The rooms are somewhat older, however clean and tidy. The duscheinstieg should during the renovation be reviewed, it is very high and for older people difficult. The mattresses were a bit too hard. Otherwise is everything you need available, the balcony is very spacious and you can admire the sunset. A room in the main building with a view of the sea is worthwhile, there it is calmer. The mini bar was refilled daily with water, Cola and lemonade. There was also tea and instant coffee were available, as well as a kettle.

The choice at the breakfast buffet was very good, for example different egg dishes, crepes and pancakes, yogurt, partly warm dishes already. We enjoyed particularly the hot chocolate from the machine in the main restaurant, the coffee from the vending machine was but also well, although perhaps different than used to at home, however therefor one is on vacation, around times something else to try. With the lunch we were often at the pool bar, there was the buffet 2 different meat dishes, 1 fish and salads, side dishes, and desserts. The meat and fish courts changed daily. The evening buffet was very extensive, alone the many salads were a dream. Even if times' leftovers' it recovered, we find that alright, you should not so much trash. The quality of meat we thought was very good. The desserts were on the german taste and were not too sweet. Especially great was, that usually only small portions/glasses were handed, so could one several things try. There were also theme evenings, for example italian and turkish. Positive was, that you for example even mashed potatoes have produced, the you get in restaurants really rarely. Of course rich meat dishes after german taste me, is generally in Turkey wrong. There are, of course, mostly poultry, but different recipes, lamb and beef, and fish. But if you with such a choice can't find anything, should probably rather at home spend a vacation.

The friendliness the staff is especially highlighted. After a few days knew the waiters often, what you wanted to drink. The communication also works perfectly on german or english. The plates were always immediately the food cleared, sometimes you had to be careful, not too early cleared away, if one times briefly the table.

During the day there were different sports, the animation was not very pushy, there is something for everybody. Whoever wanted peace, was not very pushy. At the beach one had to watch out for the stones, with best closed beach shoes is the however not a problem or you can buy a mattress, in order to further in the sea to swim, you can the stones the entrance ' umpaddeln'. Very to praise were the industrious imdat at the beach, on hot days it was cooled towels and supplies very quickly the guests with cushions and towels. For cleanliness and disposal is at the beach also very important.

The size of the place is rather small for the number of rooms, which we found, no impersonal 'barracks'. The cleanliness was very good in all areas. From the guest structure were in october predominant predominantly pairs in the middle age were present and a few individual families. The building is in our opinion also more caters to couples, even if child care with offered.

The hotel is directly at the beach, only separated by the promenade, on the evening very well walk left. In Kumköy find numerous bazaars for shopping. Especially is worthwhile a drive on monday with the Dolmuş to Manavgat to the bazaar and a farmers' market, there is great shopping and strolling. The Dolmuş connection is very good, directly on the main street, only a few 100 meters away is, drive all minibuses from.

The rooms are partly in need of renovation they say, our room was the best. The mini bar was refilled daily, also The coffee and tea bar. Of course was properly cleaned

The food is tastefully and diverse, you can in the restaurant or in the outdoor area dishes. Lunch there was at the pool bar and in the restaurant. Sometimes the food for the guests prepared, everyone can from the hygiene and the quality convince. Whoever complained here or is dissatisfied, should personally question, whether he was still really can see

The staff is always ready to help and friendly, wether at the front desk in the restaurant or at the bars (ps even without giving any tip). All of the staff spoke good german and were very attentive

The entertainment team has especially in the evening a very good job. The entertainment in the theatre was very good.

It is clean, the baths are well, one have place and our son was with in the room. Space was enough. One sleeps there are. Furniture was good. Fit the colors everything well together.

The food was very good. Variety every day, something for everyone. The eye eats with and so it was. The food empty plates were cleared quickly, to drink we didn't have to wait long. After 1-2 days knew the waiters what is drank. Your willingness to speak german was very pleasant. Tables and chairs were always clean or were immediately after eating cleaned. We know it differently. Since we the last week in Grand Side were we know only one restaurant, which didn't bother us. On the day of our departure was our table with flowers, we never had, beautiful!

We had not a complaint! The staff is always very nice and polite. Attentive, very helpful. A lady at the front desk has helped us our son a turkish handycard to procure. 3 days it has all made possible. Very pleasant. It was not self-evident. Then was there still the manager, a very polite, nice man. He came and always greeted us with a handshake, he also the other guests. Mr cavdar can also speak german well and one could talk. It has character. One saw it everywhere and was always nice with his staff. Kudos, that not everybody. The rooms were always clean and were beautifully the animals, the on our beds from towels were built. Beautiful.

Were only at the beach. There was also always clean.

The hotel is in a very good condition. One had always free sunbeds at the pool and the beach. It was from the number of guests not fully. It everything went well. From the age it was also okay. If you want to relax, is in the right place here!

Very good. The beach was just on the promenade which one also to side to go can. Nice!

The rooms are functionally furnished. The hygiene is great. No hair from the previous guest. No sand from the day before. The mini bar and coffee/tea was replenished every day.

The dishes are not the german kitchen broselow. We were very pleased. The food was versatile, fresh, something for everyone and very tasty. Dear we have the steamed vegetables, freshly grilled meat or fish. Not to forget the Sweet treats for dessert. The cooks gave themselves every day Very hard the guests to spoil. You managed. Thank you very much for that.

