A very good hotel. There was nothing to to complain about.
We were just 1 night locally, but would have liked to have stayed longer. We had our room on the 12. floor, with a great view over the main and the frankfurt skyline. The bed was great comfortable and from there you could very well overlook the city. Very recommendable! read more

A very nice, stylish hotel. We had a really big, clean room with a view of the main. The location is brilliant, the binding to the city prima, the next S-Bahn stop is only a couple step away. The staff at the reception was really nice and competent. Light deductions for breakfast in the restaurant. Although the breakfast room was only moderately visited, i had to but some minutes on coffee wait. When 3 present service staff the something quick go (but possibly only depended on the). Furthermore continues the trend fort only ready-to-bake breads instead of fresh rolls and ... the must-see for me not necessarily be so. Apart from that however i can only recommend the hotel. read more

View and location of the hotel are excellent. It was our first star hotel, in the luggage from the reception into your hand pressed and even to the room to wear. Although we have been with the suit-cases on the elevator were incised staff quickly press the basement, which we so next elevator had to wait. The request, a verllängerungskabel on 'room to put was simply ignored. The highlight of the whole was the question of bottle of water, the present receptionist as follows answered: he could not help, the bottle should be. Then to be paid! We had however ... not in the at least suggested, that we free bottle of water had asked. Also we saw from the exterior as not, as we may bottle of water not pay. So we went in the bar and a bottle of water bought. My hauptkritikpunk is as ersichhtlich is an incompetent, inefficient front desk.
The wellness area is for a 4 star hotel rather insufficient. My conclusion for this hotel ( despite excellent view ) never again

All in all we were happy. Room quite large and with a view of the main. Free time furnishing pleased me very much.
The breakfast buffet was normal standard not more and not less. We had a flat in the breakfast these included. Otherwise we would except house have breakfast.
But unsaber the restaurant for dinner with the menu very gutgefallen. read more

+ very nice and central hotel right on the main in Frankfurt.
+ room was large and clean.
+ the view from the balcony the fireworks show on the main was great and the party paid off, gladly again! Unfortunately, we didn't have the desired skyline view.
- stayed at the Main Plaza new year's eve and with 25 €surcharge a view of the skyline is desired. As i only a room in the 5. floor got, i these as complained and had to not have to pay for! A new room i was not offered
- the service at ... the reception: unfriendly! Me neither nice in the hotel begrpßt, now be approved. Me lovely stay requested, let alone a happy new year on new year's eve! It is something that belongs to me absolutely it.
- unfortunately no possibility at the entertainment area or the television a usb stick for the music rejoin. read more

Very good stay for one week in Main Plaza.
Great room upgrade to first class on the 11. floor received.
Clean, functional, very big, very good new bed-slept like a god.
Only the floor and the sink in the bathroom needs to be updated, as very dull and
Therefore very stained. Was wrong in the past dealt with.
Thanks to the front desk (check-in and check-out) and the crew of the hnyb.

I have the luxury suite at the lindner main plaza Frankfurt the birthday of my partner booked and we were very satisfied overall. Only the partly unfriendly and quite inkompetentin staff clouded the picture of our stay. Both the check-in, as well as the check out ran everything but smoothly. Eternal wait for alleged defective computer's and to all annoyance the wrong and also much too exorbitant bill presented to get.
The booked package related 5-course menu was everything but coordinated, as we were, for the time being, a 3-course menu serve wanted, which after a complaint personally decided changed. ... The dinner posted 'wine flight' has been completely forgotten and both wines, which we for dinner ordered, we were at the end is charged.
From the so-called american breakfast with champagne, which according to package declaration in the suite are served should, knew none so right and so we got a 0815-breakfast without champagne brought to the room (but a service package from 2,50 Euro in bill, although the delivery to the room in the package declaration mentioned.)
All in all though we had a pleasant stay, which the quality the suite and the view that and not necessarily the competence of the hotel staff. read more

I have been to 2 time in the lindner main Plaza.
The rooms are big and very modern and tastefully decorated.
Otherwise is Sachsenhausen ( restaurants, bars and museums) in immediate laufnähne.
I can really recommend the hotel. read more

Especially noticeable is the very friendly service at the front desk. I was very well cared for and every request was made possible. Main room 9.4 was times a smoker's room, but it was tolerable and the view of the skyline, the main river and the new ecb high rise building is gigantic. The breakfast is ok, in the selection to inspire. There is still room for improvement, but you can find everything you need. The wellness area is small but sweet, however you could be here with candles by the pool and some spa music many atmosphere charms. ... So you have a bit alone left. However altogether a very recommendable hotel. read more

The mainplaza is unfortunately the worst lindner hotel, in which i was so far.
Except for the good location (right on the main in Sachsenhausen) i could the hotel little smile. One rests clearly on the location from, great service and friendly employees in vain.
We had several problems, which i also at the front desk mentioned, but that seemed the (somewhat blase) staff not to care.
For breakfast presented a bill (although included in the price). When i was the waiter said the snotty, the not at all his, i should now sign.
The food, both in the new ... brick, as well as at the tapas bar, is overpriced and average (in the apple wine halls go!).
The lifts are always crowded and sometimes not so. Partly the room cards from the reader not recognized and you can't in the desired stopckwerk. According to a maid 'is it often'. I don't understand, why not fixed.
As the passiete we tried on foot over the stairwell in our floor to arrive. None, because the door was locked. In case of fire, the fire in the stairwell and not in the floor can be. Dangerous!
In addition worked the ventilation in our bath.
I have the feeling. That many of these things are known, but the bad trained/educated employee overburdened or are they not care. read more

A wonderful hotel in a good location with friendly waiters and pleasant mixed guest structure.
Personally disappointing i found, that my husband for me a small surprise had deposited, the unfortunately messed up was. The breakdown was also only, because my husband eventually the hope gave up and everything explained (surprise ade!). It was hasty replacement concerned, but i rather than friday afternoon saturday night offered got. I could the coupon in a ice cream parlor therefore no longer redeem, since i reluctantly sunday morning ice cream eat. As long as the staff did not know, what it was, it ... was very affected and i figured with a small compensation like for instance renunciation of the 2,50 Euro room service. For the return trip was called it then but only 'the stop can happen' /' is we goofed ', so that my impression was, it could have been a bit more spectacular in the geschenkbox need to be.
