I was for the first time in the there was el omda and i had a very good time there. The staff is in all things very friendly and helpful, the food has i really liked it, since it varied and very freshly prepared was. The room was always clean and tidy. read more

Holiday with friends and children! We were really satisfied in the there was el omda was very good. The pool was not so large, but sufficient for all! A small, cozy hotel. Very nice presented although not brand-new anymore! What we especially liked, that the hotel really not cramped and you every day also only at eleven couches and space by the pool could find.
Not perfectly clean, but if you are not a nitpicker is definitely enough!
The staff was very attentive and friendly. For our needs have been also somewhat less care must. But rather to the egyptian ... mentality!

We were in march in this hotel. Where you look only cats and dirt. in the dining room were the
Chairs and benches vollgekleckert. At the beach everywhere flies, because the cats everywhere hingeschissen have.

Cosy and relaxed atmosphere in this truly highly recommended hotel. We felt absolutely safe and felt good. The food was magnificent and very varied. Every day stands the buffet under a different motto. The beverages come from bottles and not from water pumps, what the hygiene for the guests more.
The staff is relaxed, polite and courteous. Every in this hotel is really hard its mostly from Germany next guests a pleasant time possible. Room and decor are ok and are of the category of the hotel.
A word to the cats: if some guests not of a misconceived love ... the buffet voids and the cats that feed would there would be this kind of problems not. Cats are Egypt and your presence loved. Furthermore we also never cat excrement somewhere on the complex seen.
We will definitely come back again and already looking forward to it now read more

The hotel is very recommendable, especially if you peace and, for example, no animation by the hotel needs. The hotel/room was exactly like on the photos, very clean and tastefully furnished. The staff was always very friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately the dinner not always to our taste, were the local specialities always appreciated.
The lagoon was also really enjoyed, but not the 'private beach' -which by the shuttle boat to reach is. There, everything was already very worn and dirty, the beach vendors were very disturbed. - our tip: mangroovy beach, with the tuk tuk to reach! A ... beautiful beach, with fine sand and crystal-clear water!
Therefore, that we half board-we had around own drinks. Unfortunately, we had to find out, there was only a single load in El Gouna there, the wine and other alcoholic beverages sold-in other words the el mohamid shop! We have this discovery was only on the last night, so another tip-if you want a small glass of wine at the beach and not the overpriced prices want to pay.
Finally can be said, that El Gouna a small and sleepy künstlichwirkendes village is, but a lot of charm and by far is greater than Hurghada (with its many unfinished buildings and giant hotel very dissuasive). Furthermore, you can here really very much peace and soak up the sun!-) read more

We were from 10.3. - 24.3. 2013 the first time in the hotel was el omda. Our expectations in relation to hotel, food, atmosphere, staff were fulfilled. As already in other reports described some fixtures already worn-out, but mostly clean. After us the first room, above the bar, too loud was, we could on the next day without any problems the room change-thank you! The hotel we can there was el omda, therefore a small oasis of comfort recommend!
During the stay we had opportunity a renovated room in the hotel Sultan Bay to look at.
As described ... several times, are currently the first 22 rooms in the area between restaurant and pool in the house 300 completed. The rooms shine in the new glamour, with warm colors on the walls, nice bright furniture, flat screen, and newly polished stone floors the optics reminds still more a fairytale from 1000 and one night super good successful greetings! read more

Once again: everything was great!
For my business trip and the subsequent small break the there was el omda once again proven, because even if on business is, is here very well supported. I am grateful to the unbureaucratic but very competent help with it problems!
And after a tiring day the idyllic peace and the good food - for reasonable prices - extremely pleasant. The central and calm location is convenient.
The small glitches, the always and everywhere may arise, were immediately, spacious and very friendly from the leadership team repaired, balanced etc. And that is it however!

The stay was wonderful! The staff is very friendly, especially towards kids. The complex is really nice and harmonious. The atmosphere familiar and friendly. Shops, cafes, restaurants and bars are really close by and you can still nice evening out. The food is everything freshly prepared and tasted excellent. read more

Staff was very accommodating and child-friendly. Food plentiful and good.
Very nice breakfast and dining room, we never had the feeling the mass processing.

I had rarely seen such a friendly and accommodating staff experienced.
Very quiet and nice hotel.
For children however not really suitable.
Cleaning the room could be a bit better. Definitely but sufficient. (perhaps it is the only male service staff ☺
The idea with the free shuttle boat to Zeytouna Beach we found very good. The beach is really very nice and the 600 metres long jetty into the water is a real highlight. Here you will be just as good as the hotel's own pool. (enough chairs and towel service)
The food in buffet form both in the ... morning and in the evening very diverse and we always liked.
El Gouna is definitely worth a trip. A really very nice and well-kept resort. However, one should be aware, that El Gouna with the actual Egypt nothing to do.
We come back certainly sometime again! read more

Never again! One must only times in the bathrooms see what the cleanliness subject! Disaster! Also in the dining room one is inclined a towel unterzulegen before one sat down...
You should the table runners maybe angles, because with shake you get the sticky sauces from the day before not away!
I recommend really the responsible the rooms (bathrooms!) In the reference for cleanliness honestly even look at and not always all present! read more

A really successful vacation. After 4 times Egypt El Gouna gladly again. Hotel has after reconstruction (is in progress ) for certain deserved one star more. Existing error are mostly schmunzelfehler. Very motivated staff & access management. Who a relaxed vacation without noise & entertainment, is in the right place here! In the middle of the cake and yet quiet. Very courteous but not intrusive staff. Shortcomings of the infrastructure will be objection as soon as possible remedied. The food is very good and can in other hotels in El Gouna to be taken. Cool bar with live music is directly opposite. With the tuk tuk for about 50 cents in El Gouna everywhere are driven. The golf course is very recommendable. As well as the beach in the Mood's on the Marina. That's chillout! Our daughter is yalla horse riding gone... Great!

It was a lovely stay in a family hotel, due to the rather small number of guests the comprehensibility of the food, which i also original/oriental seasoned imagined. Drinks ( mohito, Cuba Libre etc.). One could forget. Pool is not really suitable for swimming, more like a wading pools. Hotel beach at the hotel did not directly to stay a while, however not a problem, few meters farther everything marvelously in the Sultan Bay, or other (you can lay anywhere). Because it while we were there (middle of february) mostly very windy and rather chilly was (barely above 20 ... degrees in the shade), but we anyway hardly on rather shady and hardly sheltered pool anyway, but are across the street at the beach club, where you wind chairs, also very reasonable drinks and food could get. read more
