The hotel we have by Google found and the website very appealing. Especially what is written. Very pleasant and personable.
The place mattsee is very romantic. Also the outside area around the hotel. There we felt immediately at home.
When we the hotel entered, a 'wow' from us out, because really everything very stylish appeared.
At the front desk was a friendly, somewhat older lady very casual seemed. Also in the dealing with guests practiced it a 'research' tone as far as we were able to watch. She was not rude, however also not really pleased guests to serve.
She ... spoke us with 'du' in, also the rest of the staff. That was a little inconvenient, we found. The atmosphere fit somehow not with the lady together. We were able to at the end do not match, whether the chefleute was.
The impression the site has thus vanished.
The room (rooms ) was great! Really beautiful view of the lake. Just the right size.
The bathroom had unfortunately no door, but for one night no issue.
The toilet was extra, the was positive.

We noticed, that all the new (to) construction very badly soundproofed is. It echoed in the bathroom, room-toilet and also in the lounge at the entrance could be clearly the toilet flushing from the local toilet hear. What appropriate for such a hotel.
Generally the architecture a bit 'cheap' before.
It would have been nice, if the rooms carpets rather than cool parquet location could have been.
The menu was very good! The table was right inside not 100% of our, but it was okay.
The speaker sounds from the music was so silent, that all the guests only would whisper. Was a bit uncomfortable, the tables are very close to each other. One noticed, that nobody normally speak was afraid. It wär great, if you a or other separation will or the background music a little loud could ask.
The restaurant is optically as brilliant as the lobby! Really very nice!
The salad buffet in the evening, as well as the breakfast was adequate, but very sparse. Too few for our use of such a hotel.
The pool and the possibilities to lie down wonderful! View of the lake!
We will the hotel certainly return visit. Maybe in the spring,/summer where you could also a little walk and the area can.
The restaurant also has a wonderful view of the lake, which we in any case in a warmer season still time to enjoy! read more

We were in a room in older part of the hotel, and we enjoyed the room great pleased.
Bathroom was with windows, super! Balcony great, view not on the lake, but who wants to have always in the room on?! The lake view for the food is much nicer, the food is very tasty and varied.
Breakfast buffet tasty and sufficient choice.
Concept caters to couples, couples and the.
But also we as affiliated individuals felt very comfortable.

We enjoyed our short stay at kuschel-und genießerhotel on mattsee very much! From the large beautiful rooms with a magnificent view of the beautiful sea of the rich breakfast with salmon and other delicacies until the daily 5-course dinner was simply everything perfect! Especially the food we can really praise, every day we raved and the portions were just right, not too big and not too small! We stayed over new year traveling-on new year's eve there was even a delicious 7-course gourmet dinner. The decoration at the table took a lot of effort and nice big fireworks right on ... the lake, which we our balcony lovely to look at could, was still so the crowning the neujahrwechsels \u263a further can we the staff a bee bind - from the reception, over the waiters to the reinigungsmitarbeiterinnen and massagers were all really friendly really! On every wish is received (already prior to in the book, i the friendliness via mail noticed!) We felt very good and will definitely come again!-)
Only the spa area was a bit small i think, the panorama pool was nice, but the water was too cold for me and the whirlpool jets were turned off (it has been pointed out ), the sauna we did not try out, otherwise there was cosy relaxation rooms, but that was all. (but the large bathtub in the room great!)
Unfortunately Salzburg not straight on the way from the Switzerland, otherwise we would believe me again \u263a

We felt very good. We had a rooms with a view of the sea. The room was big and the view of the lake from the bed was sensational. The wellness area is very well designed and there was sufficient space to to relax. Especially the pool on the attic storey we really liked.

We have a really clear 100%igE review, everything, and I mean everything, was to our complete satisfaction. Next year we will again check-in and we look forward already.
