Basic but quite large. White, wood, nice picture on the wall. Simple, Greek, personable. Bathroom not huge, but also clean and beautiful.

Breakfast was adequate for Greece good buffet. Toast, bread, rolls, curd cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit and canned fruit, open glasses with jam, honey and chocolate cream, pancakes, eggs, stuffed wine leaves etc. .. No fresh juices. Try afternoon nothing…, I couldn't say. There was a happy hour in the late afternoon at the pool. The drinks were ok. The general in Kamari rare to find good cocktails were (rather than orange juice something like Fanta, etc. ), we found the hotel offered here was good! Here there was fresh orange juice, fresh strawberries etc.

Nice, not pushy, daily room service. Rooms clean, towels got changed daily if requested.

Nice pool, not huge, but you can swim. Small mini-ancillary pool for children. Clean. No animation, which I personally was very glad. The only downside: no umbrellas. The palm around the pool area have partly half shade. We were usually at the sea and in the late afternoon was an hour at the pool, in the time it still was really nice.

Nice hotel, simple and clean, well maintained, nice staff. Sometimes just, but nice (room), partly also stylish (around the pool). Great location. You have to know that the planes directly above the hotel on their way from the runway, which is from and to audible, but in the framework and in the end even quite exciting to watch. From the hotel just a few steps from the sea and to the beginning of the promenade. Making it close to everything, rose Bay offers peace and quiet if on the promenade still playing music. It is only a short walk but right in the middle of everything. We only ate breakfast in the hotel and never ate there in the afternoon. The breakfast was quite extensive and delicious for Greek standards.

Location was great. In hotels, the right on the promenade are some guests from all seen in their pools, the strolls. At the Rose Bay has its own silence and is quickly at the sea and the promenade (tavernas, eating, drinking, music. )

The rooms are as described above very clean, also the twin room we found big enough. Telephone is also available.

The hotel provides a breakfast or half-board. We only had breakfast, dinner was noisy data from other guests. The whole restaurant area made a clean impression on us. Surprised at the prices at the pool bar, a Frappee 2,50 euros (tasty and with a glass of water) there was happy hour or for example every third evening drink free. The girls were very nice, especially Adrianne seems the Angel of the service charge to be with your approachable, polite Art. The staff is friendly, helpful and open. Everyone speaks English. The room cleaning works perfectly. There is an extra charge of 1 euro for a Beach towels for the pool and a laundry service. On our requests they always taken into consideration, we felt completely as a guest welcome.

The pool is clean and big and in the evening discreet sectioned off and just beautifully lit up. There is a small children's pool - but not suitable for small children. The Rose Bay has about 50 rooms, which are located around the pool in the two-story courtyard or as a small bungalow's quiet area in the back section. Special are the three Maisonettenzimmer excitement, which was in the upper area and bathroom and toilets in both areas as well as a small water larger terraces. Disturbing for "sleep early be type!" would be the pool bar which is open 12 hours, we enjoyed the pleasant, quiet music. The rooms are very clean, we had a triple room, enough space, here was on our avail-separated beds, a bigger room (girlfriends getaway; -) .... ) taken into consideration. The balcony was with a view of the pool, the bathroom was large with hair dryer, fridge, Greek, daily towel change, even shampoo and combo body wash/was offered every day. We also liked the many storage space and wall hooks, which hardly in any Greek hotel. Breakfast was possible in the dining room or at the pool, the buffet plentiful and a bit English style. There were different egg dishes, different sorts of cold sausages and cheese, a few Greek specialities, cereals, crepes, yogurts, fresh fruits, juices, and of course all the usual breakfast items. Perfectly adequate. They also serve lunch and dinner was possible in the hotel, as well as snacks at the pool bar with room service. Everything was absolutely okay. The structure of the guests was mixed, English, Italian, Swiss, Germans, Austrians. No young teenagers or rowdies, everything quiet folks. Average age 40 to 60 years old. Internet access is free!

