My negativbewertung is based on the friendliness of the ladies at the front desk, on the lack of information, the us was offered, the long ways, you had to put behind and the noon stock pot, no begeisterungsstürme rise. In detail on arrival we were rather behavior welcomes. One had nearly a bad conscience, that one dared, ago. Maybe the ladies at the reception with the rush of families (in the easter vacations) overstrained. As my husband was dared, an interposed question to put, he was immediately rebuked, that this question were later be answered would. After the room at ... 13 o'clock not finished yet was (officially the room from 15 o'clock obtainable) we could first the soup pot. Al we around 13,30 again to the front desk arrived we were once again told, that the room not would be ready. This is of course no reason, to complain, but we travel a lot, and under normal circumstances, you can at least an effort to see, the room possibly a little earlier ready to make. In this specific case the ladies the front desk not even an approximate indication to draw, you have just the 15-hours-indication stiffened. Thus we have proposed our clothes in the umkleidekästen and right in the thermal spring to go. If you in this hotel for the first time is, there needs to be a little detektivischer work, these boxes was to find. You would expect a locker room, where these boxes are. But there are these boxes in different rooms. It is not worth the trouble, a this. After these boxes at the end of of the hotel are, you must then back to the front desk, where you the towels pick-up may, and then at the other end of the hotel direction therme 'hiking'. It takes, until you get to the spa is. When you arrived there is believing, now it has been managed, then you are mistaken massive! May holidays and it is after 14 o'clock? You would want to pack up and leave (and we would have almost!)! No free places more in the thermal baths, the thermal spring confusing, loud and uncomfortable! You can only be happy, if you no children under 6 years and in the loslass -field must, it is quiet and pleasant and it is there bearable. The ladies at the reception also forget to inform us, that only on the first floor the door is open, to go back to the hotel come back. In the other floors you need the hours, on the the room number entered was, to open the door. Lack of information we were in front of the closed door. So somehow one does as difficult, holiday mood arise to leave first the gauntlet in the hotel, the long walkways, the search in the thermal baths, then again locked doors. Our room was huge, spacious and clean. It disturbed me, that it in the bath no plug socket gave. As i am a straightener use, i was compelled, the hair even with the hot iron in the bedroom without mirror suppres. I thought that was rather unpleasant.

The breakfast and the evening buffet are very good and one can definitely mood there. The soup at lunch definitely not the, what you would expect it to be. It is perfectly clear to me, that a hotel has difficulties, the remainders to utilize and i do the heart pain, if i to think, what probably everything from vortagesbüfett must be thrown away (so i basically food rather, the morning just choose and dinner served). But i am no friend of ' restlessen', if i on vacation am. As an example the sauerkrautsuppe with fleischbrockeneilage -on the eve there was pork with sauerkraut. With mothers probably need not discuss, if children something taste could. If it then as an alternative a tomato soup is (me itself was tasted), then you've already-in other words, that the children in thermenbüfett which want to buy, what you really taste. It is not an developping, but is stay for children free, thus must be reckoned with, that many children arrive. Thus it would be for children desirable, at least daily a clear soup with different deposits to choose from ( fridatten, noodles, letters) would be. Would not cost much more and the children would be satisfied.
