Were only a night. The hotel staff was at the front desk, bar and restaurant really friendly and competent.
Rooms clean, well equipped and super bed. If we go back to Frankfurt his we come back reliably. read more

Great hotel with modernly decorated rooms. On hygiene in this hotel especially respected.
The food is magnificent great arranged and tastefully.
Next to the hotel, there is a big shopping center and a great pedestrian precinct.

After a very quick, friendly check in I went into my room on the 7 floor. The view from up there was really nice. All in all was the room not very large but adequate. It was a super comfortable bed, desk with coffee machine and flat screen. A large closet the already a bit older appeared and a trouser press, which was also rather a bit helpless in the hallway was appropriate.
the staff were very friendly and technical problems were immediately attempted to solve. As the problem not within 5 minutes was resolved, I got a new room. ...
the breakfast was great delicious and there was a lot of choice.

The hotel is centrally located in niederrad, for a private city break to far out.
Distance to the airport is not large.
The typical Sheraton house is in good condition and offers pleasant atmosphere.
Rooms to forest beach chairs in the direction of entry lane the new landing strip.
Between about 23 hours and 5 pm however peace. read more

For a business trip with several participants very suitable, spacious ambience, good food and very good selection of drinks. Wellness area absolutely sufficient. Room very well equipped, for cleanliness (here dust above the minibar) could better respected.
for a city trip the hotel not in my opinion suitable, since the location does not offer.'at the end the world' not a other word to use. read more

All in all okay-a bit overpriced in the restaurant-but okay. Unfortunately, problems with the departure, first after a complaint when they finally the method of payment accepted. However, that does not detract from the overall impression and the lady at the front desk seemed a little tired, perhaps she was so rude-What you say nobody can. Zhu recommend nearby the Ristorante Ciao-eight minutes walk... great pizza and service for a small price! read more

The hotel is located in Niederrad (in the "Bürostadt" - office city). A typical "seminar hotel" and for business travellers. Breakfast was rich. Nothing wrong with it. Soccer friends are not far from the Commerzbank Arena. read more

The Sheraton was a very large, Typical business hotel with an international audience. The atmosphere was businesslike and professional.
My room was on the third floor. Despite 'preferred guest floor' the room was rather disappointing-very cramped, no safe, old tv, narrow beds, decor very dated, bathroom very small.
Positive: pants ironing board, sauna towel, bathrobe, large refrigerator, sufficient bed pillows, air conditioning.
The connection and distance from the inner city or fair was rather poor. I would not recommend this hotel, if you are an event downtown or at the fair. With the taxi one pays 15-20 to the fair ... or downtown.
Parking places were plentiful in a parking lot, but the cost for this-for the location of the hotel-simply exaggerated.
For a short business trip (1-3 nights) okay, I would not live there longer though. read more

I only stayed one night, but on the bed great nights sleep. Courtesy and friendliness of the staff TOP, nothing seemed fake, but really. Check in and check out fantastic quickly. For business travelers this hotel is highly recommended. by the outside that looks like an old box, is modernly furnished from the inside. Clean rooms offer much closet, TV with lots of channels, comfortable beds, a bathroom with shower over bath, cozy lighting and if necessary for the trouser press. The service at the hotel is outstanding. The breakfast buffet was very rich. In the restaurant you can select from the Show some fine dining. Just in front of the hotel there is a tram stop, so a good connection also without a car was guaranteed. This place would be ... quite unsuitable for families! read more

Top hotel in a quiet and green but central location means Niederrad all combine ( area). Tram stop right outside the hotel. In 20 minutes you are in the heart of the city. 2 -Tagesarragement book through a travel agent, which was cheaper than at the hotel. Service at the hotel was super, cleanliness, especially at the pool and sauna area very good. Breakfast was excellent. read more

Location in the Niederrad all combine verkehrgünstige. Parking fees were pretty high. Rooms are big enough, only very small bathroom. Everything you need in the room. >Breakfast even with fresh orange juice, otherwise good selection. Front desk very professional and helpful. read more

The house is part of a known Hotel chain and had the convenience and service by well-trained staff. The hotel is located in a "Niederrad all combine", so it was quite a walk to the city attractions, however, was the traffic connections (both individually and with the tram) very good. There were two or three restaurants in the immediate surroundings, more in just within walking distance. The pool area was well maintained and ( at klirrend cold outside temperature) well heated, although we were the only people in there. read more

The room was booked for a night for two people with company inclusive of all costs and breakfast. The breakfast we had to twice! Leave to attend. This has led at check-in by about 15 minutes a delay with it.
The hotel key didn't work, the Türentriegler had to be encoded fresh. More than five minutes with bags outside the door waiting. The room itself was small and cramped. The bathroom was on the surface clean, but on the ceiling were stains, no shower curtain or stall, so we have set the bathroom was fairly quickly under water, or flooding ... in the room we towels on the floor from the shower did.
The hair dryer is from ancient times, cannot be adjusted to be steps, overheating. Very antiquated.
A note on the bed, that to our request, the beds were not made ehute! We are just arrived, we couldn't have indicated that they wish.
On the wall was killed a spider recently, the traces and parts of the legs were clearly visible.
The menu is very minimal. The leisure activity offer was more than miserable. The dishes and silverware from bread/butter until finally see. No wine glasses required were not covered. The salad plate was in the middle of the table, since the bread plate Chen before us. We then pulled itself. The main course came, the plates were allowed themselves to us, so that the plates from the main course could be ahead of us. The same to other tables.
Later in the lobby I had to remind after a quarter of an hour at the bar counter, something that I had ordered.
The final straw was the breakfast as a half situation glibbriges scrambled eggs without any spices got, and in the basket bread slices, which was of the consistency and taste probably from the day before.
Star rating and has a high rate to make long no good hotel. As I have stayed in 3-stars-Pensions better and cheaper and more comfortable.
Besides, from six in the morning was about every five minutes 'rumms 'to be heard, doors would slam shut when someone or stem bed and down again. We have no idea what it was, but it did not more sleep.
When once again Frankfurt, then this hotel is certainly no longer the case. read more

Nice hotel, but the furniture was already a bit older in style. The restaurant is a bit rustic-style decor, if you like it... But otherwise nice large rooms. Pool and sauna was renovated or converted unfortunately. read more

Efficient, friendly, classy, quiet, human, fast, courteous, there are many attributes, deserve the staff inside this Sheraton. Very praising to mention that is really good, friendly staff in all areas, as well as the cleanliness. My room was a bit worn but otherwise well appointed. The hotel is located in a rather drab but certainly tranquil office and hotel collection. The breakfast was very plentiful but möch tens of medium quality: aqueous juices, was the fresh fruit salad with canned fruit watered down... Here would be less in good quality been more. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay. read more

Fair weekend visited, to still reasonable price, nice updated rooms with all comfort in the niederrad rise happy with a view from balcony overlooking the forest as far as the eye can see. In hotel management impression in the extensive meeting facilities available. Beautiful lobby, restaurant facilities really nice, rather ordinary and for a modern business too rustical.
Small wellness area of the closed too early and therefore could not be used. TRAM connections close to the hotel. Breakfast is separately charged! read more