The location is very good, in a side street which run as nearesy, just 60 meters from the black, quiet lava beach and the promenade. This is very nice for strolling, has countless tavernas, bars and souvenir shops. A well stocked supermarket ((8 -10pm)is adjacent to the hotel, also a car rentals nearby (25 € a small car). Also at the hotel you can rent a car (from 35€, private parking) to the bus you would walk around 10 minutes. The drive approximately every 30 minutes. about Fira the entire island. Room, clean and well-appointed. New furniture. Big enough, with balcony overlooking the pool. Just lovely. No coffee pot in the room, but a fridge. TV was also available. Unfortunately no German program. Now one could say, what can you with TV on holiday, but for any extra a few English news would have been nice to hear. Not sure why not because the guests of the neighboring hotel AVRA - at least RTL got. Perhaps next year????? Fresh towels every day, shampoo.

We had only booked bed/breakfast and could not try the whole offer. Quantity and quality left nothing to be desired.

The friendliness of the staff was "full" cannot be beat. Just great. You were treated as if you would be good friends. (This was our 1. time). There was no complaints at all.

There was no sport and entertainment available - since they do more like a "breakfast hotel". Pool very good for swimming, at the beginning 90 cm deep and afterwards 2.50 m, so that you could also jump in. Of course also clean here.

The Rose Bay hotel has a manageable size, about 50 rooms and is in a very good condition. The location is perfect, just a few steps to the beach promenade, indoor pool supplies, and therefore not like some of the other hotels - on the street. Rooms are simple but new furnished and very clean. The average age was now from about 30 - 60 years of age. Breakfast absolutely no complaints. There was everything that you need.

Location of the hotel, as described above, ideal. The airport is not far away, about 25 minutes. Sometimes some aircraft noise, but that didn't disturb me not. Next to the Rose Bay - hotel a small supermarket. Opposite a gallery - I can't recommend - maybe the kitchen had a bad day.

restriction in our room was the tub, who do not really for showering for large seats. Size, furnishing was alright. In the room there was a TV available but did not Greek programs as well as BBC greeted, as the hotel does not offer Satelitte TV had. The staff was very friendly, but no German was spoken, but one got along with English very well. The hotel is about a 3 minute walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious and functional. The staff is friendly and tried very hard. The hotel is built around a courtyard, two story. The breakfast is not exceptional and rather cater to english speaking guests. The average age was 40 +. This hotel is not suitable for young children, the childrens pool/children's pool 90 centimetres deep. In the hotel itself snacks and dinner.

As mentioned, the location of the hotel is ideal for beach. Also is a supermarket right next door. The beach promenade includes 50 restaurants, plus plenty of small shops. If you book this hotel you have to realize that the flight path is directly over the hotel flies. During our travel time from the end of May/beginning of June it was 2 machines in the morning, and 2 machines in the evening + various big military Aircrafts it did not bother us, but I believe that the air traffic in the high season will be determined buzzes with activity. Clean, spacious, included everything. Not luxury, but good quality. Air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, TV, (no international TV channels), radio available.

Food: Breakfast: better, it never had in Greece. The breakfast buffet had everything: eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bread rolls, bread, cold meats, cheese, honey, jam, good coffee, tea, juice. The Rose Bay is quite small (50 rooms maybe), but everything was clean, the nice garden, the cleanliness top, the staff was very, very nice, the rooms are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed. The hotel is suitable for people who can speak English and like it, if not "everything" is in German. The guests came in our week from Belgium, England, Austria, France, Japan, Norway, Germany, Greece. The average is between 35 and 70 people, almost no families with children. The hotel is in a quieter north Kamari, a few steps away from promenade and beach. But the beach is very rocky, the surf makes bathing an adventure. We decided to walk some meters more and in the south of the promenade going down to the beach, where it wind, sandy (dark lava sand) and was warmer, where also bathing pleasant experience. The water in Kamari is very quickly deep, you HAVE to swim. The traffic quieted promenade Kamari offers shops, bars etc. for every taste. The very spacious rooms are bright and clean and cleaned every day. Towels or bed sheets are changed on request at any time. Please note, there is only one per bed linen, we immediately but a second thrown in. Fridge, TV and air conditioning were available. The furniture was practical and relatively new. In our case we had our bedroom on the first floor, other rooms are only ground level. All in all everything seemed very well kept and clean. In front of the rooms are two armchairs, table and umbrella, either on the terrace or balcony. The newer rooms are not at the pool, but this is closed at 8pm, only by the pool bar (until 11 pm) could be noise disturbance. Then the best wear again quickly and at the bar best bet.

