The hotel makes only once a good impression. The lobby is large and bright, the staff at reception is really friendly. Our rooms lay in the main building, in a rather unkempt condition. The room decor is very dated and it is only very superficially cleaned, so were the schrankschiebetüren laced handabdrücken etc. The bathroom was also old and not appealing. Furthermore, the doors from paperboard there, it is extremely noisy. There were voele english and Schotten since, also lots of scandinavians, all together however a pleasant ambience. read more

    The food is completely in the mostly english or scottish business orientated, greasy and unseasoned. It repeated again and again, in the morning and in the evening. The whole dinning hall and the presentation of the food is rather unappetizing, so were the top of the jam jars for example the entire season not cleaned once have been, the glasses were condensation and the plates were often still leftovers from the 'voresser'. Furthermore, there was often a lack of plates and cups. At the bars there was always only paper cups, both on the day, as well as in the evening.

    The staff is all in all very nice and helpful, it is both german, as well as english spoken. While we were there stock the staff at the bars and in the dining room mostly of romanians.     The location is good, to the airport not far, about 30 minutes the hotel lies at the edge of town from Faliraki, one is about minutes in the city center. Unfortunately had everything up to a few cocktailsbars closed, since in october already off season.

There is unfortunately very different room, new and old room, with a travel agency at home tourist the first meeting told, that in his room in the new building mold on the walls has. We had a ageing family room ( point 448) The hotel is completely in English adjusted, this made itself for the food, animation and the talk noticeable. Without English, it is difficult, to get clear. Especially here are very many English and scandinavian families with very young children. We were from 25,09.-02.10. 2012 there, it is about 1/3 the meal the it and ... unfortunately was this 1/3 not enjoyable. It was almost always cold, since the warmhaltelampen not strong enough were. I am otherwise not naggers and have always something to eat found, but this was with distance the worst food that I have ever on vacation had. We had all-inclusive, the beverages you could always at pool bar and also the cocktails in larger selection there or in the bar at the lobby. read more

    Our room was a family room. One came purely, then left the shonin aged bathroom, straight ahead was the room with the double bed (1.40 meters wide) and through a milchglastüre, the upstairs and downstairs was open, was the children's room, this had 2 single beds. From here, one on the balcony. The air conditioning was on the ceiling in a opening for both rooms. We had however only on, if we not in the room were, as it is right on the bed blew. In two room was a tv with ARD, ZDF, RTL and satellite. 1 it was a fridge, but at night had, because he was noisy. On the dessert was a telephone. Incoming telephone call weren't a problem, at the front desk the room demand and you connected. There was a big built-in cupboard ( with a safe), a dressing table, a small stools, 2 bedside tables and a chair in the double rooms, in the children's room was a bedside table and a chair. Unfortunately the curtains in the morning the sun not from, so the children's room very bright was, since the sun peering in.

    The hotel is about 30 minutes away from the airport and to Faliraki purely, on foot it are only a few minutes. To the beach you have to main street cross and runs then in 5 minutes to the beach, so not a problem. The way is however not very scenic. In Faliraki you can go shopping or apart from that one drives to Rhodos. The bus goes every 20 minutes in front of the hotel from. We were in the old town for shopping. We felt a car rented and the island itself explored on foot. Is very recommendable Lindos. Not recommendable is the butterfly valley. Entry costs 5 Euro per person and you get to see unfortunately no butterflies.

For us as students with low vacation budget it was a succesful vacation. We had the luck in the new building under. This has again a pool and a pool bar, where you in the evening almost alone sit and full attention of the staff can. The cocktails were here always fresh ( German cocktail bar level). Excursions in the area are optimal. Scooter, cars and quads you can good and cheap rent. read more

