Hotel is new and really very nice. Rooms are spacious, clean with a balcony. Some types of balons are bigger. I think - every rooms have really wonderful view. Every room has a view of pool and some of them pool view and sea view or sea side view. Pool area is clean with plenty of sunbeds. The way to the beach is through the nice promenade. It´s about 3 minutes by walk from the pool area. Beach bar is not on the beach. But it´s possible to using a pool bar (alcohol, soft drinks and some snack). read more

It is a very big hotel. The cleanliness there i would rate as good, somewhat excluded in the restaurant at the tables. read more

    Everything nice clean and tidy with at least 4 german programs. Warm it was enough in the room, although the air conditioning not worked (?)

    The quality of the meals and drinks i can writing good. There was enough selection for those not everything or no meat food etc. The partial style typical of the region like some already a bit getting used to appear, but as mentioned - for any taste is nevertheless enough available. Only at the table you should be careful. The best to stay in 2 persons a at the table sit, so the other guest at the buffet can, because otherwise it can also happen, that the used dishes at the time cleared away.

    The staff in the hotel is really friendly. The foreign language skills i had but was amazed at how light, that the bell boy better german spoke as the staff at reception. A tip: you should because of the bell boy always something change as baksheesh holding.

    We had only the pool in the spa use it, as we outside in the water was still too cold. But recommendation for the spa area. Just a little brighter if the entrance to the pool already can be.

    The hotel lies directly at the beach promenade. Nearby there is a small Vogelpark (recommendable). There was also some shops nearby. You should definitely a drive with the bimmelbahn companies. We had had a round trip to Marocco booked. The was a bit exhausting, but nevertheless very nice with many experiences-i can definitely recommend.

The hotel is directly at the beach. Nearby the city, and on the beach promenade. A pool had 29 celsius. Enough chairs and towels available. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Also good, varied maroc. Kitchen. Wi-fi in the room good quality and free! Has and very good pleased. Will be back. read more

Five star for this hotel is grossly exaggerated food unimaginative and tasteless (no seasoning ) service in the restaurant worked very well, but only with plenty of tips, pool bar service perfect, as well as the service at the beach and pool, the room service is good as very correct governess (german-speaking) The quality services in the restaurant suffering under the desinteressen of the 'director of the restoration' an old outdated pensioners '-young very Capable staff with best abschlussnoten at the who leave Unfortunately after a short time again the hotel-tourism will continue to strongly back in this hotel. read more

when we arrived the rom was not clean. Location perfect Service: some of them can't even speak English. Some of them speak well English. Gastronomie: We arrived after Ramadan. There were 2 days when there was not enough food for us. No spoons, no napkins, dirty tables. Sport, animation good! Kamer: room ok, cleaning not ok, balcony ok Tips : There are men in black clothes to send the personal in right direction. They do nothing at all, they only speak hard and "do angry to the one below them". read more

Nice ambiance with maximum rudeness. Very noisy on overcrowded promenade. Noise until about 4:00 A. M.. National Moroccan hotel. The pool is not to use, as crowded. Furthermore baden Marokkanerinnen in street clothes in the pool. read more

Location and the surroundings: the location is just great. Beach is 200 meters away. A great beach-promenade with numerous bars and restaurants. Service: staff are friendly, unfortunately spoke German, also at the front desk not. Dining: the all-inclusive offer is very confusing and in the disco you get nothing at all. After a week round trip we have in this hotel relaxed good! The hotel lies directly at the beach promenade one of beautiful beach. The room with a view of the sea was large and clean! The food good and plentiful. The waiters hard the wishes of the guests respond and very friendly! If we go back Agadir book, then only in royal Atlas! read more

After we were skeptical, we are totally surprised been. The hotel was great, there was hardly anything to complain about. We had pool view and thus much peace. Fellow travelers with a view of the sea had to with closed windows sleep, since the Atlantic quite loud was. We have the stay very enjoyed and would the hotel happily recommend. read more

Excellent hotel Super good offer of the meal - really fine Delight in the main menu and in which dessert - half board or all inclusive; in the morning a lot of variety in the coffee -also bread; drinks bottled at the table served - always sufficient places at the tables; the extremely well maintained pools ( after a sand storm the whole Bering with hose cleaned) were always beds free, idem on hotel's own beach; Massive 7 kilometer long beach promenade, in some distance to the Marina and port; Animation broadened! read more

