    The loveroom room in the 1 upper floor facing the street, we can not recommend. The road noise is very good to hear. The people from the next room and the hallway could talks, and so on. A good listener. The toilet was in a very small room. The floor tiles at the pool was very cold and sometimes broken. The ausfahrbaren jacuzzi is generally very cool. Very probably was caulking not too much attention. If you look at as the hot tub and the device to pull out assembled, i suspect also here, that this is not a specialized company is being done. If the jacuzzi of the terrace is, can literally everyone from the neighboring hotel and the higher floors on the jacuzzi look. It has a new large flat screen tv in the room. Unfortunately this was not expertly installed, so that i almost was afraid, that this eventually fall.

    The food in the evening was actually good. Unfortunately the portions but rather small. As i've seen, is it included a 4-course menu for the loveroom visitors apparently since longer always the same. The breakfast on the rooms could be larger (only two rolls per person) to be. If a 3-minutes egg order, i don't want an almost hard boiled egg.

    The staff is really friendly and tried hard. However, it is noticeable, wemnn during the dinner the service several times something on the ground, it is in the restaurant- or in the kitchen area.

    Steam room there was a weird smell. The shower the turkish should also even a thorough cleaning get. Generally should the spa once from a shop be updated.     The hotel is right on the main street in kandersteg. Depending on the location the room it was very noisy (in snow from 4 o'clock in the morning snow by municipality). The hotel is nearby the train station (5 minutes on foot). The gondola lift the oeschinensee one has circa 15 minutes walk.

    Jacuzzi in the room was a bathtub, and for two way too small. Moreover, the bubble not at all works. As already mentioned a reduction was promised. At the front desk nobody knew something from it. At the end we have still a reduction will receive. However far from enough for this price, we paid. Many fittings were of IKEA (for example also the bed). I have nothing against IKEA but these rates i expect more! Showers could one not correctly, since it only in the 'bath' a bruse had. But without curtain...

From the outside sees the hotel very inviting. Room is clean but looks swimming pool and spa area were very dirty and is also in the basement stationed. In my opinion the whole spa area in need of renovation. We had dinner (4 course) and breakfast included. Also 1 hour private sauna was included in the all inclusive. We initially 375 friday Paid, but we had to have a extra charge of 30 friday Are charged, since we apparently a larger room with larger tub would be. Thus totally we have for an overnight stay 405 friday Paid. The room ... and the jacuzzi had however in our opinion a normal size. We have at this point then asked what a room we without an extra charge erhälten have?! read more

    Size of the room was normal. Furniture in the room was very thrown together.     Friendliness at the check-in and check-out was very good. Also during dinner was the waiters very friendly. The breakfast we were in the room serves, however, there was in the room no small dining table or similar so we had to the breakfast tray on the floor and eat on the floor. Strange a hotel, the breakfast in the room offers, however not for the necessary furniture,. We booked this then when checking out constructive criticism. The lady said the chef know it, but they say it is with great pleasure again.

wirhpool is funny, urgently rehabilitation however necessary. Size of the room okay, interior however carelessly together, quality leaves much to be desired. Kitchen good, price totally overpriced. gesamtpakett is not correct at all. Stay away, there is really better! read more

    The room seemed on the first glance clean and decorated with love. Some but seemed rather fast and unprofessional presented. Socks from the previous guests were not removed, 2 secktgläser of a different kind, exactly the rotweingläser are different. In the corners at the täferdecken are still spinnetze to see and most täferabdeckungen were not ready installed (chippings are to see). A teppichrsten should the kühlschrankmöbel protect, however the tattered carpet rather dingy as grooming. The chemine invites you whereas to relax a... As the fire ignited to is then already rather again another issue, because only with large pieces is not easy... The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work and therefore liegte probably a 2. next door on the counter. The sink the floods not so well run and a flood could only be avoided if the plug moved was. Besides should the tap monitored since this little and in all direction attempted water in the sink to sprinkle. The hi-fi is a good purpose the comfortable lovesongs which in the room on a cd there to enjoy. Clear the device is not the newest and the damaged front is just for the eye not so pleasant.     The superior menu was and the menuzusammenstellung fit well. The beer glasses were in the stand opened... Why such glasses not replaced? The candles were already up more than 50% of the predecessor guests lit has been... I am the opinion one should in such details more attention to it. The waiting staff can with a few sentences the menu which was served also explained... I know it is only details however lots of small details dehumanise many questions

    The room (section 21) which we had was facing main street out and a lot smaller than the pictures here on the page. There are between Bettecke and the sofa less than 15 centimeters to continuously... Well, every house has now a back and a front side dachen we. Bad luck had.     But the manager of the hotel: Our things packed, are to front desk and wanted to check out. Now the highlight of the whole: the apprentice (again alone) was obviously overtaxed, how can he also differently. Gets the boss, behind us at the table sitting at the lunch.     Turkish and pool: We were looking forward to our one and a half hour steam room, just for us. But joy is us soon. Before we were still in the indoor pool. The is OK, the water might for me a bit warmer, 31 °C, but that is matter of taste. The access to the small outdoor swimming pool you can use. Which worked well, but again shut (and meaningful way to) could not more. Also broken. The couple the it in the bathroom, right filthy Editions, which were not stay invite. Then finally the Turkish: We would have expected, that the steam room is already running, if you already have to reserve them, but it was still cold. Not so bad dachen we and started the thing. We had booked the room weekend in room 17. We were very happy and were bitterly disappointed! The idea with the retractable Jacuzzi was very beautiful. but everything else in this hotel makes an impression of wanted, but not skillfully. The room decor is wildly together cubed. The wellness area was filthy and very small. We had reserved the area for one and a half hours, just ten minutes after we complained and we are gone. Menu in the evening was not the hit and the breakfast buffet was of poor quality. We had the room on the departure day ... to use 14 o 'clock, but for nine o' clock left with a big disappointment! Conclusion: we paid 407 CHF therefor and the actual value was not more than 200 CHF. read more