We were at the end of september in the hotel, had all inclusive. We were in the side building, fully renovated. It is a pity that only the doors some were too short, you could every noise in the hallway hear. Best small bungalow take, simply at the front desk questions, these are at the end of the pool, and you can hear the entertainment not so. The walls are a bit differently, than in the building. The hotel is for a 4 stars completely reasonable apart from that. The side building, of the here everything so bad writing, on ... the other lateral road, we have seen, was renovated and looked from the outside good. Is however right on the main street! More i can't comment. Staff are very friendly and always cooperative, that one must which already let. Beautiful greetings to Dimitri, Christos and matina-nice girl. It is really great! Great service! It works at the front desk. If you enter and says: hi matina-nice girl, you will laugh, that you can not at all imagine. Totally sweet! \u263a do me a favor, and makes it easy. The food was brilliant! Even my husband ate everything, and that is not always that, believe me. I always fear al with him to book, because it that food tastes and we nevertheless for various restaurants pay have to. We could not hand in hand together go, if people contrary to arrived. Was totally strange the road. Excursions made to Lindos with the ship. It is worthwhile! I think it was about 25-30 Euro per person. After okropollis please with the Esel completely upward horse riding, you will get no air, it is fully exhausting, believe me. And please take something to drink. Up there is no bar!-) Lindos super nice! White city. Beautiful sandy small beach with chairs and restaurant. The sand had we enjoyed. Water also super. To eat you can a small something buy. We had pancakes, with various fillings, you could put together yourself, and it is freshly and individually for everyone on the hand-made. Cheap and makes full to the dinner buffet. (complete one is almost the enitre day on the way if this tour.) We enjoyed the tickets for the travel agency opposite the hotel made. Super nice. Also speaks german! Even the ship with its private car went.-) On the way to south we have the berümte Santa Maria church. Attention, about 200 steps to walk up. Not suitable for anyone. And please water with! Great view! Simply fantastic. Quiet to top by car drive, until it does not go any longer.! In this church mostly women who have no children and what wishes. We have also prayed, i and my friend. I am now pregnant! May be, that it is a coincidence or not, but the versproche score is \u263a Excursion to completely south Rhodos with the quads. About 200 kilometer a distance, was fun but very tiring. Better rent a car. \u263a at the sweet the islands meeting the south and west side on each other. As is the surfparadies. Just fantastic! You must definitely see! Excursion with the normal bus, stop immediately at the hotel, to old town. Super nice! Half hour one is there! Let from the restaurantverkäufern irritate, easy and sit down. The were very lestig. Even we together argued. It was too bad, and we have other restaurant found. Apart from that everything was great. I stayed in a room in the main building. The size was for me alone ok. What annoyed were the English( and russians), the very loudly at night between. 1-2 clock in the hallway talking, doors slamming doors, knocked... In the main building on the gr. Balconies, was not lighting available, read was not \u263a Than minus otherwise to values: the doors didn't fare in the lock be pulled... It slammed so constantly the doors, far after midnight. read more

    The size was for me as a lone traveler ok. I had a large bed (140 times 200), the mattress ( taschenfederkern I think) was ok, as well as the pillows (4 st. Available). The 2 chairs were rather something to stand up/drop hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioning. Had little power. Tv with German program was available, bad sound quality however. Fridge available, but unfilled. Safe, telephone and hair dryer I didn't need it, however I have a radio missed. The condition was only average, but ok. The balcony was great large with 2 good chairs and small glass table. Re. And li. To the neighbors walls was hoisted.

The cleanliness general was very good, food was varied and tasty, for jd. A bit.     One had to the beach about 10 minutes walk, annoyed somewhat. This was clean, to the sea with gravel paths, bathing shoe would possibly appropriate. Water is quite quickly deep (nothing for infants). After falkiraki city one 10 to 20 minutes Who go on excursions would like, is good and cheap served, in front of the hotel in 'sofia travel' to go. It works perfectly, very nice couple( he speaks a bit of German).

We have 2 small children, 2 adults children and a girlfriend arrived. The two adults children, as well as the friend for the first night a room outside of the grounds, opposite. And this rooms were probably get excited about bad. Our son received but with his girlfriend and her mother on the next day new room, in the new block. Very beautiful room! We 4, familienzimmerbucher had the luck so unfortunately not. We had in the first room only an airco in the parents' room, and over 40 degrees and sunny side were the children every morning hot. When ... we the room wanted to change, we got 3 days later a worse hotels room! The double bed was too short, so that the feet of my man looked, the toilet was leaking, so the always and constantly with the do the water leaking and the whole toilet distributed. We helped us with towels therefore around. Even after the fact was repaired, nothing changed at the condition. On the double bed put a foam mattress, so that you at least' on the whole' to night could. The mattresses with the kids in the room were extremely worn out, but the then got better. In addition we have to say the family room in block 500 super new and nervorragend were, but unfortunately they gave us an old and run down room. For me as a family with 2 smaller children and 4 guests paying the full fee actually an absurdity! read more