After we to this hotel because of of construction were transferred, we were initially positively surprised. The hotel gives a friendly impression from the reception, the pool landscape, our room and dining room. Our room was very quiet convenient and we were quickly both by the pool, as well as on the beach promenade or beach. Were also the bathroom and the rooms very spacious and for our expectations clean. About the flowers arrangement in the bathroom we were happy to come home. The Check-in designed through the transfer and the lack of knowledge of German at the front desk ... somewhat Difficult. In the hotel were too many french guests. Little German and English. Also the staff spoke little German, we could however communicate. For our taste the food a disaster. We had booked all inclusive and for lunch and evenings, as long as we were out, buffet eaten. Furthermore, we would like to say, that we are a very disappointed were. In a five star hotel we would have better food expected. For our taste the food Tasteless, some cold or already drying, always the same and little decorated. Every day the same salads, Desserts and the same fruit. The Füllplatten with dried raw vegetables were only after days replaced. The fight for salt and pepper and spoon we can confirm. We see it as positive, we have not increased and had a couple of nice days. Maybe you should this hotel only with breakfast book! You can recommend the hotel, the food however not. read more

This five star hotel has given, is that in Morocco, our expectations on the whole fulfilled. The room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom. Pleasant we found the seprate toilet. The cleaning of the rooms took place daily with complete linen. However it would have for our taste a little thorough - 'is Morocco'. Although we ready we were on the fremdländische kitchen ends, we had to say, that it was quite monotonous was (chicken, fish, rice) and in certain places very 'oil annoying'. for our stay transportation to and from the hotel was less than 50% full ..., which made it easy, loungers by the pool and places in the hotel bar are to be found- could in full occupancy be a problem. read more

    we had a room on the highest floor with direct view of the sea, a so-called 'VIP room'. The room was commodious, but was of cleanliness and maintenance a lot to be desired (broken light bulbs, leaky Bath tub plug, dirty balcony). The Beseitungung the problem was laborious and only partly successfully. In addition there was considerable noise, both from the corridor, as well as the disco in the same complex, until five o'clock in the morning in the business was. the bed was good, apart from that was the furnishings simple. Except for the plastic on the balcony there was no seating possibility.

    The breakfast buffet was very different. Sometimes there was only old bread from the day before, and the offer was scant, sometimes everything was clean and tidy. It is not clear, whether on the moon or on the mood of the heads of the restaurant or... Always however very carefully on it respected, that you don't too long the breakfast lingered. the dinner was frightening unimaginative. There was only a sort of fish, boring prepared and of dubious fresh (and the directly on the Atlantic ocean!). The variety of meat mostly consisted of poultry. Appetizers, salad and dessert-always the same! It is the numeric Marr Okan kitchen very aromatic and diverse. if you're not very early came, the stock was lifted, and it was slow reloaded. The tablecloths often filthy, Salt and pepper had to be 'fought', and also the cutlery was rarely completely. What worked very well was the clear; it was over so quickly, that you literally had to resist. All together no pleasant Essatmosphäre.

    the staff were mostly friendly, but all in all totally incompetent. This incompetence by sometimes by problems with the Communication triggered, because the waiters for example a French/English-onlyGerman Babel of languages, without one of the language understand, sometimes there was a lack of basic simple and motivation, for example at the front desk or in the restaurant.

    A very beautiful pool area! The beach chairs, towels, sun screens were in good condition. Sports and entertainment were limited to a ping-Pong table, which we however it didn't bother us. additional it was a private beach, also very well maintained. The beach chairs there were however a bit tattered.

    very good location direct at the beach. Numerous pub and shops are in the immediate area. Also the town center is not far on foot. unfortunately the fish factory, the Northern end of the beach (on the port) is located, a strong smell of, the sometimes was so bad, that you couldn't even the balcony door open like, let alone on the balcony wanted to sit.

On arrival no room first after a long time back and forth finally checked in. Front desk no German. Unfortunately no entertainment. In the stone bar service. From time to time (1 hour) good dance music, if the singer not friends and with them shall maintain or phone. read more

I do not recommend the hotel in North Rhine-Westphalia. The disco( built on the same basis) proposes to 4.30 and 5:00 in the morning o'clock the basses by all floors. Paragraphs from the rooms are clearly heard. The room change was expensive. Prompt is also two days from the service. So could the mold on the shower continues to grow. The staff are poorly trained. It has major problems, anytime again the half board- all-inclusiveGuests to separate. Half-board guests are preferentially treated (figures immediately-tip!). Managers are in groups around everywhere and, instead of train. Salt and pepper were ... on the tables to, was not possible! The food wasn't't very varied, hardly clearly marked-so very hard to see. It's a pity-a nice hotel at a beautiful beach. But no comfortable atmosphere. Bad management probably. read more

The hotel is very large. There was enough space for the guests but good. By the pool every/R will find a suitable spot for. We were positively surprised. The location to the beach was ideal. Beach chairs/sunshades on the beach by the pool sufficient available. The pool area is very generous and laid out. In the winter there was unfortunately only 1.50 meters deep a small pool on 25 °C heated. The other pools temperatures around 19 °C. The weather in November can be very fresh. Stars is not always possible, therefor then expanded walks on the beach. read more
