well maintained. The ... complex is with all inclusive bookable.     Unfortunately only 4 suns, we would like to this difference: - the staff in the restaurant and at the bars was very friendly in spite of the lots of work and fulfilled every wish immediately, great! Cleaning staff: room great! Outdoor areas great! The ladies and men were always several times on the day and thorough. For these sectors should we actually six suns (!) forgive. Unfortunately we were however with some points very unsatisfied: - front desk: unfortunately there was little helpful information! - doctor: unfortunately offers he initially the stay in the private clinic at, if you (with a stomach intestine flu!) for exaggerated stops one got the tablets to the standard price. Therefore altogether 2 suns decrease!

    The distance to the airport Izmir is around 70 to 80 kilometer. A Dolmuş to Kusadasi there are at regular intervals ( all couple minutes! Goes directly in front of the hotel ab). The hotel is situated right at the sea, the hotel's own beach is however very narrow, there is however a long public sandy beach, on the offset. The area is for snorkeling ( with a bit of luck one sees cuttlefish). Nearby there was a small bazaar, a pharmacy and a supermarket, as well as a few small cafes.

The hotel normally by the size and the hotel was actually very adequate ( unfortunately is the owner with the size of the hotel perfectly overburdened and it smelled very unpleasantly after the sewer). Unfortunately was the state of the rooms and cafeteria ( restaurant) karastrophal. Cleanliness in the room ( and in the restaurant) was bad and we stayed in 2 rooms mold had. The all inclusive catering was very ok. It were too many russians ( not behavior could) and dutch and some englishmen in the hotel. read more

    since I my mother (78) had, I had actually a families booked a suite, but the two rooms with the connecting door was a disaster. The size a suite I also elsewhere. In the shower was the shoved broken so that you after showering always a small lake in the bathroom had! The balcony was very ok. In the minibar were 2 small bottles water, that was all. The safe and the furniture was very old, perhaps 80 ''s style?! In the first room we had the whole cupboard full of mold, we are on the next day a floor upwards in the hope there would be better. But the third day (after respiratory ailments my mother) we also noticed here feast, the whole wall behind the wallpaper full mold was. The cleaning lady told me then, that all rooms with mold infested would be, super statement! Unfortunately was not other room more so we had here 5 days persevere.

    The alleged restaurant was a cafeteria with plastic chairs the already for several months not more cleaned! The quality of the dishes were good and the food ( typical of the country) was delicious. The cleanliness in the restaurant ( especially the tables) was disgusting, if one luck did not have got one a clean tablecloth, apart from that the ceiling of 3 days. There was no relaxing and beautiful restaurant atmosphere. The waiters went during the people yet about the food were with rießiegen stahlkontainern on a past and away the leftovers and discarded the plates, just disgusting!

    So beach is because nobody available, it was a 2 meters wide section with sand was. There was bad too, because the sea water swashed constantly over the stone wall and syringe every wet. The excursion destinations were good and the shops in Kusadasi (7 kilometer) were great. Nearby there were from the hotel a bazaar the night at. Entertainment possibilities in the immediate vicinity there was not.

Was nothing to moan about. Coffee machines with delicious coffee and kakaosorten, since you didn't miss anything. Dining room and restaurant all with a view of the sea. Facilities however maximum three stars waiter friendly however not the fastest way. There lacks a good leader. Guests mixed ages with us no russians. Many holl. belg. dän.     kuadasi with Dolmuş right in front of the hotel in 10 minutes. 1.50 e per person and distance. Hotel right next to the sea. Tiny beach. Big pool area right next to the sea for our taste great.