The service in the hotel is very good. Every need is met and one is very helpful. Mostly they spoke german. Like you the hosts but also with turkish words, as For example good day or thank you, which of course should be, if you are in a foreign country. Thank you very much also the very nice people from the service like for instance ismäl, Emre and mussa and many other, their names, we do not know and the us always very accommodating and friendly served themselves. Thanks a lot to imdat the life guard, the lovingly and always good Mood to its beach guests taken care of. Cushions, towels, sun umbrellas, everything was available and was/was ready, if you after the breakfast the sea and beach wanted to enjoy. The entertainment was great, without being pushy. The state of the hotel after 23 years. The rooms are In the winter renovated. Mostly (about 70%) is german tourists in the ages of to, what but not negative is to be interpreted, because this particular age group totally relaxing and very friendly is. 30% consist of families with children, couples or singles. It is a medium-sized hotel area, the very personal Run. Vacation with friends!

The complex befiefindet cityward directly at the beach, only through a uferpromonade separated. Shopping about 100 meters away. Excursion possibilities are offered through the travel guide ( TUI-aunt) very good and Versatile. Our room (nr106) was spacious and we had a beautiful sea view. Minibar was daily free of charge (all-inclusive ) with water, Cola and lemonade refilled. According to the front desk are all rooms from now until at the end of april renovated and the hotel on 01-05-2013 re-opened.

The gastronomic part you can just over. In the morning, lunch and evenings there was a huge buffet of good quality and very tasty dishes served. So if you stay here not the right thing for themselves will take place, the i am sorry. Different sorts of meat, side dishes, salads, vegetables and for dessert the greatest treats, and fruit. Actually a miracle, that we only little have increased. The gastro service deserved big praise. A personal thank you to our favorite waiter Mustafa.

The service is almost perfect in this hotel. The staff is more than friendly and courteous and speaks good german. A small repair (broken towel hooks in the bathroom) was within a few minutes. The towels are daily changed without asking. The cleaning ladies were very sharp. What the ' beds' are concerned, they are very imaginative (with the towels very nice decorated).

Very nice and clean well-kept pool area. Also here you have the pool mats man imdat big praise vocalize, the the complex really in good shape and took care of everything.

The Hotel Grand Side is not brand-new anymore, however in a very clean and well-kept state. Here you can really feel comfortable.

It is only a few meters to the beach. Side is on foot about minutes distance. In Kumköy there are also some shopping possibilities. The hotel is approximately 1 hour away from the airport (bus ride).

We had 2 different double room. Our girls had a room with a view of the garden. The room was small, but super nice furnished and very clean. With a fridge full drinks, safe, telephone, tv and balcony. We had a really big room with a view of the pool and on the sea, also with a tv, minibar, refrigerator, safe, telephone. Really clean and furnished nicely. Large bathroom.

Great! If you didn't find anything here, the is not to help. There is a massive selection of fresh food, several stations with grilled meat, fish, vegetables, pasta, pizza and many salads and completely withuot. Not to forget the desserts and fruit. Nice restaurant atmosphere. At lunch you could at the beach bar food, what we also almost always taken into account have.

Here also an a +. Very pleasant and attentive waiters, most of them with very good german. The maids were always hard-working and imaginative. We super comfortable and would gladly go there again.

We stayed at the end of the season in the hotel, since one should think, that most of the entertainers the air is. Quite on the contrary! The entertainers have a great job and really everything. Both of our girls (15 years) had not a day boring, was great! Beach chairs, cushions and towels were abundant. Also ensures the beach boy imdat, the watch out, that really fair was divided. He has then also times towels again collected, were reserved or too much were taken. Is probably so a kind of hobby most people, the beach chairs with the same 3 towels to reserve and then didn't leave until quite late in the afternoon to the beach to go... Every evening there was a show-great fun and great. We had our fun!

Nice, not so big hotel. Everything was very personal and well arranged. We had 2 double rooms booked, for our girls a, was quite small, but was fine. For us one of with a view of the sea, quite large. Everything absolutely clean and tidy, here you could relax. While we were there almost exclusively german guests there and a few locals.

The location was optimal, directly at the beach. You could on foot at the beach or the promenade to side walk. Right nearby the hotel enough shopping possibilities, to side or Kumköy with the Dolmuş only a few minutes. From the airport we were 1 hour away.

Reasonable size. Minibar was a bit too warm, as totally icy and not more properly Gekühlz has. Air conditioning gind not really, but in spite of everything Still okay. Safe with geheimnummen would be better, since you always the Key mitherumtragen must. Entry into the bath tub are clearly too high.

Food was excellent. Starters were mostly with vinegar and oil is prepared and Not with touchy mayonnaise. (really good). A praise to the kitchen staff.

The waiters is also very friendly and attentive

The hotel is already outdated and it is from november 2012 Everything was being renovated. Is the high entrance the shower also unfortunately Necessary. Is however no large criticism. The mattresses were us unfortunately a bit too hard. The complex is in a well maintained condition and at the beach our Friend imdat everything under control. This man is replaced by anything, He was just 'great'. I hope that he will also next year suburb are, because As a diligent staff you should not let go!