The rooms on the first floor does not correspond to the pictures on the Internet. In the main room only a small TV no flat screen TV. Hard to see from the bed. Bed linen was never changed candlewick. Book room only to the West. At the East, noisy. Windows can not be opened, since in a pinch perform half smokers in the Gartenwitrschaft sit. Breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. Nice chalet mountain hotel, of course, everything was made of wood but very comfortable! Had room 27, with fireplace and jacuzzi! Everything was great, except for the fact that the pool on the first evening parlours furnace is => pipes were clogged! Problem was the hotel however immediately repaired and was also our needs! The food at both evenings was great romantic and really very nice! 1. Evening candle light dinner with five course menu (which didn't fit could be replaced by something else) 2. Cheese fondue evening, but we have a small extra charge Bourginon taken the fondue! Jacuzzi ... is also the shower in the room, there was a toilet, but no shower had requested! Checking-in was a pleasant, in the indoor swimming pool was a little gemottet = it> much humidity which can't get away read more

We spontaneously decided to go and experienced a few nice days in Kandertal. The hotel was clean and the rooms were of the hotel was great. Price/performance ratio was absolutely not true! Much too expensive! The prices corresponded to a five stars hotel in Austria. The prices for the wine were also many too high. read more

We had for 2 nights a room with ausfahrbaren jacuzzi, the is really something else. The sauna and the steam bath you had to reserve, because it is for couples oriented, but it has all the romantic made. The pool is for everyone, it is although not very big, but it is enough. The dinner the arrangement it true, was a romantic dinner, the table true very nice deckoriert and the food was very good. We can only recommend it. read more

Rooms: the bed pillowcase had brown stains and was already older. (Not washable). The condoms at the bedside table rather unromantic. This is however a matter of opinion. The room doors could not be locked, but it was fixed. The tub was 'to ' small. Food: very good! (And I know what I am talking about.!) but the service was more like a two star hotel. Pool: at the pool is rust and mold to find, seems but clean and nice. The sauna (for us and prepared), unfortunately with a sauna temperature of 90 C not edible. We were ... ten minutes in it. The comment was: 'you can wait and again go.'. 'Sorry' no or anything else. A Shame. At the check out I was again asked whether everything was okay. Unfortunately, also there 'sorry' no to be heard. on the remaining points I also didn't complain. (except for the not lockable door). A 'no-go'. read more

the hotel lies in the heart of kandersteg. All the rooms a wonderful, direct view of the mountains. Especially if there is snow, it is very recommendable. we have stayed there twice and especially the rooms with jacuzzi were pleased. For the lovers, they offer the so-called Love room standard on (quote from the website true ' you can other in a double room with a of the balcony jacuzzi ausfahrbarendes hawk and received many extras') have you ever seen a retractable jacuzzi? We in any case. the love room package we had a dreamlike Carriage ride through the snowy ... kandersteg. There is little for me better. Furthermore, we have a small Flask sparkling wine received. the hotel has additional a swimming pool, which unfortunately most of the time overcrowded of children is. This was the case with us, so we avoided this area, since screaming and around great end children not quite fit to the spa. A small sauna/ Steam room for relaxing a. you can it is tight 1 hour rent, which I thought was very pleasant find, since I do not guy am, of all the people of the sauna is. the staff were unfortunately it was a let down. The hotel offers probably because of advertising a bit too high expectations. But in reality the rooms are never been so high, as you on the photos appear in the meantime everyone should know. The romantic atmosphere but suffers from a little under the a bit lack of interior design. The room is on the first glance attractive, but on closer inspection, various drawbacks. Musty old clothes closet, uneven floor, lack of painters and Shell. In the Jacuzzi you have to some extent to be flexible. Also one should organize candles, because the light was near the hot tub in ... our room! Dinner and breakfast absolutely in order. One should never forget one with all criticism, it is a three star hotel with moderate prices, if you expect luxury is your own fault! read more

Good is the central location with parking at the hotel, the view of the surrounding mountains, that it is a wellness area (indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath) in the three star hotel has. There were drawbacks with the electricity wiring in the room (instead of connector cable splice were used, in which the wires isolated displayed!). On the old tv holder on the wall was the new flat screen tv with about foot unsecured made it unstable and dangerous. In the bathroom there was only light through the motion sensor, behind the shower's wall he can tell the movement ... and it will soon not dark. In the closet there was a fridge with minibar, despite small ventilation openings is hot and noisy in the closet. The à la carte appointment of the proposed weeks courts (with fries and soft simple bratwurst Saisongemüse 45 minutes passed in the restaurant, in the low season. read more

We had already booked the second time in a love room-rooms at this hotel. This is the first time that the year before. The hotel we discovered it by accident on the website. CH love room, since it was a ausfahrbares hot tub. We were so thrilled, that we have booked again in 2010. In the meantime, some of them were friendly couples, which we could recommend this hotel and loved it. The dinner was wonderful. However, if you get vegetarian, I highly recommend, given that at the time of booking. We will definitely return! read more
