We made a ayurvedakur, the applications very good. But is the environment of the hotel very noisy, so that the cure could not enjoy. At the weekend roistered the disco - and techno music from the beach until 4:00 o'clock early. Or it was noise from the Hotel Eden. You heard also the constant honking train or road. In the morning at 05,00 You through the loud tape (30 minutes) the monks woke us up. A shame for the beautiful Hotel! read more

Great complex, nice and friendly staff, great Ayurveda treatment 12 days long made! Very recommendable. The great was also the great room service several times daily after towels, minibar (included) and bed seen, nice flowers decoration! read more

Our stay in february 2012 in the ' lanka princess' liked it so much, that we support a 2. stay this year decided. Our expectations were this time completely fulfilled. All criteria are serveral hardly any drawbacks. A particular pleasure was it on arrival, many well-known faces of the service personnel and of these again to be recognised. Accordingly warm has therefore our stay decorated. If you are looking for a completely-entertainment expected or need, is in this hotel but at the wrong place. read more

The lanka princess is a nice hotel, with about 110 rooms, on the long beach of beruwela, where the bentota river in the indian ocean leads. The first impression is not impressive. But behind a simple facade presents a grand hotel. The architectural concept is well durchdacht. The lanka princess is surrounded by the palm-fringed beaches of beruwela and bentota and offers full Ayurveda-treatments and an outdoor pool. Day trips can be arranged at the tour desk. If you in the hotel wish to stay, you can in the library reading books or dvds look. The hotel also provides laundry ... services and a 24-hour front desk. Wifi is in the lobby for free, otherwise you could, depending on demand, a map to use to acquire. We had the hotel the loose stay at the end a trip. We were not aware that the hotel on Ayurveda treatments specializing in. It was therefore we initially weird that lots of people as martians walked, with green einheitsbekleidung (smock), nearly as in a sanatorium. Most made a happy impression, almost, as if they 'high' are. But joking aside, we then times with this indian cure intimate and the offer also partly used, even if not as guests were there. Guests were mainly older people, mostly german, and we. The hotel scored clear for your peace. Even the water aerobics of absorbed music on the stage, and without that the animator herumschreit as the often usual. Guests who attend, will certainly didn't bother me. For younger or singles the hotel but little suitable. There is, similar to beer gardens where expellees gather, tables for single reserved which are contacts want. But they were hardly used it.     All of the air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a big balcony or a terrace with beautiful views of the resort or the sea. Also a satellite tv - a mini bar and a safety deposit box are provided. The hotel features rooms of the categories, comfort, superior and suite. We had a room the superior category with about 45 square meter 2, made a very new impression, extremely clean, very quiet, with a large walk in shower, super balcony and with a view of the pool. So a complaint to find it impossible. Furthermore you have the possibility to choose between various mattresses (hard or mittelhart), different blankets, pillows (soft, moderately, hard or neck cushions), various schlafarten : •ceylonisch (windows and inside door open, exterior door, mosquito net, sound, without airconditioning); •southern european (windows and inside door open, exterior door, air conditioning, ceiling fan on, without mosquito net, but with geruchlosem mosquito coil equipped); •american (all the windows and doors, air conditioner turned on). The room boy taken care of everything. The room with all around is difficult to exceed. Compliment.

    The batahira restaurant serves regional and international dishes, both at the buffet, as well as à la carte. Specially prepared Ayurveda-dishes are also available. Vegetable cocktails and fresh fruit juice at the lobby bar and of the pool bar nehmen. The international restaurant was behind the expectations. But at most disturbed, was the sparse lighting on the restaurant terrace. You could the food hard to tell. The Ayurveda restaurant is the much better. Whether that is now authentic Ayurveda-kitchen is i cannot say. After our tour on Sri Lanka reminded me rather of native ceylon cooking, only to the european taste. Yes, there was missing in my opinion the sharpness. The hotel offers an all-inclusive, alcoholic beverages except, which are affordable.

    We had a few points of contact with the front desk. On arrival we were given a refreshing drink is served. Very nice design of the building, great area, chic gardens, unique layout of the room with raised bath with sliding doors (asian concept). Room is very clean, terrace large, room service perfectly. All special wishes were fast and perfectly, for example romantic decoration of the room or help with the saree wrap by receptionist. Two great restaurants, connected by a bridge and pond with lotus flowers. The ayurvedaische restaurant offers for all great choice of meals, the main restaurant offers very good selection of great decorated dishes (meat, fish, seafood, vegetarian, sri lankisch and international.). Desserts are very delicious. ... New year's eve and new year's buffet was the biggest (grilled lobster is ours secrettap). For alcoholic beverages one must pay, which didn't bother us. Service was perfect, so that you like give a tip. There is a great tea-corner. The pool is really clean and reservation of pool chairs for the aufenthaltszeig found my man great. Beach is rather to walk and fooling around thought. Swimmers can neighbor beach 10 minutes walk or drive with the boat. The entire hotel staff as waiters, cook, duty manager, the room-boy and hotel management were always friendly and stopped smalltalk with us. It is beautiful hotel by the beach with very good kitchen (also ayuvedaküche ) and friendly staff. We have christmas eve and were very pleased with the festive composition of the evening. Since we heligabend also silver wedding had, we were from the hotel with sparkling wine and flowers surprised. The hotel is from a german owner run, the 24 december each table and a few words spoke. It is pleasantly calm, the otherwise often usual noise by the pool is only to water aerobics, and this is ok. Yoga and medition are free and good (but unfortunately only in ... english). Would be nice a small fitness room, for something from the good food abzutrainieren. Chairs on the beach would be also not bad. We are then for one week a tour broken and could bags, as we then a ayuvedakur back. Some massages we have used, they were good and affordable. Note for animal-rights activist and animal lovers: one goes there also quite well with the few zugeaufenen cats right friendly. 2 should even neuter his. read more