    The food was hotel. Of course you could say, these complainers and something one would always find, but I when paying tourist see a bit different. For a great vacation have not only sun and sea, but even such normaitäten as a suitable room and a good food. The breakfast was every day right, there was not even nutella or similar chocolate nut cream, the jams was a klinsch, I can it not call after nothing except gelatin tasted. This English to eat, you can have, but you didn't have to. It was, overall completely in English guests coordinated, at the dinner, and I think it is not okay! Because also other want good food for the money what you pay for. It was not times in German that you as food got...

    The staff were very nice! Also the entertainment and very particular emphasis should be on people always at the bar and us all to your hearts content served. Also the waiters, the dishes wegeräumte was often not to envied, and nevertheless always very nice and kind. Foreign languages skills could be improved, you can tell the Faliraki in English hand, German is as almost not at all spoken. So either you can speak English or you are a bit lost.     The splashworld is brilliant! Great great and the best one whole vacation! There, you could also mostly good at the snack bar food, at lunch there was always especially delicious pizza. Why are not easy enough chairs there? You know how many beds the hotel has or? The pool in hauptgelände is in my opinion to a joke for the size of the hotel. It is like sardines in oil-swim.     To the beach it was a bit inconvenient, always the hotel out on a street and then whole piece road. However the beach made up for it. Clear water, beautiful sand. However are the loungers not with included and therefore as a family a little expensive. Shops were outstanding, there one directly at the large shopping street in Faliraki and thus did not have far ways.

Beautiful, not too big hotel in a good location. Food was good and diverse. Entertainment was given but not pushy. Mini club is available but only English-speaking, but great mini disco. Staff are very friendly and industriously, care very good for the guests. Room was cleaned daily and in terms of size enough. In the peak season one must be fast in the morning, if one a couch under the sun screen would, otherwise actually enough chairs available. Way to the beach is the length was OK. Water park is unfortunately not for all tour operator included, had 12 Euro ... per day per person ( FTI) but paid off. Best cocktails there was on the relaxation pool( included). The hotel is for families very suitable. read more

Positive: Nice hotel for young and old. Location is perfect. Food (also the selection) was great. - staff on the whole quite friendly ( especially the front desk) - room was all right - not far away to the beach ( at best 10 minutes) Negative: Cleanliness of the room and towels are very good. Likewise the table-Ware. Tip: cocktails in the Indoorbar drink! Are better read more

Ok, the breakfast was somewhat one-sided (English breakfast: beans, eggs in all variants and bacon). But there were also muesli, jams, fruit, rolls and bread from light to dark.     Although I had read, that it in the high season many a time crepe for breakfast were and my daughter like a snow king looking forward to, we had this in the first one and a half weeks of our vacation only once! These I told then the restaurant manager with (all spoke English). Prompt there were crepes the next morning. This variety at the rather one-sided breakfast caused queues through the entire area of food! The poor chef. Hygiene: also here were constantly the floors were wiped. At lunch we sat inside, because we walk on the beach so heated were, that we the air conditioning enjoyed. In the morning and evenings we sat outside.

    Ok: many british people, lots of bingo, extreme volume! I was really annoyed. At the beginning, when we in the main building used, was our room directly opposite the entertainment stage. It was really unbearable. The noise from the boxes was easily until midnight. But it was the noise not over. The guests, the it (where also always) very long stood, came at two o'clock in the morning to the hotel ( with small children!). And apparently know many holidaymakers no handles on the doors.     To to the sea ( great clear water, clean beach with sand and from time to time pebbles) it is from the hotel situated approximately ten minutes on foot. This way we are every day there and back with our kids twice ran. There the temperatures about 45 degrees amounted to, was a bit of a hassle. But it that is unacceptable, only on the swimming pool hang out, if you have a hotel by the sea booked. The way to the sea was bland. Only much asphalt, then much dunes. Drained landscape, as it in the south now time is common. But the water and its crystal clear view of the reason makes everything more than makes up for it. Faliraki is very on tourism trimmed. Were twice, a third time would be absolutely superfluous been. We have the 'three-bay boat trip' at the beach booked and were inspired. From the boat we could there into the water jump. There were enough schwimmutensilien on board ( snorkel, swimming noodles and sleeve) and the sight of caves and grottoes. Furthermore we were with the ship in Lindos ( in the morning because of the incredible heat). Our kids on donkeys the mountain to Akropolis high, my husband and I on foot afterwards. We were schweißüberströmt, the gaudy sun in Akropolis has not changed, but the view of the bay was worth it. Then it was further on foot in the picturesque town and its winding streets. Really great. Then at the beach and the cafes. Our best trip.

