For not active holidays is this hotel very suitable. One would like to a little sports ( beachvolleyball or similar), it is the wrong hotel. There are daily two main dishes, which are served. If this didn't work, can at the buffet be of much use. The offer at the buffet but it was always the same. The comfort and the furnishings were excellent ( bungalow = Reihenzimmer ). The staff were always friendly and accommodating. If possible you were in their own language. The possibilities itself outside of the hotel meals were almost endless. Along the street alternated restaurants ..., Sales deals (specialty = plagiarisms) and fahrzeugvermietungen from. It is worthwhile to rent a car and the island on your own to explore. It empfhielt itself before a real map to organize. read more

It had in this hotel very much people from Germany and the Switzerland, that could so a lot of employees German. It is a relatively big hotel and also very well maintained. There is wi-fi front desk but unfortunately only in the bar and at the front desk however therefor free. read more

    It was very clean very new. The bathroom is a dream with a shower and bathtub. The terrace had a table with chairs and two sun loungers and a sonnenschriem. The room had everything you could need

    It had a large restaurant where one inside or outside food. The breakfast buffet was gigantic and for each somewhat thereby. You can tell the dishes were fresh and there was always a large früchtebüfett. One could select between buffet or menu which I really great found the it was for each somewhat thereby and we didn't go hungry out go.

    The staff were very friendly and they could well German. It was so everything kennte everything you from the staff already long as you feel like at home. The zîmmer was clean. We were even with a car to our hotel room brought on when we arrived and the couffeur led us through the bungalow and showed us the room with all the kleinikeiten.

    The loungers and sun screens were for hotelbenützer free. The beach was correct, which disturbed me a little is, that the seaweeds in de beach gefluttet did not it has. If you then in sea it was very dirty. The pool was very big and it is also clean. It was unfortunately, it in the hotel otherwise no entertainment given except one evening the grichischeabend where you are half board guest still 15 Euro on price pay, which but it was well worth it it was perfect.

    The airport was about 50 minutes it from the hotel. In the hotel complex it had a small mini market and it was but also quick on the road where various other shops were. The pharmacy was about only 10 minutes it. There was many excursions you could do, but they were a bit expensive. What we have done is diving and I would endfehlen, the gladly once would, because it was simply great.

A very good hotel with half board. Room is very clean. Circa 10% of the guests are russians, although pleasant. Very lots of swiss people. Be careful when booking definitely only renovated room choose. Not renovated rooms are from the 70. Years. read more

    Excellent quality and quantity of the dishes and drinks. Cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant are excellent. The food is as a starter in buffet with plenty of choice at cold and hot appetizers offered. The main menu is served. Two food to choose from, fish or meat. It is european dishes and appetizers. Selection of desserts, cakes, fruit, plentiful as a large selection available. Here there was really nothing to moan about.

    We only a beach vacation booked. The beach is very clean, there are enough chairs and sun screens free of charge available. Directly after the beach is a large sunbathing lawn with a also free beach chairs and sun screens. The lifeguard is not the most industrious. It could happen, that you umbrella yourself and must establish. The pool should more often from sand to be cleaned. The showers by the pool were in need of renovation, also the toilets.

    We had a double room with sea view. Well, it was not brilliant for a four-star hotel, however it was clean and cleaned daily. What was wrong: you could every word from the hallway hear, poorly insulated. But they were the main building the renovate, hope it will be better doors purely.

    The breakfast was great. ( very large selection) It had every evening a fine salad buffet and several warm appetizers, here there is for everyone which. To the main course you could choose between fish or meat ( was also always good to very good) Only the dessert area was not brilliant, but there was always fresh fruit The bbq evening friday was good, but 15 Euro extra charge per person with half board I thought that was a bit much.

    Staff was very friendly. All of them could speak German and English. We didn't have any complaints and know therefore not, as the hotel thereby go around.

    The hotel lies at a good place for beach holidays ( wonderful hotel beach), not far away from the airport ( approximately minutes by car), In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the shopping mile of Malia. Directly next to the hotel there were small mom and pop stores lots of restaurants and beautiful bars. Nevertheless it is on the hotel area relaxing quiet. You can easily rent a car to the island to erkundschaften. ( but beware, traffic rules knows you on Kreta not really)

This hotel I can with the room superior recommend it to anyone. The small extra charge opposite the Standardszimmer is worthwhile really. We have all of us very probably felt. Also the quality of the dishes were outstanding! Especially friendly, the check out time was at 12 o'clock and that one a room to the Available to all peace yet to shower, after check-out. Therefore we could still bathe on the day of departure. read more

