We immediately on the first day complained and then got we a night a room in the new building with a extra charge and the remaining family members had in the old room. They went to any compromise and chattered us fully that it also would have rent can. We have also observed that we do not have the only were the complaints had. read more

With seven (!) adults people in a room with a (!) bathroom to be accommodated, the maximally for 2 adults plus child provision is made, is cheeky. Other guests in the spa facilities store is dreist. Nevertheless further guests in other words rude. If ischgl not totally booked would have been, we would have changed. And the other guests the could not, was exploited.
It's a pity... The hotel and the hostess was very nice. Unfortunately one gets probably couldn't enough and overstrained and the guests. read more

By an emergency situation (we did not come to our guest house, as was avalanche) we had spontaneous where a notice night sleep. As we arrived to the hotel Christopherus. By warm friendliness the hostess, we decided to spend the night here, but not what we a four-star hotel would expect. Rooms very small and very, very old furniture. In the bathroom only one small heating, and cold water, then had in sauna area showers, but was very nice. Breakfast buffet very poor. Either Rubber rolls or only half unthawed rolls. In the half board (85 euros) in the twin ... room with an additional mattress on the floor for three people, there was literally for dinner Schnitzel or pizza. With the fries also the pork chops frozen and the schnitzel was probably from a baby pig. On Saturday in terms of the information we were still friendly asked for a coffee to drink, which with the departure with 15 euros to book has beaten. We were friendly received, everything was clean... The breakfast was more than adequate (it was in the morning every guest asked if he eggs in every variation would).

We can not understand the many negative reviews, family was very nice and helpful service. We arrived late at night and the still the meal we could choose the we were hungry. Everyone was always tried hard to fulfill the wishes. We were able to choose a room, the sauna area was very nice, but not enough beach chairs. Mrs W. is very open and direct, we had a lot of fun with it. We would stay there again at any time. read more

Very bad price/performance ratio. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired (tap water was brown tinted through some days). You have promised (for example web site) services or free service pay extra (Internet) ask. Wellness area closes at 19:00 on the grounds, that then dinner begins (remember: four stars hotel!). Also the start of Wellness-time (16:00) you have to call and sometimes it took some time, until it is available. Please note: 0.75 litre of water (sparkling wine or disposition) 7.80 euros. We are also taken. The only hotel in the area of ischgl, the rooms had free. But not without reason. We were offered a basic room. It was, however, the broom closet-no joke. The room in the new building was large and nice, but the boss wanted us right again ten Euros per person more than only offered removal. We traveled with mixed feelings after reading the bad reviews and were pleasantly surprised by the read. Our room was very nice and clean, the food was good. If it was sometimes and/or from the outset and we were asked if everything was there and also is okay. The whole hotel was a disaster! We were a group of 30 people and we were looking forward to a nice furnishings nende. The excitement was already, since our original hotel in ischgl ourselves with the reference to overbooking in kappl to this hotel has moved.
