A little dated, could once again be renovated -for example bathroom. Facilities with air-conditioning, kettle, minibar and wi-fi internet access.

Wide choice of the food and good quality. Cleanliness and service was great.

Very polite, friendly staff with very good english. Clean room cleaning and daily changing of bed sheets and towels, extra towels for beach and pool.

The location of the hotel-just amazing. Simple, already somewhat older hotel nice bungalow with a direct view of the sea. Very friendly staff, cleanliness and service was perfect.

Great location with its own private beach. Easy to reach with tuk tuk or taxi.

We had a bungalow. This was a good choice. In the morning the eyes and only palms and sea. The furniture was already somewhat older and easy run-down. Our cabins was apparently especially newly renovated. The furnishings was already described several times, everything ok. On the balcony we had also times a lodger, a line. I have, after some photos levels were, in the high arch with the stay in the garden flipped. On the next day I photos at the front desk shown and au wei the said lethal toxic. But I live still...

In the hotel there are größenbedingt just a restaurant. You can as very good food. The prices are here a bit upscale. Of course, you can also to Chaweng or Lamai and cheap food, of course we also often made. But the time of the great bargain is long past. They have long broselow.

The staff are very friendly and keen to help the guest absolutely satisfied supply. The rooms are always top clean. They remember them always some tip. The wages of the staff are not too high. However definitely not always the tip box take. We were told, the boss 50% of which require. Rather spend those, who need it.

The hotel is as I have already mentioned very quiet, therefore there are also no animation. There are shops nearby no. However in 5 minutes one is with the small trains in Lamai. The all couple minutes at the hotel past. Just wave and enter. But be careful, please only 50 Bath pay. Lamai or Chaweng is right. Everything more paid, makes the prices broken. At night somewhat more, 150 Bath for 2 persons. The hotel pool isn't very large, but it was enough. The water was very clean. A pool bar is also available. Price also a bit higher, but what is it you are vacation.

The hotel is already somewhat older, but great in shot. Of needy of renovation stairs and steegen as some guests we wrote, was nothing to see. Of course every hotel so its flaws, but with a little tolerance one sees easily ignored it. The cleanliness in the whole hotel is excellent. Breakfast is more than enough. There is everything you need. I don't know, what people, the are complaining about that at home, dishes'. The only thing which I have to complain about, is the Cappuccino for breakfast pay should. It was up to now in any hotel. The types of people were 60% were German. The rest of international.

The gorgeous area is large trumpf of the hotel. Lovely on a hill in the middle of of palm trees and tropical vegetation. The beach consists of several bays for swimming with coarse sand. Since in the water plenty of corals are bathing shoe appropriate. The bathing bays you absolute peace. Chairs are always free. From time to time are queues at the beach or in the water. They should even rather be toxic. But what is it, in Asien there is now plenty of it.

-had a bungalow. As mentioned above: very nicely furnished. With free pet: one or several salamandern :-) Nothing is as new anymore, but everything is very good in shot!

-very delicious and everything was freshly prepared. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, every day. -tip was in the restaurant feast put (10%) There was too many thai food, but also pizza and completely normal pasta

-as mentioned above: the staff would you prefer to bed and you the brush your teeth. Really ;-) Ratchets also gladly times and give good tips what excursions, markets or other events regards. -very happy to get tip... Cleaning of the rooms was very thoroughly; hung also, perhaps, with the occasional tip together. Mini bar was well stocked and not too high prices. Daily one receives per person a bottle of water to the room. For the tagesbedarf I would in Lamai/Chaweng to the Tesco supermarket drive: here you get everything super cheap. -foreign languages skills. Yum well, hung from the staff from: most of them spoke very good English and in case not, then one has still poor and legs :-) You could every day borrow towels for free, which we also found very pleasant:-)

-no animation. -in the happy hour was the music telemarketing, what a great mood caused :-) At the beach and also stayed in the pool area loungers ( and pillows) and umbrella ready. Not broken, everybody was as good as new and they were very comfortable to drauffläzen. A shower at the beach was there and also a by the pool

In the hotel room there is, as well as bungalows; we had the bungalow rented. -spacious, very clean, great location & view Sweetly furnished. The hotel itself is for not too many guests laid out, in September we flew and were almost always alone. No matter wether we at the beach, pool or restaurant were. -the majority of the guests came from Germany or England, but also russians were there. Age structure was totally mixed. -very courteous and polite staff, the you anticipate your every wish and also times for a chat passing through (felt great tips!) -pool bar & hotel restaurant have in comparison to other locations raised price; the cocktails are however brilliant!:-) -we had only breakfast beacause: was in buffet form, had vary on a daily basis and it was absolutely everything beautifully prepared and everything was very fresh & delicious-here however be careful: the staff rooms pünktlichst around half 11 am. No matter wether you still eating or not.

