The hotel has a medium size and of the rooms is a wing no more used and collect before itself. The rooms are clean and the lobby with lobby makes a neat impression. That's it, the rest was a pure disaster. The son a hotel TUI for the round trip is rented, is me a mystery, it is far, far away from the city center with the taxi a good half hour's drive, and in poor condition. The first impression of Cuba that was very upsetting, since we knew it doesnt go worse more we weren't so shocked. read hotel review

    Beautifully prepared towels on the bed and linens and the bathroom was small but still in perfect condition, what the cleaning as far as. This was also the only highlight.

    The restaurant, apart from the air conditioning not working the cockroaches the behind the coffee maker were your breakfast revenue was neither the food nor the cleanliness there. At the rear the ceeiling came down so that it was only the front could eat, a barrier nothing.

    Front desk very friendly and helpful. Taxi driver very friendly, he gave us after the concert of buena vista social club at night picked us up, which was much appreciated. Thank you Good foreign language kenntnisses in german, but we there our spanish basketing wanted the between the two languages worked wonderfully. Room cleaning was in order. Nice service in the lobby.

The hotel is located in a good location for people, the Havanna want to get. The room was in a good state, equipped with everything. An older city hotel with excellent service. Very clean, everybody was helpful and cheated, i was not. Pool area super good. read hotel review

The hotel, had moldy cabinets, the staff worked very hard but not the fastest. A coffee at the breakfast buffet for about 100 frühstückende guests definitely not enough. This hotel is just a worn down city hotel. The room smelled, there stop not the spraying of expensive fragrances. The air conditioning was so dirty, that we not at all only turned on. The shower curtain there was dirt and smelled accordingly, so we without showered and afterwards was then the bathroom underwater. The toilet was so tight on the wall that one with the sit problems with the legs had. Strong noise with air conditioning of the kitchen. This then our request at 22.30 off. Punctually at 6.30 was again revived. An advantage, a alarm clock ... we didn't need it \u263a. Also the outdoor areas of the hotel were quite run down, partly were paths, or entrances closed, because of the slide, collapse or other risk. Not comprehensible, that TUI this hotel for its round trip chosen. In the old town havannas there was better accommodation and safe also concerning the price appropriately. read hotel review

    The rooms are spacious enough and clean. The furniture is rather old. The bathroom and toilet are clean-for 1-2 nights ok.

    The food is inedible. Although the buffet great, is however tasteless. For the salad there was no dressing. If one assumes, that you always to noodles of resources, if it was nothing else, you are mistaken here. The noodles were mush overcooked and unsalted. The fresh grilled meat was always tough.

    The staff is rude, musty and incompetent. Even if you in the evening the restaurant as one of the first guests enters you had to wait up to 15 minutes before someone pitied and the orders your orders. Money exchange was a problem, during our two-day stay could not be resolved.

    The hotel is located very far outside of the city center of Havana, although at the sea but no beach. The tourist bus (5 cuc) stops on your doorstep, but only until 18:00 o'clock. Ring around the hotel there are no bars or restaurants. The supermarket is 15 minutes on foot.

We were as part of a trip (Cuba forte, TUI) in this hotel. The hotel was very reasonable. Since we mostly for the whole day on the way were, we were almost exclusively for breakfast and dinner in the hotel. The food was ok. Not more and not less. Just ok. But we were also no toques cuisine. The room was big enough and clean. We were also once in the pool, also right large and clean was. The splash in the sea isn't recommendable, as the access to to the water is dangerous! They definitely something for the security ... to be made! The hotel is for a stay during a round trip suitable and we would come again! read hotel review

Beware! In this hotel they have tried twice over the ear to strike. Once it unfortunately folded. Have the currency exchange a stuck 20 CUC appearance received. Which I unfortunately not knew, is, that stuck CUC -appearance nowhere be accepted. When I saw him at the front desk again wanted to change (because I did also from there had) I denied with the words' this is not from us, we take such appearance not to, since we during the Untausch in the bank have to pay '. Also the hotel manager has refused. I was very angry, wanted to ... but not further argue, but my vacation and the appearance then just keep. On the next day I wanted to again change money, this time but beware and really: they wanted me a stuck 20 CUC appearance under + be jubilant. Huge Mess! Now to the hotel general: The pool is too small for the many guests and the entertainment program is way too loud. My daughter to wines start because of the volume. At the pool bar we wanted fries order, when it was called: they are empty. The next, after we had ordered, has got. In terms of size, the room was ok. But unfortunately we have no additional bed for our child received. Otherwise the room was directly over the courtyard, on the catering waste collected. read hotel review