All guests of this hotel will come from different countries. In our week were Italian, Dutch Canadians, Belgian and French or a few German guests. Very many children weren't included, even though the hotel equipped with a kid's pool, but there is no playground, not even in the surrounding area. The hotel is in close proximity to the long black Kamari beach from northern end of the town. The hotel is located in absolute while resting because not a typical Strandpromenadenlärm bother you. They are spacious and clean, safe, fridge, TV (no German channels) and are in good condition.

I only had breakfast buffet, but this should for the whole day. Cookies, scrambled eggs, Sausage, cheese, dolmades, Greek yogurt, cereal, pain au chocolat etc. this choice was very impressive. Every day, a meal prepared in front of guests - very interesting. Only a fruit basket with fresh fruit wouldn't be bad.

Everyone is very friendly, they speak very good English and competent. There is nothing to complain about.

Pool was always clean. The beach chairs are wide and some kind Kunstlederpolster than backing, the cleaned every day and extremely comfortable! There is wifi connection, the only goes on the balconies/terraces, but it's a quick. There is an exercise room, but didn't use it.

This hotel has really deserves its stars!! The hotel is a medium-sized, meaning you see different people, but still not far distance from the room to the pool for the balance. The whole place was clean. You can choose between only breakfast or half board, but still make reservations for dinner, if you want them. There is a poolside bar on the pretty much every order cocktails and also for lunch.

Kamari is located directly on the waterfront and the hotel is about 2 to 3 minutes from the sea. The place itself is unfortunately very laid out for tourism, that was not know and didn't bother us. There are several Bankomatautomaten and medical assistance. My only complaint was the proximity to the airport is really annoying, as the planes come so deep, with the naked eye that you can see the chassis. This may interesting, but the related noise that Urlaubsidylle. With the bus are all important places of the island quickly and easily accessible.

Our ground floor room was big enough, simply furnished and clean. There was one bed, two bedside tables, sitting area, TV, fridge, A/C, balcony. The bathroom was large enough, the bath but really small.

We have booked for breakfast and were very pleased with the breakfast! The buffet was large, which is not in the in Greece. There bread, rolls, mini croissants, egg dishes, pancakes, many kinds of sausage, ham and cheese, fresh vegetables (recommend the Santorini tomatoes, yummy! ), Fruit, desserts, yoghurt, quark, cornflakes, muesli, honey, jam, juice, coffee, tea (different types). The breakfast terrace by the pool is very cozy. Especially tasty were the tomatoes watermelon and yogurt with honey and Obststücken something.

The staff was very friendly, the young lady at the front desk very nice, check-in fast and uncomplicated. It was mainly English spoken. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels changed every day, dry cleaning and laundry, 2 - 3 times a week.

The pool is large and well maintained. There were enough pool chairs available - both shade and sun. At the pool bar you could go on various drinks, a large selection of cocktails is quite large. There is no entertainment, but we didn't mind that. There is a free Internet access (wi-fi) in the lobby. On our balcony, we could also internet access (about that we were delighted). The beach in Kamari is a black lava beach, with gravel and very hot, so bring bathing shoes were really! Very nice resort, 55 rooms on 2 floors, all new and well kept. A very large, clean pool with a small children's pool and a poolside bar. The guests were French, German, Greek, English, American,. The location is just great! To the beach and promenade you would walk around 100 meters. The bus stop is reachable in about 10 minutes. Kamari is also a good starting point for trips - the buses to Thira go about 3 times per hour in the summer, 15 -20 minutes walk in the capital. From there you can continue to Oia, Perissa such. An added bonus in Kamari is that hotels and the food is cheaper than in the Aud the caldera the Thira and Oia.