The sunsets are a dream, from the lying off small meditationsinsel from. With about rooms the specific for international guests (average age 40 to 60 years old), detusche, swiss, austrians, well arranged and comfortable. The hotel and the entire area are top clean and tidy, the beautiful flowers everywhere. Unsurpassed the many love and always friendly staff, the every guest all wishes anticipate can. The cuisine ... is excellent ( international meals and ayurvedic kitchen). We his body and soul something special would like to do, should be a Ayurveda intensively cure book. I was now to 4. the lanka princess, this time for 3 weeks and the August-the ideal time for a cure, a few bathing tourists, for me beautiful and relaxing the occasional monsoon rain. Excellent also the guest care and the medical care and the therapists team in Ayurveda-department. With much attention to detail you will find the daily changing soft flowers on the bed.     I had a freshly renovated room with walk-in shower ( for me very pleasant). The rooms are perfect in size and local facilities. All rooms in the beautiful garden, the balconies are large, are equipped with couch, chairs and table. In the room is tv, vcr, telephone, safe, mini bar and coffee-/ tea making facilities. You feel all around however. Special wishes to mattress, pillows, mosquito nets are fulfilled immediately. The laundry service worked great, not so much in the suitcase pack!

    There are 2 restaurants ( international cuisine and ayurvedische kitchen), as well as a hotel bar and a pool bar. The selection was very varied, and excellent quality. Again top cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Wether for breakfast, lunch or dinner-there is a very well maintained and pleasant atmosphere-really to be comfortable. Every evening during dinner very decent a small band caribbean and international melodies.

    All of the staff are unsurpassed friendly, accommodating, helpful. Some speak German (even learned) or English. The rooms are cleaned in the morning and evenings are towels changed, the bed and mosquito net addressed. Drinks are always refilled. Wishes, suggestions, technical deficiencies or small complaints are taken care of immediately. Altogether I can say, the high art of hospitality is every day lived and controlled.

    The wonderful thing about the garden of the hotel is, that for every guest there was a sunbed is available, the on request also for the whole time can be reserved.     This is a hotel for guests the peace and quiet search. Shops are located in the small towns aluthgama or beruwela. The colorful on the markets and the warm inhabitants one should soak. Who excursions ( the country is way too beautiful for a pure beach vacation) plans, at the front desk and guest service shall apply. It was best to drive with a local driver, you know you the best, are warm and absolutely trustworthy. Another tip to the traders, the quite clingy can be. Ignore or simply continue is no beautiful behavior. Finally, we are guests in this country. They feature a smile and hello or where you came. If you signal, that you don't want to buy anything, go further.

We arrived in the middle of the almost intolerable noise accompanied camp and received after numerous complaints 50% discount on the room rate, but not in the spa treatments. We knew, that a 'low noise' to be prepared was, but from 8:00 a. m. morning was the night by intolerable pneumatic hammers or flexlärm to end. The room was until late afternoon no longer usable. Our on 10-08-12 at the front desk received 30 postcards were still not arrived. read more

Very relaxing vacation in a dreamlike area where cheerful and warm people. Jasmin the guest carer was always a open ear and stands with advice and act to the side. At the moment there is just renovated. Bathroom and pool area but that might be in a couple of weeks to be completed. Very genial it was in the beauty department. The massages and facials were the best, I have ever had. However you shouldn't tender beseidet be, because the two grip strength of. Would have Erik to mention. He sits on the exit to the beach and sold great ... excursions. These were adventurous and individually. Kandy, Galle and much more. A warm thank you at this point. The boat trip in the lagoon and river up are very recommendable. For people the peace and quiet search and get is this hotel a dream address. read more

An outstandingly beautiful vacation with a service, the attention not be beat! The staff is definitely friendly, not intrusive, yet very helpful. Those who seek peace and quiet, is in the right place here! Pure relaxation! Exactly, what we wanted. The food was very diverse and excellent. For excursions in the more immediate vicinity we recommend shan, which in its tuk-tuk everywhere drive somewhere, much show and could explain. Tip: the cats on the grounds (sunbathing lawn ) please do not feed! Some older ladies did this generous and daily-despite prohibition-signs. The cats, it was relatively no matter, by whom ... they are fed and therefore 'irritating' us with their begging, click our beach chairs jumped, which not only gross ( futterreste towel), but for a katzenhaar -allergic people very inconvenient! So please a little indulgence-not everyone is a cats fan and would like a creeping fellknäuel with nassfutterresten on the body feel. read more

We have ourselves after the long flight immediately welcome and at home felt. Staff very friendly and helpful. They always had a smile. Special wishes were fulfilled as quickly as possible.