-directly at the beach; unfortunately is the hotel beach not from sand (is for example in Chaweng, the neighboring, the case) Great location you have your hotel directly between the two' metropolis': Lamai and Chaweng. You are close to all the action and has nevertheless complete peace. -in the surroundings there was a beach bar; the is also very delicious and super cheap! It is better to get there to eat. You'll save a lot and can your feet in the sand :-) -entertainment in the two above mentioned places enough. Excursions I would not over it hotel book; look at in the two cities a few travel agencies and compares. -a excursion tip is the marine national park; it was brilliant! It has also a price in amount of 40 Euro. But it really paid off!

Breakfast was sufficient and tasty but would have could have been more diverse. à la carte was very good however for thai standards a bit expensive. With german prices comparable. Service was very good.

Excursion options very friendly and very hard to make the stay as pleasant as possible

Room belong urgently renovated. Were daily cleaned and bed sheet were daily renewed, but: bugs! Had ticks and mites (!) in the bed. Against could also nice Gecko in the room nothing. We are since 10 years vacation in the tropics, but so what I have ever experienced. Neither do I guy, for a few mosquitos grouses and davonrennt, but ticks and mites (I am allergic person with asthma) that is unacceptable! I am a bit with insects, so I am sure that there were.

Cleaning ladies were nice and every day the bed sheet changed. But the rooms require urgently a renovation! What the all for stains on the walls were, I want not at all know. staff for breakfast partly inattentive and not motivated. Laundry service, there was, but we didn't used.

The pool we didn't use. Was cleaned every day and was clean, beach chairs in my opinion sufficiently available. Free Wi-Fi. Beach towels could be borrowed. Beach chairs at the beach were not brand new, the mats may urgently be renewed. Beach partly with rocks, which at ebb-tide quite really stood out of the water, bathing shoes so recommended. Did not disturb us however, since the snorkeling Rocks ideal are, since there are more fish. Partly beautiful Corals. Water was partly quite rough and cloudy, I as Angshase abstained't step in, but that is individually.

We had a deluxebungalow with a view of the sea, size was sufficient for us, since we mostly the whole day on the way were. Breakfast buffet was nothing special, but very reasonable

really short Paths to the beach, two of them belong to the hotel. Ideal in order to snorkeling. Water was rough and cloudy (Beginning February). Located between Chaweng and lamai. There was a pay shuttle bus-bus which we didn't used have. We rented a moped rented; as we also at home motorcycle drive, was the driving not a problem. You shouldn't lawn and must be closely drive! Helmet obligation is only for the driver. Located between Chaweng and lamai, each about 10 minutes by moped. In both places (Chaweng is somewhat larger) enough opportunity for shopping and food. (family Mart, 7-eleven, pharmacies and so on)

the staff are very friendly. In things linguistic communication rather difficult. English was not good. Dealing with complaints very critical.

The best hotel avoid!

When we arrived to a room the following mold and feces has smelt. A dark hole. After complaining a other rooms have. This room in the second floor of the way there very adventurous. Short steps so that the toes has violated the climb. The room itself, worn, the furniture was old and bulky refuse ripe. A bathroom, the already clear the best Times behind itself had brought. The tub and shower usable. With a shower head, the great calcification residues lacked. Apart from that toilet disgusting worn toilet seat, with stains. The washbasin a durable occlusion condition. Cleanliness apart from that not really. Old part yellow towels. The pool had already the best years behind it. Dirty and disgusting.

Outside of Chaweng, only by taxi possible. Direct at the beach location. However beach for children definitely not usable. A small beach, in the middle the water already 2 huge large rocks. Swim for children perilous. Nothing to do in the hotel. A unloving designed hotel, without flowers or other Nice Touches. The breakfast area is also in the evening as a bar usable. Badly.