Lots of small things ( toilet with pool, Density Sliding doors in the room, free water for the food) would the hotel the shabby impression take away. Guests were quite little, 1 main building is currently in the renovation. I hope that then the lots of small details decor better. Our room was very clean however the furnishing ( included mattresses) ageing. read more

Current standard room are not not recommendable! Maximum Two star standard! During the check in no alternative offered, the tour operator had to be drawn. The hotel wasn't able even a solution to find. Apart from that can't complain about. read more

We were satisfied all around and this from a other family tell. We are again next year together to the hotel to go:-) The greek ( friday) evening was perfect. Dance with live band and good food were the icing on the cake a 'must' is. Someone should any allergies to food (gluten, lactose and so on) is the team from giorges very helpful. The hotel seems on the first glance its price well worth it to be. On the 2. Blick you then but a, two flaws. The pool was the last time probably to start of the season cleaned, the walls and floor are equipped with seaweeds trees. Otherwise is during dinner the use of long trousers for male guests requires. You can imagine, that as the ruling around 38 degrees Celsius definitely not appropriate. Otherwise with women no value on their appearance put, these can be in Gummischlarpen and Strandshorts up-as long as the man long pants,! Even worse, that ... the ushers obviously not all the guests directly treat. Therefore, when men in somewhat fortgeschritterem age allowed, in shorts to the dining car. read more

Simply great in this hotel. Were the 2. Mal in kernos and next year we will again. Very friendly staff whether it be from the cleaning lady to the chef de service. Just top. Of the buffet it has something for everyone, and the breakfast buffet is not more to beat. Everything very clean. Very child-friendly. read more

This holidays were very relaxing. We had a sea coast -bungalow, although expensive, but the price was worth it. Very quiet hotel, very friendly staff, very clean rooms, very well maintained complex altogether. read more

Please definitely book a superior room at least. The rooms you can get, 'only' If you book a double room are terrible and 30 years old. So nothing of comfortable and modern, but old, Spartan equipped with narrow very deep beds. Old bathroom, no hairdryer, no air conditioning, very small tv, in short, is terrible. The other rooms were all very nice, big and with all comforts. The best are the bungalows nearby the pools, the cost certainly a bit more, but it is worthwhile. We felt very comfortable in it, which we missed in the evening was a lobby ..., bar where you could get a little could sit and enjoy a drink. Mali is a small city for partygoer, there's a pub and a bar on the other. It is called, which was for the English very, very games like to drink. Rent a car (in the hotel, the prices are fair) was worth it in any case and we had a wonderful day to Chania. read more

i was very happy with my remodeled room, the staff did not handle guest rooms are not worth four stars. The breakfast was very good and the selection was good. I didn't like the dinner, the selection was not large and there was always the same. A shame the cleanness one deserved a big plus! read more

A beautiful hotel and newer rooms are attractive. Unfortunately we were not the booked suites category assigned (clearly visible on the lack of 2. bathroom). After complaint has relatively long insisted, that everything was allright, the end of the recognised the errors and pointed out, that in the booked category no room more free, as compensation there were a bottle of wine - customer service has usually different. Apart from that it was a beautiful hotel, a pleasant stay and a relaxing week. read more

For a relaxing holiday. The standard rooms are in need of racing ovation. The service staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food is good and ample. You can choose between two main dishes. Especially we would like to highlight the breakfast buffet. So many types of bread rare opportunity to choose from. There is no entertainment program in the hotel plant very calmly. If you want a lot of noise and must be in the town. General judgment: the kernos beach is an area in which you could relax well, a clean beach and has a friendly staff. read more

Could really be fully recommended, would not be the food. Offer is okay, but the presentation and the quality was also unfortunately afterwards lag. As well as the atmosphere in the restaurant as well as at the beach bar. So unlovingly. Therefor the staff is really friendly without exception, friendly and attentive. read more

Well-kept and extensive gardens with bungalows and two-story main buildings directly on its own sandy beach. Nice sweet water swimming pool for swimming and children and baby pool. Beach chairs and sunshades at any time of day sufficiently available. Food on the breakfast and dinner buffet offered something for everyone and is extensive. Absolutely superior room or bungalow, the standard rooms are not up-to-date the guests are rather the mature (international) volumes therefore has a pleasantly quiet atmosphere without animation and noise. Near the hotel there are many restaurants, supermarket, shops and bus station. A rental car is appropriate for ... excursions. All in all a good four stars hotel with an appropriate service. read more