It was a vacation with rough edges. We had a family room with separate bedroom booked. This was in one of the older side building. When we the room looked, we had actually no more desire, it was according to our ideas in any case a 4 * standard. The bathroom made generally a unclean impression. Broken tiles, filthy sewage, around the fittings missing tiles, mold. The actual bedroom had no private window. The only light came from the ' children -bedroom ', which is right on the bedroom adjoined and merely separated by frosted glass was. Here was the ... access to the balcony. Unfortunately went our room direction kitchen out, so that we already mornings smell could, on day to food was. The advantage of this was, it was quiet. The evening animation or visitors up at the end at the pool bar sat, we did not receive much. The doors the damentoiletten in the lobby could not be locked. These are apparently by frosted glass modernized, but unfortunately without possibility the doors reasonable to worn out. In addition to these evils, it was gratifying, that the kitchen was outstanding. It was always very tasty. Our opinion was something for everyone. Also the people from the service were always very polite, especially the men at the pool bar. The animation was not pushy at all, if one no desire had, was the also okay and was respected. The visit to the attached water park you had to pay ( 12,- Euro per person for one day). Just, if then still 3 slides besides business are. Our summary: we were disappointed from the we and would not again go there. Perhaps it would have been better, the investment in the water park of the renovation the room to use. read more

From a four star hotel one expected considerably more! The started on arrival evenings at 21:00 hours, we got the key and had to the room itself search, which we have also our suitcase with had! The pool seemed neglected and for the complex way too small, from morning, constantly overcrowded, as vacation period was. Food was very well arranged and onesided. The room (253 in the main building) our son and our grandchild was in a especially serious condition, on the toilet seat were tiles broken and provisionally with a schaumstoffartigen material filled have been (could also Abdichtungsmaterial ... of Wasserrohres its)! And at the third day found our son behind the fenstervorhang a foreign Herrenunterhose! As far as the cleanliness! The way to the beach was not marked and led over dusty, müllbeladene paths. The ' natural beach' asked one per couch 4 Euro ( with umbrella). Oh, and the chairs at the pool were also not better, as well as the umbrella, much broken, neglected and all without applicators! As we' all inclusive' had booked, we could one evening in the neighboring restaurant À-la-carte food. The hotel itself is not evil. However were during our travels middle May very many British people since, the very, very loud and in the restaurant not too behavior knew. The restaurant has canteens -character and we were glad, if we as quickly as possible outside were. We are Greek four star hotels clearly better used and this hotel not recommend. Who to Faliraki would like, should stay in the blue sea beach hotel. Also recommendable nonetheless the Kresten Palace in Kallithea. read more

We were the last days in the sun palace and it was ordered to a large extent still any service, the breakfast we noticed, that the end of the season of the season, after a week there was no pancakes and omelets and no more so the food in general was good. There were different theme evenings and there was always something Greek to find! I would like to highlight the great entertainment for the kids including kids club with Maria, the offering good German and swam every day with the kids, and had a lot of fun. Also the ... pools were nice and big and the playground away, that you had no worries. The beach was around seven minutes to reach.-a little stones from the sand, but the water was crystal clear and clean and Emer than the pool (each other? Cold.). Since we during our stay any strike witnessed ioch forms would like to stress once again, that in the hotel nothing to remember. The restaurant staff, the front desk, cleaning staff and activities have everything given! It was a wonderful vacation and the hotel is definitely recommendable. The entertainment and the evening program were great and not too pushy. The food was varied and very tasty, and the staff was very friendly (especially the cleaning ladies and the bartenders). The possibilities for excursions were great and affordable. Faliraki is well suited for evening activities. The beach is stony, but there are also beautiful sandy sections. read more
