A typical tourist block with corresponding pros and cons. The hotel is already somewhat outdated. Everything worked fine, but the charm of the 80. years. Our room was next to the elevator, through the door to the bedroom but nevertheless quiet. The nightly disco has more disturbed, windows open did not work. The buffet is large and good, but the dishes were little seasoned and central european holiday makers; canarian dishes-none. If you with rental car arrives to the barrier ancestors. The hotel is now now really getting old... We were for 3 time there, and the first time that was our impression. All in all the hotel is okay. However we have 4 stars expected more. We have over 700, -per person paid without catering, which was definitely much too much was. For the price we wouldn't go there. 200,- less per person would be appropriate. The furniture is pretty old and could be renewed. At the cleanliness is nothing to criticize. The other guests were rather older people, which did not disturb us however. read more

Although we long (about 20 stay) Riu-guests are stop now with Riu. Shabby hotel, outside leafs everywhere the plaster, the bathtub has plenty of mends, a blechtresor costs 2 €on the day. The reception -staff seemed partly very stressed, to the question, if we the room an hour longer could keep a extra charge of 30 € requires. We had the impression the hotels only run-down are. And approximately € for 2 weeks were not chickenfeed. read more

Good hotel, unfortunately already very worn. Distance to the beach with hotel bus not a problem, also on foot in 10 minutes distance. Unfortunately no wi-fi in the room, only in the lobby and then only for a fee, i found that for a 4 star hotel sad. Food and staff perfect, pool garden very clean.
Where i still a minus soutenant was for the return trip, was at 5 o'clock pick you up early, i would have been on a

We were there for one week in RIU Flamingo and lived on the 7 floor in two double rooms/apartments. The rooms and the two balconies are very big. The furniture shows some signs of use. The great hygiene. Staff was very friendly, front desk staff seemed 'mellow!'. Benefits of the hotel are the location for shopping and entertainment. To the beach 15 minutes walk, but shuttle bus of the hotel with multiple trips a day. Very good the kitchen regarding selection, taste and quality. Almost every evening live music in the bar or little entertainment at reasonable drink prices. Perhaps ... corresponds the building with a - or other not quite a 4-star idea. For us was the value for money harmonious, with the good kitchen anyway. read more

Well managed Riu aparthotel with a clean and well-kept area and a good kitchen. The large proportion of the regular guests (about 80%) is very meaningful. The share of german guests is over 80%.
We were surprised by the ergeizigen will of the guests the reservation 'your' lie is, the before 7 o'clock (still dark) starts. It is located on the older regular guests; because in other months, should the not so be presented. Here would have the hotel management have to intervene!

Since about 15 years we are 2 times a year at flamingo.
We always again look forward on the excellent staff. We will as friends and meetings again and again the same regular guests.
That the hotel has gotten old, disturbed and has not, because the cleanliness, the food and the service is hard to exceed.
However us the state of the hotel worried, because we feel not sure!
In our december holiday we experienced twice, that the außenputz from the balconies on the floor collapsed, a half palm mitriss and a street lamp and a geparktes car destroyed.
Another ... time the concrete in the garden of the inner.
As by a miracle were not guests staff injured.
Who its essenstisch in the conservatory of the restaurant reserved, in the case of plastic außenputzes
Two possibilities:
1. the concrete frazzled or
2. one of the pieces of the destroyed and stabbed.
Now only remains to hope, that Riu reacted and at least the exterior renovated.
It would have been really sad, if you because of the security the hotel no longer can visit. read more

A hotel, the a little bit outdated. By the exceptionally friendly staff but there are obviously very much regular customers. The food is very wide-ranging, the quality upper middle class. In the evening live music in the courtyard, so the rooms in the direction the rui waikiki are quieter. read more

We had as a couple an apartment in the 5. et. Garden, view great. Bedroom cramped, no kofferabstellmöglichkeit. The furnishings as apartment is poor, to own bekochen too few, no board, no sparkling wine- and wine glasses (on demand gotten), no placemat, coffee machine, toaster only on request.
Garden area very nice and tidy, outdoor bar in the garden well-kept and comfortable, by the building method of the hotel but gästegeräusche to the rooms audible. Live band from 19 to 23 o'clock ( oldies), different ideas (lord of the dance), everything quite loud until the rooms to hear. Buffet with ... the half-board extensive, but not particularly good, meat, fish, chicken often feast and drying. Too many older audience. Staff very friendly. Location from the beach, however shuttle bus-bus free of charge. fassage would have to be reconditioned times (plaster)

It was a great vacation. Rooms were okay. We had 2 single rooms, but on the first night we had to a double room use. Reason was an arrival on tuesday, oversubscribed we only for wednesday. Strike in Spain. Wednesday all with the rooms folded. Cleanliness, great. Half board was very good. The staff exceptionally friendly. Partly good german-speaking. In november very quiet, since there were mainly older guests. Different nationalities, but absolutely no problems, has anything noticed. So a successful holiday again at any time. read more

We had again a relaxing hotel in the RIU Flamingo. Our apartment was in the 5. stick to the garden side.
Due to a transfer in our opinion ( apartment for 2 weeks instead of studio for one week) 6 weeks before you start your holiday, there was a misunderstanding on arrival. We had a studio assigned. This, we complained straightaway and completely without any problems our apartment received. The table for two during dinner and the meal time was not a problem at all dar.
Still are friendliness and service with the staff in the first place. From the ... reception over the waiters to the maids and the gardener, everyone was very friendly and polite. The cleaning of the rooms worked every day feast agreed upon time. The beds were excellent. The food is really good. In the whole complex prevails a pleasantly peaceful atmosphere. The audience was well mixed, whereas the share of German, dutchmen and scandinavians a bit higher was. We liked the evening program good. You can in any case evenings comfortable at the pool bar or outside the bar sit. The cocktails and the other drinks are good and the prices just. The hotel also offered shows were really good. All that is free and is a nice guests of the hotel Riu. At 23:00 o'clock was peace and who wanted, could sleep. You can also during the day good by the pool relaxation. There is enough chairs and also editions. Whereas new loungers there are, no mats more need.
