Actually, we had the vincci resort and had to short term rebook or page. The hotel lies far out of 'cities', is more modern than the vincci resort, but unfortunately also very much rather thin. The rooms (we had 3 rooms) were all very well equipped and beautiful location, the garden and the pool area are very nice and tidy, also the beach is clean. Unfortunately heats up the air conditioning only the room, not the bathroom, it remained cold. Each sound of the returning students of the hotel unfortunately, and even the conversations of the room next door you ... could hear (with closed doors!). The food was not up to the, what i expect from many travel in hotel Djerba know. Through the changes we had new year's eve on the good buffet in the resort and got (after use of the really competent guide and all) instead of menus, stale bread, pasta with truthahnschnitzel, the carelessly 'rice salad' went right back. We became full, more unfortunately not. For the day of our departure we were from the restaurant manager promised, that we coffee, bread, butter and jam We only got coffee and after discussions and call with the travel guide we received after 40 minutes a bit of dry cake. If we do not the confirmation the restaurant boss could have got and furthermore the other hotels on Djerba so know, we had different organize, as had the kids up to the arrival at the airport, where food could buy, hungry. read more

A beautiful hotel the directly at the beach is located, beautiful clean rooms with all the comfort the bathroom is clean and easy divided toilet well divided. It is everything you need is available. The food is good and diverse and if you didn't get full, it is your own fault. The staff are polite speaks too many also german so that there were itself in case of any problems no difficulty was, but this taken care of immediately and i believe will be charged.
We have been in the winter there it was pleasantly quiet, so we can say ... anything, whether in the summer it is different.

A week beginning November - the sea water clean and warm, the weather late summer, the hotel not at all booked, what large peace for the food and at the beach/pool meant, many mostly older french, friendly serving staff - even without constant trinkgeldgeben, much peace in the very well maintained facilities - no aggressive, loud noise from the entertainment or pool speaker sounds, broad, for long walks inviting beach - actually everything all around perfect, unfortunately we had only a week ( instead of 2) posted, very good value for money ( plentiful 900 € for 2 people), next ... year would gladly come again the same hotel! read more

The complex is simple amazing... It is spacious and has additionally to the rooms in the hotel with lots of bungalows, where numerous rooms befjnden. It is everything is great neat. This was our 3. holiday on Djerba and 7 of Tunisia and really the nicest hotel we have ever had. All-inclusive is very recommendable, as always everything was offered. At our travel time were very a lot of french people and mainly elderly society. read more

The hotel complex, included pool and beach is very well maintained, as well as the restaurants. Very clean hotel, we had a freshly renovated room in the 2nd floor very big and beautiful.,

We fly again in the November and again this hotel. There are tastefully equipped big room, the bathroom has a bath tub and is also very big. Disasters hotel. We have never experienced something like that.
3 days was not bungalow free which we had booked, and we were again and again put off until it finally enough. They remain persistent and fight you.
Shmutzige broken room, mold in of the airconditioning, window not close, ants etc.
The food was Grotten badly. Not enough food to decay 3a 5 days again and again are served. Have some people met the under stomachache and diarrhea suffered. Also I had to a week take antibiotics when we returned at home were (food poisoning).
Dirty tables and chairs, partly still ... everywhere Leftovers of Eve. Great appetizing at 38 degrees.
At the Thursday EVENING WAS the REST. A gas cooker the TUNISIAN BUFFET EXPLODED and TWO WOMEN BURNED LICHTERLOH. A COULD DISROBE and WAS luckily only Slightly VERLEZT and A Marquesas Islands time very Serious Burns. Mass Panic etc. JUST A no-go WHEN 500 persons in the restaurant. SORRY!