Nice hotel to a couple of days in habana to be. Definitely a day by the pool spend. It's really fun. With the taxi drivers in front of the hotel always negotiate, otherwise it will be expensive. read hotel review

We were as a part of a round trip 2 nights stayed in this hotel and were glad, that there was only 2 nights were. The room wasn't really clean and for the food there were a small selection of food, the all together not really appealing appeared. The whole complex is actually be renovated and some rooms, the times bars or similar featured, are closed. If you do time in Havana want to stay can here to stay, however is the center not nearby and a taxi costs 10 CUC. read hotel review

In the course of round trip by Cuba we have a few nights in this hotel and were actually quite satisfied. The staff made a very nice impression and was with questions always helpful. Next to a buffet restaurant there was a small pizzeria in hotel ( subject to a charge), in which you good food. Unfortunately, it was very stormy, so that a part of the wall of the saltwater pools of the waves noses. Because of the restless the weather but we are not in the pool swim. The hotel is situated in a the most beautiful part ... of town Havannas, where many Embassies are accommodated. Easy to reach on foot are a small shopping center, a large supermarket, as well as some small shops. Close to the hotel there is also an aquarium, but (according to travel guide) not so spectacular should be. We liked the bus turistic, which directly in front of the hotel about every 30 minutes leaves (in Cuba is punctuality not so exactly taken) and with a small tour of the town by Havana could make (hop on-hop off ticket 5 CUC per person ). The rooms of the hotel were nothing special large (with a third bed in it), but nevertheless quite comfortably furnished. Altogether a recommended hotel. read hotel review

For 3 stars in Cuba very good. Freshly renovated pool magnificent view on sea from the rooms. Beautiful location in Miramar, with the rental car not a problem into town. Otherwise also buses. For a few days to discover the town suitable. Peaceful location right next to the sea. read hotel review

When we the hotel from the outside saw, we had a good impression. But as we that room referred, it was a pure disaster! The opening locks early us an unpleasant odor contrary to. On the floor and on the bed sheets were everywhere hair, surely still the before, and previous tenant! A pure disaster! We thought, for an overnight stay we do not terror at the front desk and 'sleeping' a night in this dirty room. The following day we were happy, when we checked out. We were for a night in this hotel and that was enough. The room has strongly musty smell. In the bathroom is the mold king. Under the window there was a large tear over the whole wall. A night you could in this hotel bearing up but longer this hotel is not recommendable. In the restaurant is the food unloving on the buffet prepared and it tasted also nothing special good. The room was also nothing special clean, everywhere was the dirt from the previous guest on the floor. read hotel review

We were at the start of a round trip for 3 days copacabana in Havana. The hotel is far from the town center away, you have to about 30 minutes with the taxi go and can therefore not 'quickly' during the sightseeing a break in the hotel insert. The hotel altogether is quite getting old. Actually we had hoped the Stadtbesichtigunb by the pool to relaxation, but the pool was empty unfortunately. Maybe that was also well like that, because the Betonkonstruktion did not look very trustworthy. The food in the restaurant I found terrible (greasy, hardly seasoned, overcooked) alone ... of standing Bratengeruch gave me the appetite spoiled, in addition came that we never clean table found, always stains or meal remainders on the table. the hotel is not in a good condition. The best at the hotel was, that our car rental direct opposite was and we on the next day direct our car were able to collect. Otherwise you need for that hotel not to choose. general we stayed at Cuba with the hotels bad experiences made. For people who by car a tour you can only the Casa partikulares (private accommodation) recommend. The following I can recommend: Matanzas: Sra. Ana Rita Hevia Ferrer, Calle 133 point 14201 e/142 y 146 Rpto Reynold Garcia (Pastoria) Trinidad: Senor Juan Fernandez Torres' Casa Independiente', Calle ... Piro Guinart (Boca) # 108 E/Frank Pais (Carmen) y Clemente Pereira. Has however something a lot wanted, for example we should breakfast and dinner order, well okay. Then. The food and also breakfast but were very good. We booked this hotel as a beginning for Copacabana hotel Falk used. The rooms were sufficient equipped and clean, but looks not very new. We only had breakfast in the hotel and was completely sufficient and okay. The hotel lies not in the center in Havana and is ideal for a city break not necessarily suitable. A taxi to visit the main sights purchase taken to be. For a beach stay it wasn't't suitable. read hotel review