As mentioned: we had the deluxe bungalow 217 directly at the beach. He was as the whole complex getting quite old, but nevertheless great. In the bathroom was additionally a bath tub available. The room consisted of a double bed and additionally single bed. The closet was for our taste a bit small. Minibar was available and was on demand daily refilled. Safe, telephone, air conditioning and Flachbildfersehgerät were also available. But now the absolute highlight: the terrace! Through a large sliding door we could from the room on the covered terrace hinaugehen. Right under of the terrace was the private beach, 5 meters further the sea. STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL!

There's a restaurant on the complex this also used as a breakfast room. The restaurant was clean, the service exceedingly friendly. The food it should be noted that these first as I have already mentioned were relatively expensive and secondly were partly not fresh, but from frozen foods were prepared. The breakfast was every day right and took some getting used to. But as already mentioned. During the day you can relax and evenings one goes out and are looking for a delicious restaurant (of which there are many!)

The employees in the hotel were always very friendly and attentive. The cleaning of the rooms took place daily and thoroughly. There were as I have already mentioned the beds daily freshly made and the towels changed. The laundry service we also tested. Within of 24 hours was the clothes cleaned and by the service staff in the bungalow spent. A small Downer was the women at the front desk. We had the impression the women not disturbed wanted to be. Especially one lady was every time, if we walked past, preoccupied paint or eyebrows to pick.

The complex consists of a main building and a restaurant with great terrace. On the complex located in a hillside built bungalows in different sizes and categories. To reach the bungalows over jetties and stairs through a beautiful garden area with palms, trees and bushes. It should be noted this is perhaps, that people with mobility problems to the main building or above, the bungalows should book. The condition of the complex it should be noted, that this already getting old is, but that is the flavor does not abort. We had the deluxe bungalow with the number 217 booked. This is right at the bottom at the beach and that was the highlight bad. The bungalow was cleaned every day, the beds freshly made and the towels changed. We sat evenings with a glass of red wine on the terrace, saw over the sea, saw the illuminated sea promenade of Chaweng and just left the soul baumeln

The hotel lies at the main street between lamai and Chaweng. In both directions one has about 10 minutes driving by car, taxi and so on The main building ( hotel) is located directly on the busy main street. This means the noise can at night quite disturbing. The bungalow complex whereas is quiet, beautiful, and is located directly on a rock-lined private beach. Bathing shoes for the beach recommendable nonetheless. Possibilities for excursions are from the hotel offered, it was cheaper however a taxi to rent to discover the island. For nightly entertainment and delicious food in Chaweng well catered for, the prices for food and impregnated were however for Thai standards alarmingly high. And in the hotel as well as outside. If you definitely not from the eating house on the street to eat, you have to for a main course (Thai food) so about 6 to 10 euros spend. A local beer is located in about 1 euro. A bottle of wine is over 20 euros!

Very comfortable and chic. Kettle available and it was every day coffee and tea filled up. Apart from that facilities as it should be: safe, mini bar, telephone, air conditioning was perfect, balcony as in movie with a view of beach and sea

The food in the restaurant is super and preisl. Okay. For the view and the service is charged you like 1 euro more! The bar by the pool could make more. From 17:00 until 19:00 is happy hour. However is only music turned on, if people come. Lots of people knew nothing at all of which, that it here delicious drinks returns. 1 figures and 2 drink ☺

The people there were extremely friendly-a little more English would be however not bad ☺ You had no opportunity to die of thirst o. To starve it was always asked or refilled, if you wanted Rooms were always tip top clean

There was a kleinene pool, but we were only at the beach. The pool chairs could be better, many were torn and unfortunately, there was no sun screens

Dreamlike view of the sea, snorkeling on small beach -swim on something bigger beach ☺ The bungalows were great and very comfortable! Unfortunately missing a few information. A Provided Sheet in the room missing: for example where are the beaches (there are not only a)-when is happy hour (17:00 until 19:00 o'clock by the pool!)? Where I get my beach towels (also by the pool.) and so on

Very quiet! Anyone who loves wandering, you'll be satisfied here (as we). The beach was directly under our balcony! Hammer! Lamai is 3 kilometer long and Chaweng is reachable. You can easy to the road and on the open taxis wait, the all couple minutes past and are cheaper than the 'closed'. You can go shopping in two places in the supermarket TESCO, however in the lamai closer... Scooter drive is also okay and despite left-hand traffic not a problem.
