We were a week to soak up the sun and we didn't get disappointed! The sea directly on-site with a really beautiful sandy beach!
The hotel is no longer new however the staff are always attentive, everything nicely to prepare! read more

An ageing hotel, very in need of renovation both outside, as well as in the interior area. My room was just deleted. More or less fine. The garden unfortunately very neglected. The staff were very hard-working. The breakfast buffet was unfortunately for the cure. In the login it smelled of burned oil. the cook got the frying eggs not in the handle. Many things from the day before (bread, rolls, cheese, sausage, fruit, etc.) The dinner was however quite tidy. My evaluation for this hotel - below average.
Since i was only there for the diving here was, in ... this price range now really not ask for more. read more

Gladly anytime again we drive to this hotel. And apparently other couples. We (45 and 50 years) are still of working age and therefore different times. However, you have again and again older people, who apparently more often here again. Everyone feels here well. And this is also no wonder. The complete staff his best. Each boasts friendliness, helpfulness and use. Starting from the reception, room boys, waiters lifeguard etc. Highlight and stellvertreten is here Kerstin at the front desk, chico the lifeguard, Mohamed, maged, ayman, khaled, khaled -Ali waiters, Willi the dj syndromal. The manager can happy with this ... staff will appreciate. Food is good and sufficient. Who can't be bothered, its dirty laundry at the end the holiday home to wash, this for little money in the hotel's laundry room make let. It is really clean, ironed in the early afternoon, if you in the morning with the bellboy gives up. If you have a longer walk on the beach to the neighboring hotel is, it is, that the Lotus Bay a small, green oasis.

As often we were back again for 3 weeks in Lotus Bay and have a wonderful relaxing time. The employees are all very helpful and decent. There, we felt very cared for and comfortable. As well as everywhere otherwise, ' in the forest gets so it comes back '. Other customs and other customs, but exactly therefore we drive to Egypt. Everyone knows who searches finds one also flaws. The warmth of the staff, the wonderful beach, the sun and many germans regular guests speak for this hotel! The general manager mr amr a. always has an ear to lend and kept. Also the german speaking guest service and of course Kerstin at the front desk are great. The laundry service is simply great, in the morning the laundry and in the early afternoon everything is freshly washed and ironed on the bed ready. The food is adequate and the many salads and the great dessert offer simply great. We will be back shortly (april/may 2013). Those who seek peace and quiet there is just perfect! read more

The complex is ok.
As a vegetarian you can forget the food. Much meat and the side dishes are always the same.
In the bathroom I had to a time tufts of hair removal.
The hotel was not rather weak occupied, therefore possibly also the bad selection of food.

Never again - unfriendly staff - without generous tip happens nothing
Hotel expires see - mold on the whole bath. Shower curtain smells of urine. Monotonous and not spacious enough food and bad quality. Daily disco until 0:00 o'clock / mostly Russian audience.
We were already often in Egypt but bad we have never seen anything like it, unfortunately to the vacation. read more

We have the Lotus Bay as a place to stay during our Tauchurlaubes directly neighboring Orca dive center (very good!) use it. Upon arrival we were a feuchteskleines room with mold on the walls assigned. We refused there einzuzuiehen and got a dry room. After one night turned out, that this area (242 ) directly at the air-conditioning devices the Nachbarresorts is. Real airport feeling. To repeated complaint we a very nice room (104 ) nearby the beach bar ( and Orca) moved. Now everything was good. In short: it will be regularly tried, the Schrottzimmer to-> not tolerate! read more

Arrival in Egypt, no tour operator on site ( GTI). Only after wander around before the Flugplatzgebäude was Neckermann told, that the GTI-people about 300 meters away on a kiosk are to be found. Was then, great service. About, hours transfer!
In the hotel after 2 days the bathroom really underwater. The repair took place by means of parking of tap water. Than dripped really much the air conditioning and so on
Complaints were dealt with, not immediately but at least.
The hotel is to around 70 to 80% in Russian hand> Ganztagesbeschallung with Russian music.
On the final day ... the all inclusive-band away at 12:00 hours. Then everything is subject to a charge!
The food you have to definitely like, since almost all food a spice is, that in my opinion not edible is. There were meals without this spice, it tasted after nothing. You had to spice them a bit, emergency with ketchup.
Finally, to mention, that this hotel maximum three stars deserved!
Oh so, forget the daily Fight for a Strandliegeplatz. 6:00 A. M. you want to already occupied!

After a group Russians of about 8 persons left, laughed the waiters with the guests and again. Excursions, surfing and massage you can also at the beach book, since the boys weren't pushy. It was OK but not good enough around it recommendable! Least satisfied I was with the food which rather little choice and if you found something, it was very often completely tasteless. Also the service was rather poor than adequate. When orders were the eyes twisted, or not at all only brought, for the food discussed loudly the waiters and chefs together and constantly you had to your own dishes organize, because continuously which was forgotten.
Was positive the proximity to the beach and the directly at the beach schnorchelbare reef with lots of different fish. Also the mood under ... the guests I took was positive. The average age took about 40 years what the vacation rather quiet and relaxing made. A few Russians not negative anything else. Diving and surfing school nearby. Otherwise very few Clubangebote
If you club vacation from the Turkey knows, you have to at least, with one star less expected! read more

Hotel is very in need of renovation, but clean by very hardworking and polite staff.
Guest were mostly, mainly from Russia and Poland.
Especially worth mentioning is the unfriendliness of the reception. We had from thursday until thursday booked. When checking out on the final day around 11,15 us the all inclusive volumes decreased. Only lunch with a soft drinks. To abhohlen around 2:30 we got nothing more to drink, except one paid even. read more

For a diving vacation recommendable. The attached basis ( Barakuda ) is great. The staff are friendly, unfortunately in the restaurant ( especially for breakfast) sometimes a bit slow. Small tip: look for the waiter with the name Amar. This is really great, spoke very good English and is very attentively. During my vacation he has just in the entrance area of the restaurant worked.
So quite understood I all inclusive-concept of the hotel not. There is a pool bar ( small pool) there, there are no all inclusive you could also at noon only in the main restaurant eat. ... At the pool bar there was only a bit at a charge. So well. I am a diver it was no matter. read more

Rather small, nice complex however in need of renovation. Pool did not seem inviting, as we vacation at the sea no pool need for us it was not so bad. Room functional, but clean, the closets could be larger.
The rooms secluded from main area are partly catastrophic location-Debris and the like. Food not very varied, from the all inclusive is very much except like for instance ice. What we really angry was: at our arrival at 6 o'clock in the morning we got no all inclusive possibility, first from 13 o'clock, so we had to us overpriced breakfast and ... water buy. The hotel is actually what older but very clean. All of the staff are friendly and some good German. The garden is very beautifully built and at 40 degrees and always sun beautifully green.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner offer good variety, the coffee in the afternoon could be better especially the cakes. read more

All around a quiet not sophisticated small hotel. Astoundingly good that is not crowded, clean and quiet beach. Clean sea water with relatively lots of fish. The small reef is suitable for beginning for snorkelling. Ideal facilities for relaxation. Relaxfähige beach bar right at the waterfront. Taucherboote for a-and mehrtagesausflüge directly on the complex. Little commotion, since not very much evening program offered. Quick night's sleep. The staff on individual needs. Times like for instance end of cushions or pool use will not be as brute kept as in other installations. Complaints with proper declaration manner and if possible fixed. ...
