They probably could do better on friendliness, as generally speaking in Panama, but the overall was good, specially for a weekend trip to go outside of the city and forget about noise and traffic. Lots of foreign people and very nice atmosphere around the guests. read hotel review

Those who don't have a problem with housemusik at the pool and not construction mind can certainly spend a few nice days. read hotel review

    We had a deluxe room. It was large, but we expected more! Coffee machine, safe, TV, mini-bar, (everything with the price) air conditioning, telephone ironing board with iron (the laundry and on the next day you can get them clean back, for a fee), normal bathroom with hair-dryer and many towels, Body lotion, shampoo, Conditionner. So we didn't miss anything and it was always filled. Air conditioning silent! the condition the room was good, but not the newest, but perfectly OK! from the bed look at the ocean, dreamlike. on the railing things to hang is not allowed!

    There are 4 restaurants and 3 bar, the different opening hours. So you can around the hour eating and drinking! Mornings there was for allezusätzlich popcorn in the afternoon and candy floss. the restaurants and bars were clean, except for the pool bar, but we nevertheless as ordered and not caught! quality was very good and it was diverse and something there for everyone! we had all inclusive, minibar, real cocktails, fitness center, free of charge! Early there fruit without an end and also at least 8 different juices!

    staff are very friendly. the staff at reception they spoke very good English. the service staff understands from time to time English, to order but it was fine, we had no no problems so! Spanish would be of advantage! our room was always very thorough clean! the staff at reception is very accommodating!

    Fitness studio in very good condition. Kids Club for a fee. evenings was in live music. there were 3 computers for you 30 minutes free used allowed( at the front desk advance) Wi-Fi in the lobby also free! In the room 15$per day! the pool area was nice large and clean, with 2 whirlpools, every morning gesaubert! there is by the pool and at the beach very many beach chairs. The towels you can every day and on next you get fresh. spa area good but expensive. Massage Sweet Shine30 minutes for $60 by the pool runs the whole day modern music!

    To the airport it takes in good traffic 2 hour, with bad up to 4 hours! beach is in front of the hotel, you can very good at the beach go, even without shoes( better Sand). to the next place it with the Aut015 minutes, so without car one is stranded. To but also no options for shopping his! the information from the tour operators were all wrong! There is no place nearby and no restaurants, one is totally isolated. The hotel lies not nearby from portobelo (Caribbean sea), but nearby santa Clara (Pacific) at the Playa Blanca. at the hotel there is a small Giftshop, where one some gets as for example suntan cream, Swimsuits, tampons, postcards (letters you can at the front desk deliver, costs to Germany 0.75 $), bags, candy, painkillers, T-shirts...! in the hotel there is only one tour operators(Aventura2000) the Travel offers! unfortunately, this very expensive and not hard-working! we have the Regenwaldtour (Eco Canal) für88 $and the shopping trip für45 $joined in, and you can only recommend it!

    In a hillside bedded. Broader beach, brighter Sand partly with black Parts. Kilometer-long beach many guests. unfortunately poor contact with the next town.

The hotel looks impressive when we saw the photos, but the first warning sign was when making the reservation - they billed the trip on the phone and said no refunds. When we got there, the service was non-existant - we were expected to take the luggage to the room. After asking (and receiving rude and condescending treatment from the manager), we got someone to help. The food was poor to adequate and the lack of selection was not what we would have expected. One of the kids got sick and we were told we would have to pay more ... for the person there to even look at him. The rooms have a tile floor that gets wet because of humidity - and it is dangerous and you can easily slip. The ocean in front of the hotel is dirty - with pieces of something floating, full of jelly fish and not something you would want kids swimming in. Similar to the management style of the hotel - they "take no responsibility or even have a life guard" for anyone swimming. After several run ins and seeing no flexibility for the well being of guests in the hotel with the managers, I would not recommend this. Usually the managers do all they can at nice hotels in Miami, SF, around the world. Not so here. Summary - horrible service, poor food, poor room - don't stay. read hotel review

    Poor food, repeated and the Japanese restaurant has portions 1/4 the size of what you'd get at a normal restaurant. If they make a mistake serving something - forget about asking for a change as their management rule is only one per person even if them screw up your order.

    The forest is nice, the beach sand is soft, but as mentioned above, the water is full of jelly fish - yes we were stung and the hotel staff charges for each consult with their medical staff. They have a section for swimming that you'd think was safe.

Very beautiful, clean hotel with the highest staff, which we to date met have! If You evening long needs party (disco was always empty, bars about, 1:00 o'clock full), a must other hotel! Very remote, no walks in small Possible places, 2 hours from Panama city! No German guests (we were the only), hps. Canadians, Americans and South and Mittelamerikaner, Spanish vocabulary knowledge of advantage, it also helps English! Beach not Caribbean-like, but white and black (due to volcanic ash), flat starting, but partly strong currents! Absolutely great pool landscape! We would stay there again vacation make? Immediately, as ... you feel totally comfortable and well cared for! The other 'negative' aspects was not yet finished with the infrastructure Panama to do, where tourism is still there, where it 20 years ago, Costa Rica was! Straight therefore absolutely recommendable, as the locals' disgusting ' are not yet! 5 years in you look back and say: all go to Panama, we would then. ☺! read hotel review

The employees in general were good, but management needs to go thru an extensive training Specially in Housekeeping NO SOAP FOR A WEEK. The food in general was satisfactory but since the Buffet is so airy no way of eating food HOT or even WARM OH by the way if you go to room 1815 behind the bathroom door on the floor it should still be a thread LIGHT BLUE that has been there for more than a week I know about details because I worked as a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Westin Bonaventure read hotel review

    The people from the restaurants very friendly some of them had not been trained properly the languaje is irrelevant I speak fluently German Spanish and English Room Cleaning VERY POOR the edges on the panels of the door have not been cleaned since the day your hotel opened No paper or a pen to leave a note so Since nobody noticed that we had no soap with solid Deodorant I wrote on the mirror JABON and that was the way I got it. My laswt day I went personally to the front desk and requested to WAKE ME UP AT 6:30 AM nobody called and not even an apology whe we told at your employee at the front desk

    The employees from Discover 2000 were the laziest people in the world I couldn't book a trip to the Canal because all they have was shoping that I was not interested they never let me know that there were Taxis available So because of that I was Stuck in the complex for a week. THE DRIVERS WERE GOOD but i could'nt buy a souvenir.

The hotel was called before breezes Panama resort great clubs, and in Panama under hotels' Playa Blanca '. At the time of our stay in January 2010 it was newly opened. At that time it was in the middle of a construction site. read hotel review

Hello! we had according to Thomas Cook a hotel set amidst lush greenery with a place in the immediate proximity with its restaurants... Minibar in the room. Reality: 3 (!) construction projects around the hotel... All active. A place in Dr nearby does not exist... No mini bar (7 times complained. Nothing brought). Front desk don't speak good English... Cooks therefor even German. Little sun screens at the beach(is it quickly park). the hotel has potential. Would hope, that some changes. read hotel review
